About: I’ve been taking care of pets ever since I was a young girl. My parents would often foster kittens to which I would help and learn. When I was 11 and moved to Florida, I started to connect with my neighbors and created relationships where they trusted me enough to care for their pets and stay in their home. With experience in both dog and cat care, elderly and young, I’ve learned how to give medicine, understand what they need, and how to love them unconditionally. As a mom of two cat babes, I understand the need for a loving presence when you cannot be there for your own animals and would love to be able to be that for anyone else. Currently I work part-time with time to spare at home for pet care. I already spend many hours at home with my own fur babies, so I wouldn’t mind at all splitting that time with others staying in the house! Saturdays I work an 8 hour shift, but any other day is wide open. I have two cats in my home, and they have free roam of the house. I am not one to restrict where pets can and cannot go since this is their first time living as well and are curious creatures. If I have a dog with me, then I try to be where they are, providing supervision and company.

About: Growing up, my family always owned dogs, which instilled in me a deep love for canine companionship. However, I also have a strong affection for our feline family members. About: I’ve taken care of reptiles, rats, dogs and cats for many years. I always spend extra time with all the animals in my care and love them as my own. I know how to groom dogs and train them as I have spent a lot of time raising and training puppies. And I’m excellent in watching after cats and making them feel comfortable. I love playing and providing physical and mental stimulation to all pets. And a low stress environment. I know how to train basic obedience commands and manners for puppies and adult dogs as I have with dogs I have watched as well as my own even advanced commands. I work 12 hour shifts 15 days out of the month so for 15 days I am completely free and I only work 2 days in a row. but on the days I work I am still available for drop-ins, dog walks or boarding and I am able to come home at the 6 hour mark to let the dog out and play for a 20ish minutes. My schedule is a little abnormal. Since I’m free for half of the weekdays of the month I have a lot of time on my hands and am more then happy to drop in,walk or board your pup or cat. During house sitting, I make sure to keep their routine as consistent as possible, offering plenty of love, playtime, and attention so they feel at ease while their owners are away. For drop-in visits, I focus on giving them quality one-on-one time, whether that means feeding, refreshing water, play, or cuddles, whatever they need most in that moment.

About: I have had experience with every age of cats from newborn to senior. I've bottle fed kittens, potty trained them (though many potty train themselves), adopted them out, kept some, raised them all through their adult life, and cared for them as seniors. I've also taken in many strays and fosters and nursed them back to health, whether it was some scratches or they just weren't doing good, and found good homes for them. I know how to bottle feed, ween, potty train, groom, give medication, clean/sanitize injuries, and much more. About: We are home full time and offer frequent potty breaks, belly rubs, snuggles and treats. Our pets roam freely and enjoy snuggles on the furniture, sunbathing, full time food or lots of play. Our 6 foot privacy fence keeps them safe in our large back yard. We can take them on long walks if they like those. Our lab/boxer mix loves 💕 loves new playmates! About: I grew up on a small town farm and was raised around horses, dogs, cats, chickens, etc. until I graduated high school. I was responsible for caring for the farm animals, so I have lots of experience with different animals and pets, including cats and dogs (of all sizes and ages). I recently graduated with a master degree in biomedical science and am looking for some extra work while I figure out what I’d like to do. I currently have four pets that I absolutely adore— a Labradoodle, German Shepherd, dachshund, and a fat, orange cat! Suffice it to say they are spoiled beyond belief. As a recent graduate, I am taking time off from school and full-time work, so my schedule is very open and flexible (especially afternoons). I am usually available for dog walking duties anytime from 7:30 AM-10 AM or in the evenings, and I can make stops to take care of dogs/cats anytime during the day. If house-sitting is required, details will need to be arranged prior to the stay. While I am newer to Rover, I have tons of pet care experience and believe each pet (even the troublemaker) deserves top-tier care and companionship while their humans aren’t home. Aside from watching others’ animals, I own a few myself. I take the dogs on daily walks, feed them twice daily, and clean the cat litter box daily. Overall, I have experience walking/handling small and large—sometimes rowdy—dogs, administering oral medication, cleaning out litter boxes, playing with pets, and daily feeds. When I was little, I ran a small pet sitting service in my neighborhood and had so much fun taking care of dogs and cats of all sizes. I have attended a few dog obedience classes & am good at working on those skills with dogs. I have also cared for brand newborn puppies! I am self-employed as an artist (painter mostly). It allows me some schedule freedom most days. Am a longtime Wichita resident but have spent many hours in nearby communities like Goddard, Augusta, Haysville, ElDorado. Because I have a dog breed that are notorious for being escape artists, I tend to be highly sensitive to this issue. I also find that I am cautious about encountering other dogs while on walks and try to anticipate before things can go wrong. Also understand the dogs who love to catch a tennis ball or those who just need cuddles. In my home I do short walks with my dog 3-5 times a day depending on weather of course. We also do longer walks in better temps (he is a senior dog afterall).

About: I have a huge heart for pets & animals in general - I have been drawn to them since I can remember! Growing up I used to assist our local vet with surgery prep and wound care. I realized I was meant more for the "loving" of animals rather than the "medical care" when vaccinations or other scary things happened - all I could do was comfort the pet! I have cared for almost every kind of pet there is, and I enjoy giving Moms & Dads the peace of mind I know that I need when I am busy or out of town. I work in West Wichita (my office IS pet friendly if your pup has the right temperament) and my hours are Mon-Thurs from 8am-5pm, and Fridays 8am-3pm. This limits my ability for mid-day stop ins during the week, but I am fully available in the mornings, evenings, and all weekend hours. All pet care routines are different! Since the level of care required can vary greatly from family to family, I offer a few different "versions" of each service, and modify my rates according to time/effort committed. If booking a longer stay, I prefer to iron out all details of your request with an hourly schedule so there is no room for confusion or misunderstanding. It is my first priority to make sure pet parents know that their baby is in the best hands so they can enjoy their time apart.

About: I’ve been taking care of pets ever since I was a young girl. My parents would often foster kittens to which I would help and learn. When I was 11 and moved to Florida, I started to connect with my neighbors and created relationships where they trusted me enough to care for their pets and stay in their home. With experience in both dog and cat care, elderly and young, I’ve learned how to give medicine, understand what they need, and how to love them unconditionally. As a mom of two cat babes, I understand the need for a loving presence when you cannot be there for your own animals and would love to be able to be that for anyone else. Currently I work part-time with time to spare at home for pet care. I already spend many hours at home with my own fur babies, so I wouldn’t mind at all splitting that time with others staying in the house! Saturdays I work an 8 hour shift, but any other day is wide open. I have two cats in my home, and they have free roam of the house. I am not one to restrict where pets can and cannot go since this is their first time living as well and are curious creatures. If I have a dog with me, then I try to be where they are, providing supervision and company.
