Throughout our trip, he communicated regularly and was incredibly patient with Jelly, especially when she was testing him in the beginning. He won her over quickly, and from that point on, the entire stay went smoothly. We never had to worry about Jelly—she was clearly in good hands. Emerson followed every instruction, so there were no accidents or issues. When our flight was delayed, he reassured us without hesitation that he could stay longer and continue caring for her, which was such a relief. We came home to a happy dog and a clean house. What stood out most was how laser‑focused he was on Jelly’s needs and his demeanour was kind and compassionate. That’s exactly what we needed, and he delivered it with care and professionalism.”

We always felt confident in the care our animals were receiving. We came home to a clean house (sheets were even put in the wash!) and happy, relaxed animals. Our dogs aren't exactly "low maintenance" (one has medical needs, one is scared of her own shadow and distrustful of new people) and Mad did beautifully with them. We'll absolutely be using Mad again and feel so lucky our paths have crossed!”
