Throughout our trip, he communicated regularly and was incredibly patient with Jelly, especially when she was testing him in the beginning. He won her over quickly, and from that point on, the entire stay went smoothly. We never had to worry about Jelly—she was clearly in good hands. Emerson followed every instruction, so there were no accidents or issues. When our flight was delayed, he reassured us without hesitation that he could stay longer and continue caring for her, which was such a relief. We came home to a happy dog and a clean house. What stood out most was how laser‑focused he was on Jelly’s needs and his demeanour was kind and compassionate. That’s exactly what we needed, and he delivered it with care and professionalism.”

“Grace had a great stay with my critters, Billie (dog) and Bill Murray (cat)!!! It was my first time using Rover so I was a little nervous to entrust my pets with a stranger, but Grace spent an hour with us during the "Meet & Greet" and took the time to walk with us around the neighborhood. That really put me at ease! She notified me right away as things came up, and checked in each day with pictures and videos. My dog has a difficult time with other dogs and Grace was able to re-direct her to keep her safe. This time of year is always tough, too. My neighborhood was covered in a sheet of ice, followed by a blanket of snow a few days later. Grace braved the weather and kept the pets on their routine. When I got back, everything was clean and in it's place, and the neighbors only had nice things to say after meeting her! She followed instructions to a tee and the pets were as happy as could be with mom gone for a week. I've already booked her for my next trip :) Thanks, Grace!!!”
