About: I grew up with dogs, and miss them dearly in my life! Friends, neighbors and family have relied on me for years to take care of their pets: while away traveling, or in hardships. From closely monitoring my friend's cat after surgery when she couldn't call off work, to weeklong stays in family homes with rambunctious puppies, I've done it all. I've always had a passion for animals, including exotic pet care! I have personally kept a freshwater aquarium and understand that fish and reptile care is much more detailed and intensive than many may first assume. You can rest easy knowing your pets will be in good hands, and will be given the detailed care and attention they deserve. I'm currently in recovery from a chronic pain condition. This gives me incredible flexibility to take on care at any time, and give your pets the attention they deserve! About: I’ve taken care of many different pets my whole life, I grew up with many different pets in my family. I currently have a well trained pet of my own, my friends and family come to me when they are in need of a sitter. I’m currently a part time college student, so I only go to class on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, with my remaining time out of school, I have plenty of time to play and hangout with pets! I do not have a fully fenced yard but I do have a gated area on the side of my house. The gated area is big enough for dogs to run and play! I also have a small dog of my own to keep other dogs entertained!

About: I keep my home boarding low-key and personalized by welcoming only one dog, or two from the same family, at a time. So your pup will enjoy plenty of one-on-one love, play, and attention in a calm, peaceful environment where they can truly relax and feel at home. I work from home most days in a dog-friendly condo in Columbia Heights, with 1–2 days a week in the office. On home days I'm available all day for frequent potty breaks, companionship, and check-ins. On office days, your pup will still get a solid morning and evening routine, and plenty of company once I'm back. There's no private yard, but there's a nice shared yard with plenty of green just downstairs for outdoor time, and we can easily do neighborhood walks. As a former puggle owner, I took care of my little Snuggles all the way through her senior years until she was 13+, so I have experience caring for dogs at every life stage, including daily care and routine, bathing, training, administering medicine when needed, and handling their specific needs as they get older. I recently had to put my own puggle down, and while I still miss her, I've been enjoying puppy kisses from the dogs I watch, and I love sharing that same attentive care with other pups who need a cozy and reliable place to stay. My setup includes comfortable dog beds, a kennel for secure rest if needed, doggy bowls for fresh water and meals, and soft blankets for cozy napping. If your dog needs someone who’s home a lot and would do walks on a nice day, let’s do a meet & greet! One or two days a week, I have to be at the office; I'll coordinate ahead of time, give updates, and make sure your dog is settled before I go. On Saturdays, I'm less flexible for check-in and check-out, since I'm away in the morning for volunteer work. I usually let dogs roam free in the condo. They can follow me everywhere if they want, which most enjoy for that constant company. I can crate your dog if needed (for naps, meals, or if they’re more comfortable that way).

About: We LOVE dogs and have a city sized house full of people that love giving them attention! We have 2 school age children but are home full time in the summer with a good sized fenced backyard and our own friendly pups, Oli and Lulu. About: My husband and our family have been watching dogs on Rover since before it was even called Rover. We've lived overseas a few times so if you see gaps in our reviews, that is why. We are very active with our doggie guests and would love to host your dog. We typically go on walks once a day and on weekends typically try to be outside more (as the winter weather permits). We're open to requests to take your pup to dog parks, bike rides, or walks depending on your pup's preferences. Note: you will typically see delayed responses past 9PM but will get back to you as soon as I see your messages. Thanks! Both my husband and I work full time M-F but I work from home and would be able to take bathroom breaks or walks mid-day. If you needed someone to stop by and let your dog out, it would have to be within the Columbia Heights, Fridley, Shoreview area. We have a fenced in yard in the back that we take out the dogs to hang, throw a ball, or relax. Inside the house we leave it open range as long as your pup can handle no accidents, no chewing the kids' stuffies (it's hard I know!), etc. When we are gone, we do like to crate our visitors so they don't get into mischief while we are gone.
