It feels great making sure a pet is well-cared for and happy. I have a client who is gone quite often and care for her animals several times a month. During the work-week, I still offer to stop in on my brother's animals. I've prioritized leash training and am accustomed to going on many walks per day as well as providing tasks to keep dogs happy and healthy.

About: I have 2 dogs and a cat. I have been a multiple pet household for 20 years. I help my friends and neighbors with their pets when they are away. I have fostered dogs before and I have volunteered at the spca. I know how hard it is to find good pet sitters and would love to help others with this. I work from home so am flexible and able to help out during the day. I currently work from home so have the flexibility to care for your pets during the day and evening. I'm also open to boarding at our home so long as they get along with our other pets. I have a fenced in yard, 2 friendly dogs and 1 cat. I can come to your home for walks and/or play time as well.

About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I've been lucky to parent dogs, cats, and horses, including two retired racing Greyhounds and a tuxedo cat who made me a certified cat person. Beyond my own, I've been caring for pets professionally (i.e., beyond friends and family) for more than 15 years, and after taking some time away while completing my PhD and living abroad, I'm excited to be back doing something I've always loved. In 2011, I started walking pups professionally in Chicago as a side gig during my breaks from tour managing for a band, which quickly turned into my dog-walking clients asking me to stay in their home with their pets while they were away. Over the span of just a few years, I built relationships with more than 30 clients, with most of them turning into repeat (and repeat and repeat!) clients. I've cared for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, from tiny Yorkies to Great Danes and everything in between. I've also worked with many pets that required extra patience or specialized care. I've cared for senior pets, dogs < 1yo, a blind Australian Cattle Dog, a deaf cat, highly anxious and stranger-wary dogs, VERY stranger-wary cats, a Beagle with a seizure disorder, and pets receiving medication. I've also been the go-to sitter for a couple of families going through difficult times with their critters, including caring for their pets with terminal illnesses during their final days (both a black lab named Maggie and the sweetest deaf black cat named Sam) . Over the years, I've handled a few very unexpected situations as well. Whether it's a medical event requiring an unexpected trip to the veterinarian or even arriving to a cat drop-in visit to find that the apartment had experienced a break-in (in my Chicago days, which included working with police and gathering the terrified cats from the apartment stairwell), I've stayed calm, communicated clearly, and focused on keeping the critters safe and the clients informed. There have also been several occasions where I've extended my stay last-minute due to a client's canceled flight or interrupted travel plans. One of the biggest differences between my prior pet sitting days and now is my flexibility due to my remote work. When I pet sat extensively throughout Chicago, my tour managing days had ended and I worked a full-time 9-5 downtown. This was fine for my clients, as they had a similar schedule. But I now work fully remotely, so I have a highly flexible schedule that allows me to spend much more time with your pets throughout the day than I could years ago. I essentially do my best to work around your pet's normal routine. I'm happy to accommodate early mornings, evenings, or midday visits whenever possible. My goal is to make life feel as normal and stress-free as possible for your pets while you're away. When I'm in your home, I treat it with the same respect I'd expect someone to show mine, as I've also hired pet sitters over the years for my own critters. I follow your instructions (the more the better!), keep you updated with photos (lots!) and messages, and make sure your pets receive the same routines, rules, and attention they're used to (e.g., their feeding schedules, medications, favorite walking routes, cuddle time, or simply keeping them company).

About: What sets me apart from others is my passion, knowledge, and attention to detail. I have a special interest in training and managing reactive dogs and socializing puppies! I work full time at a local vet clinic & do pet sitting on my days off (Friday-Sunday) I have 3 dogs of my own as well! I care for your pets in YOUR home which I believe makes them more comfortable! About: I love dogs and my father always had dogs around and I loved to walk them and play with them. I am gentle when I am dealing with a puppy but I am also very playful. I love the outdoors and going on long walks. I would love to become friends with a lot of friendly dogs that would love to become friends with me. I am outgoing and I am very active. I also work at a fast food restaurant at the moment and i am planning on going to Cleveland State University but my hours are very flexible. I got this app because I love interacting with animals especially dogs they are a guys best friend. But I am happy if you choose me to watch and play with you dog. I am currently working part time so if you communicate your needs I can accommodate my schedule for you. I am pregnant so I do have days where I have appointments but they aren’t too long but I will let you know ahead of time when booking with me. I live in an apartment but there is plenty of other places to walk as well as parks around me. Also I can do short car rides if your dog likes that as well.

About: I had a small dog-walking business in my hometown over COVID, and I am looking to start walking again! I love the outdoors and excercise, the dogs are the added bonus. Also looking for potential exchange of care for accommodation during the month of september :) I’m currently job searching, so anything to get me out of the house in the meantime is awesome! I am very flexible in care times at the moment and thus willing to provide your pet(s) with whatever they need! I am open and able to caring for pets however their owners may wish. About: Ive taken care of dogs and cats since i was able to walk. Ive petsit for family and friends. I raised 2 litters of puppies from birth I book with my fiance for safety reasons if doing overnight stays or house visits I am currently unemployed but while I look for a permanent job, I am pet sitting and babysitting, id love to spoil and give your fur babies all the love and attention I will make sure I am taking the babies outside hourly for potty breaks, ensure their water is filled and they have been fed. I'll also make sure they get some exercise on a walk or playing outside or even inside.

I'll make sure to give them lots of love and attention. Play time is a must, and they will never miss a meal or a bathroom break.
