“What started as a work trip turned into a SKZOO animal party featuring my three girls: Heidi, Nel, and Gwyen. Heidi was my biggest concern leaving — she’s a 13-year-old senior dog undergoing cancer treatment with a strict medication schedule. Cameryn handled it without a hitch. Gwyen is an asthmatic cat who absolutely refuses her medicine — she’s a fighter in every sense. Nel is a young, highly energetic “chaos gremlin,” also known as a German Shorthaired Pointer. Cameryn successfully kept all three happy, healthy, and entertained: a senior dog with complex medical needs, a cat who turns medication time into a battle, and a full-speed chaos gremlin — and they were probably better behaved than the actual SKZOO. I’m so grateful for her care and highly recommend her to any pet parent, K-pop girlie or not. 🐥🐺🐰🐨🐷🦊🐶🦜”

About: I genuinely love taking care of and spending time with animals and would be excited to take care of your loved one. I have professional experience working in a kennel/boarder/daycare for 5 years where I learned fear reduction, socialization, and obedience training and am happy to take care of the shy and fearful ones. I have 15 years experience pet sitting and personally have had cats, dogs, and other small animals throughout my life. I am also open to sitting other pets as long as they aren’t aggressive or dangerous. I am certified in CPR/First Aid for animals from the American Red Cross and can administer both oral and injectable medications. I used to be a nurse and can immediately recognize when medical assistance is needed. I will provide a calm and safe environment the same as I do for my pets. I’m currently a grad student attending my program online and not currently working. Depending on availability, I can be available to care for your pet at a day and time that is best for you. I will care for your pet as if they were my own. I will provide a calm and safe environment for every service that I offer. I believe all animals should receive the same respect, care, and safety as people do.

Our two dogs were super happy and clearly very comfortable and well taken care of when we got home. We got lots of pictures and videos throughout our trip and got regular updates on how the dogs were doing. He followed all instructions and even our smaller dog who can be shy and afraid of new people became his shadow and played with him the whole time we were gone. We booked her for a day of constant care because we have a 15 year old senior pup who needs to go outside A LOT and requires some extra care. She came and met the pups and us beforehand to ensure it was a good fit, and has since worked with us on training for our younger pup. She has even set up a Google Drive folder so we can track training items and keep other documents like house sitting instructions. We feel so fortunate to have found a reliable, kind, person to watch our pups, and we highly recommend her!”

About: I have always loved dogs. I grew up with a black lab (age 5-18), and when I was in high school I frequently watched dogs and cats in a pet sitting capacity. Pet sitting for neighbors and friends was my first job, and as soon as I got my drivers license, I expanded my pet sitting clientele. As an adult, my husband and I had a rescue dog (Pitt/lab mix) who was our fur baby. When we adopted her, she had separation anxiety and resource guarding issues. We worked with a trainer to help her overcome those issues, and were grateful for the wonderful years we enjoyed with her. Unfortunately, she died in early 2025. While we are not in a position to have our own dog right now, we would love to continue to snuggle and support local dogs through pet sitting. We do have a toddler at home. She loves dogs and we would never leave her unattended with any animal. While we will be careful to ensure any dogs in our care are set up for success by being separated from our toddler with baby gates, etc., we are only able to host dogs who are comfortable around small children. I am a middle school teacher, so I have full-time availability during school breaks and the summer. I am also available to drop in before and/or after my work, depending on the location. My husband, Cristopher, works from home and loves having a dog as his co-worker to be let out on demand. As dog owners, we never left our own dog home alone for more than 4-5 hours, and we will only accept a boarding booking if our schedule allows the same time commitment to your dog. We treat all dogs like they are our own. As a former pet parent, I know that I can never replace you, but I will do everything I can to make sure your dog feels comfortable and safe in my care. We have a fenced yard with no animals in our home (except for the occasional wild bunny). Our yard has plenty of space for dogs to run around and play.
