Zhou is like a dog whisperer as my dogs went after him the first time they met him and just followed him to his car. Zhou took great care of my dogs and introduced them to other dogs and engaged them in playtime and walks. “This went great. He came over and learned the house as well as my cat beforehand. She liked him immediately. And I noticed that he automatically uses distraction when n an animal does something wrong. (I used to be a certified dog trainer and do consults and the behavior hotline for an SPCA.) He sent pictures during. Best of all, she wasn't frantic when we got home like when we have just a visit each day. Then in the evening she went yowling around the guest room looking for him! Other things, the house was at least as clean when we got home as when we left. And he left us banana bread!”

Bear is almost 14 years old and not interested in playing, but he got along well with Veronica’s gentle dog, who Veronica carefully introduced to him. He likes to be with people, and he was so comfortable with Veronica that he relaxed at my feet when she and I chatted, instead of pulling me out the door. Veronica was very careful to help Bear negotiate around her house, as he doesn’t see well, and she was clever in making sure he could safely go out. I would sometimes bring them over to my neighbors for play dates, I could teach them tricks and play with them all day. I am always home or going for walks, and having a pet by my side always makes my day better. My 14 year old daughter loves to assist me when caring for your pet, please let me know if that is okay. I do work full time. I am happy to provide walks, give dinners, administer medications, and provide any extra care that may be desired. I work in West Wichita (my office IS pet friendly if your pup has the right temperament) and my hours are Mon-Thurs from 8am-5pm, and Fridays 8am-3pm. This limits my ability for mid-day stop ins during the week, but I am fully available in the mornings, evenings, and all weekend hours. All pet care routines are different! Since the level of care required can vary greatly from family to family, I offer a few different "versions" of each service, and modify my rates according to time/effort committed. Please reach out if you have a hybrid (drop-in/house-sit/boarding) request - if we are a good match I am confident we can find the right arrangement for your pets needs. I recognize that your fluff-butts are part of your family, and pride myself on the ability to make them feel loved and comfortable while in my care. Photos & videos are consistently sent along with scheduled updates - you will NEVER have to wonder if your pet is happy with me! If booking a longer stay, I prefer to iron out all details of your request with an hourly schedule so there is no room for confusion or misunderstanding. It is my first priority to make sure pet parents know that their baby is in the best hands so they can enjoy their time apart.
About: I grew up in a pet loving family, we always had at least 5 fur babies! I loved having the responsibility of caring for them by myself. I would sometimes bring them over to my neighbors for play dates, I could teach them tricks and play with them all day. I am always home or going for walks, and having a pet by my side always makes my day better. From running around outside to laying on the couch watching a movie having a pet with me always makes it so much more fun! No pet is the same, I adapt to what the pet wants. If it’s an energetic puppy i’ll be energetic if, it’s a relaxed elderly pet i’ll relax with it, they all get the care and environment they will need.

She is my best friend and can meet your dog- or not- we're flexible! I work full time days, but my evenings and weekends are typically free for pet care. If needed I can also take an extended lunch break to check on your pet. I am available to play with your pet at your place or a park if they are up for a drive. On my workdays, I'm able to leave during lunch to provide dogs with potty breaks. There is a dog park within walking distance of my apartment that I bring my dogs to every morning and evening. I do also have a dog potty set up inside my apartment just in case a dog can't wait for me to get home. I provide this because I personally wouldn't make myself hold it, so I would never force a dog to do the same. I provide a very safe, relaxing environment where your dog will be treated like family. I approach care with a proactive approach, rather than reactive. This means I always keep a close eye on individual pet behavior as subtle cues can indicate how a pet is feeling at a given moment. Many pet owners miss out on these cues, especially if they aren't trained to look for them. Overall, this means I try my best to create a safe environment for and trusting bond with any animal I work with via positive reinforcement and never push past an individual's limits.
About: I have grown up around dogs my whole life and enjoy them dearly. I take care of my neighbor's dogs whenever they need me to. I will walk or feed them, whatever I am needing to do! About: I’ve grown up with and taken care of dogs of all kinds! Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, play and check up on their pets! I’m currently in school studying, which gives me a very flexible daytime schedule. About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs and friends’ dogs since I was a child. I’ve also trained my own. We love dogs of all breeds! I work from home with a flexible schedule and my dog is with me all day. Kennel trained is preferred in case I do leave the house. My own dog, Olivia, loves to play with dogs of all sizes! She has a fenced in area to get her zoomies out or play fetch. She also loves walks and car rides. She is kennel trained and often in there if I leave the house for long periods. I have a camera on in this room so I can peep at her! I would provide this same love and care for your pet. We do have a cat, Stormi, who couldn’t care less what is going on in her house.
