About: Howdy! I’m an animal lover, child welfare employee, and Masters of Social Work student. I have two dogs, an old man cat, and a kitten. I love helping others and building relationships with members of my community, which is why I enjoy pet sitting and dog walking! I have two years of pet care which consists of pet sitting, house sitting, and dog walking. I’ve cared for my old cat for nearly ten years, dogs for nearly three years, and kitten for four months in addition to others pets. I also have lots of experience in caring for dogs with anxiety, too. I am passionate about holding space, respect, and empathy for others- whether they’re human or furry little babes! I work part-time and attend school full-time, stopping by the house to hang out and play with animals or take them for a walk wouldn’t be any conflict in those times as they are super flexible. My job understands that dog sitting and walking are important to me and will help me flip some shifts around to make it happen, if needed! I don’t have a fenced in yard but I take my dogs to a fenced in dog park everyday so they have plenty time to run around and socialize. I’m sure to take extra snacks and water when we go, sometimes they get really tired and those always help. If it’s way too cold to go to the park, because one of them refuses to go out without her coat and boots in that weather, I will make sure to walk them until they let me know they’re done and then we head home to warm up and spend time together.

“Casey is amazing and experienced when it comes to animals. She has taken care of her friends and family's pets when they are away. She has worked a couple of different jobs at doggy daycare centers. And she owns her own pets. Casey has been a lover of pets since she was little. Once she was old enough, she even volunteered at the humane society to walk their dog, play with them, as well as cuddle and play with the cats.”

She's personally had a wide variety of animals and currently has a dog, 2 cats and 2 rabbits. She's even successfully raised an orphaned squirrel! I have no qualms about letting her stay at the house, or come and go, whatevers needed.”

“Sarah has been our go to house sitter for the last 9 years. She has always been very timely and accommodating - often going out of her way to make sure our fleet of animals are well taken care of. Over the years she has taken care of our Boxer, English Bulldog, Crested Geckos, Tabby cat, and even our son's hamsters- often all at once! When our bulldog Cooper became ill while we were away during an extended stay, and it would take us a few days to fly home, she was quick to jump into action, communicate his needs at all hours, and even take him to the vet for medicine. She was always quick to respond and gave us peace of mind no matter how many animals we left in her care.”

“She treats your pet like they are her own and she is willing to take time for any concerns. She also goes the extra mile by sending picture/video updates if you want them. If there are any added measures needed to be taken (if your pet has to take medicine) she always writes them down and tracks what times they were given. Lastly, she's very accommodating and takes her job seriously!”

About: Dogs are not just pets, they become like family and deserve the best life we can give. I truly believe that. I have experience with both small and medium size dogs and a heart for caring for them all, big or small and love all breeds. -Willing to play, walk, feed, and practice new commands and tricks. -Able to care and walk more than one dog per visit. -Willing to transport your fur baby to and from grooming visits, doggy day care, or dog parks that are not too far from your home. I am currently working part time from home and my schedule is very flexible. Ideally I would like to be able to care/walk dogs while my children are at school which is between the hours of 8 AM - 3 PM but again I can be flexible depending on the day. I currently have 1 dog that I help care for. My normal shift begins when I arrive at his home in which I greet him with lots of love and pats. We go straight outside to do business. Once that is taken care of we go on a 20-30 min walk. Once we return, I fill his water and food bowl.
