“Pamela is fantastic. She was thorough during the meet and greet and asked questions I had not thought of. She took the time to read and digest guidelines for watching over Willow. I did not feel good about leaving for a week but as Pamela provided updates and described Willow’s interactions, I knew that Willow was doing well. She stuck to a routine which I know that Willow LOVES. Willow is on time for everything - routine calms her anxiety. Pamela went above and beyond on multiple occasions and I loved receiving updates regularly. She treated Willow like she was her own… There’s nothing more that I could ask for!”

“Shelley has watched my dog three times now, and this last one happened to be during the ice storm when all the power went out in my house. Shelley stayed anyways through the night and the next day despite it being 30 degree is my house. When she was rescued from the situation the next day with the power still out, and the roads dangerous to drive on, she made sure my dog was safe. She took Josie with her with my permission and watched her until I flew home. Super grateful for Shelley!”

“We have just moved to the area and didn’t have any resources, we found Pat here on Rover. She was great! She came by ahead of the trip to meet us and Louise and we felt instantly comfortable with her. She is a lovely, caring lady and took wonderful care of our dog. She sent pictures of their adventures together and just chilling at home too. She even left a “Welcome Home” flower and card for us, what a nice gesture. Our senior dog was able to stay home where she’s comfortable and was well taken care of by Pat. We will definitely ask for her again for future trips!”
