About: Hi! My name is Katie and I have been around animals my entire life. Growing up, we always had cats in the house and when I was 12, I got my first dog. When I was little, I ran a small pet sitting service in my neighborhood and had so much fun taking care of dogs and cats of all sizes. I often work remotely here in Wichita, so I am available to care for your pet all day! I am extremely flexible and can usually modify repeat bookings as requested. One of the first things I like to do with the pets in my care is gain their trust by feeding and playing with them. Then, we go on walks around the neighborhood to get some exercise and explore. Dogs are usually ready for a treat and a nap when we get back home so I let them relax before we do it all again!

About: I have spent my whole life surrounded by cats and dogs, both my own and others and have an intense passion for caring for animals the right way! I have basic care skills, but can ensure diligence, active and engaging time spent with your animals, timely care, and commitment to following care guidelines to a T. I know what it’s like to leave your animals in the care of someone else. My personal pet sitters are accustomed to abnormally and intensely detailed printed guidelines with care instructions for my animals, so regardless of how detailed your care instructions are, I have the aptitude to follow them in their entirety plus more to the best of my abilities! I am a medical student in my first year, so I do have the ability to have more control of my schedule. I will continually update my time availability to be accurate weekly. I will not commit something that I cannot guarantee availability for! I will only be able to give care in your home due to living in an apartment complex and having animals of my own. But in caring for my own animals, I am quite neurotic in how detailed and specifically I care for them. I make sure my animals have daily mental and exercise stimulation through playing with toys, walking, and engagement with me and each other. I am adamant about giving my animals affection, and provide them meals in a timely and measured way. I brush all of my animals teeth daily, walk my dogs daily, and clean my cats litter box at least twice a day. I am very attuned to subtleties and changes in my animals behavior to ensure that they are in good health! I want to give my animals the best life and care possible just as I will do for your animals!

About: My pets are the most important thing in my life and I would like to take care of your fur babies the same way I do mine. I am able to check in on your pets during the day as well as take them on long walks. I have cared for both cats and dogs for my entire life and currently have two of my own cats and a dog. If your dog likes to socialize I am also able to bring along my own pup on walks or for playdates at the dog park. I am able to check on your pet in the evenings or in the early morning, and on the weekends Given my experience, I am very careful with walking dogs and I am sure to never walk them near a busy road and always look both ways before I cross the street. If caring for your pet at home, I leave things as I found them, clean up after myself and your pet, and treat your area with respect.
