“My corgis Kulfi and Zoey (puppy) had a great time with Zhou. They stayed overnight for a week while we were out on vacation. Zhou is like a dog whisperer as my dogs went after him the first time they met him and just followed him to his car. Zhou took great care of my dogs and introduced them to other dogs and engaged them in playtime and walks. He followed my feeding and playtime instructions and regularly shared pictures of their activities. I’ll recommend Zhou to anyone looking to board their dogs.”

About: I've owned cats since I was born. My parents still have the now 19 year old kitty we got when I was 13, and the only reason he didn't move when I did is that a kitty that old would not have dealt well with 14+ hours of travel including an 8 hour flight. Currently own 2 cats of my own, one of whom is a prissy little diva, and the other is a gremlin who can't be left alone with foam.

Bear is almost 14 years old and not interested in playing, but he got along well with Veronica’s gentle dog, who Veronica carefully introduced to him. He likes to be with people, and he was so comfortable with Veronica that he relaxed at my feet when she and I chatted, instead of pulling me out the door. Veronica was very careful to help Bear negotiate around her house, as he doesn’t see well, and she was clever in making sure he could safely go out. Bear says he would go back anytime and I can heartily recommend Veronica to care for beloved pets.”

About: I have been a vet tech for 10 years. It is my passion. I had a disabled boxer so I am familiar with need to help disabled pets. I currently share custody of an energetic border collie. My 14 year old daughter loves to assist me when caring for your pet, please let me know if that is okay. I do work full time. If the pet is staying at your house, time permitting, I will check on them before work, lunch, and spend time after work with them. I will treat every pet as if they are mine. About: I have done rescue work for dogs. I actually have two dogs of my own one. I saved from the Humane Society and one I saved for a rescue who is going to be put to sleep for no reason. I am currently not working so I would be home all of the time with them. They would get all the attention in the world. We have a a fenced in backyard that they would be able to run around in and the cats would be kept inside and fed. What food daily if you please. I have a fenced in backyard and two very very friendly dogs who love new friends. Your dog would be very loved and taken care of. Currently living the housewife life so schedule is flexible as heck. My own animals have a flexible feeding schedule in that they don't like food to be late, but if it's early they are thrilled. If your dog is crate trained, I'm willing and able to continue that as needed. Open to whatever walk length is needed for the pet in caring for. Willing to walk cats too if your kitty is leash trained (one of mine is and loves his outside time).

About: I’ve been around almost every kind of dog in my life, from little small wiener dogs to Great Danes and pits. I enjoy dogs with a passion, I truly love their loyalty towards their owner. About: I learned everything I know about pet-care at the vet I worked with many years ago. There my love and passion for animal…especially dogs… grew. It was also there that I learned cats are not my favorite. 🥴 Though I learned a lot from my time working at the vet, I realized that seeing animals suffering or in pain was not something I could do on a daily basis. That realization led me to this job. In my spare time I enjoy my community at Life.Church. Service there has taught me the importance of consistency and reliability. I was recently given a new mental diagnosis, and having my community, my family and my therapist surround me with love and support has been life-changing for me. I would love to get to know you and your furry family members! Because this is my full-time job, I have open availability, and would love to help with scheduled or drop-in visits. Please just leave written instructions that I can recall later, as your pup will not be my only furry client I will need to care for. I have loved dogs ever since I can remember. While I do enjoy my work as a house sitter, watching and caring for dogs is what brings me the most purpose. I have experience with big and little dogs, so whether you have a golden retriever or a Shih Tzu, rest assured, they will be well taken care of.

“My corgis Kulfi and Zoey (puppy) had a great time with Zhou. They stayed overnight for a week while we were out on vacation. Zhou is like a dog whisperer as my dogs went after him the first time they met him and just followed him to his car. Zhou took great care of my dogs and introduced them to other dogs and engaged them in playtime and walks. He followed my feeding and playtime instructions and regularly shared pictures of their activities. I’ll recommend Zhou to anyone looking to board their dogs.”
