He won her over quickly, and from that point on, the entire stay went smoothly. We never had to worry about Jelly—she was clearly in good hands. Emerson followed every instruction, so there were no accidents or issues. When our flight was delayed, he reassured us without hesitation that he could stay longer and continue caring for her, which was such a relief. We came home to a happy dog and a clean house. What stood out most was how laser‑focused he was on Jelly’s needs and his demeanour was kind and compassionate. That’s exactly what we needed, and he delivered it with care and professionalism.”
