I couldn’t have had a better experience with Tim taking care of my girls. He was so great with them and kept me updated sending photos and videos of them the entire time! The communication was outstanding & pictures were a plenty. What was even more wonderful for this worried mama, it was so very clear, Soda was loved. My husband and I both looked at the pics sent, and said that is a happy boy! Our dog was taken care of (spoiled 😉) as if we were there. Our house was perfect when we got home. From the very first meeting, I was comfortable, and my mind was at ease - Soda immediately took to them, Hailey sat on the floor playing with him the whole time - he was bouncing between Hailey & CJ, so excited to have new friends! I’ve had some sitters that you can tell we’re not on top of things and upon return animals displayed anxiety and relief - not with Natalie though! “Diamonds was fantastic with our puppy. Luna was 10 weeks old and is still learning to meet new people. Diamonds was very patient with her, and Luna quickly became comfortable with her and enjoyed her company! She was very prompt with responding to any messages and provided updates whenever I asked for them. She also was very flexible with arrival times, and always arrived right on time. I felt very comfortable having Diamonds stay overnight and watch our dog. She does a great job of following your training advice/plan for your dog as well. I cannot recommend her highly enough for any Rover needs!”

Two weeks was a long time to leave our boys, but we felt great having Alexis there to take care of them. Communication was excellent, both in the lead up to leaving and while we were gone, with regular updates and photos of the dogs to help put at ease.
