About: When I was young I grew up with animals. Since then, I have spent a lot of time with my friends and neighbors dogs. For example, I walk my neighbor’s dog everyday (for no fee) as they are an older couple and Chloe waits for me every morning. They joke that she’s my dog. I have pet sat for my friends during their vacations, pregnancies, and chemo appointments. These dogs have a special trust with me so their owners always feel comfortable when they’re away. I usually send pictures etc to update how they’re doing. One special picture was of the dog lying on the baby blanket that the parents had sent from the hospital. The mother said she burst into tears of gratitude. I have a job where I’m actively at work only 3 days a week. I spend my off days outdoors hiking usually which makes dog sitting / walking perfect. When I stay in the clients home, I try to keep to the schedule that is already known to the animal. At my own home, I do have a fenced in area. There are neighborhood dogs that can come and play if the dog is sociable.

About: I've always felt a special connection with animals- from encounters in the redwood forests of Northern California to the coastal sanctuaries of Maine, I’ve enjoyed absorbing and reflecting on the deep wisdoms held within the animal kingdom. In my own life, cats and dogs have helped illuminate the true nature of unconditional love and I’ve been lucky to journey with many animal companions. During times in my life where it has not been possible to own a pet, I’ve been grateful to have many opportunities to care for them. About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a kid. My dog recently passed in March and I would love to be able to help others with their dogs and give them love! I have dog sat numerous times for family and friends, I genuinely enjoy taking care of pets. I have a gecko and chinchilla, so if there are other pets in the house no worries. About: I've been trusted with the care of many precious pets for years now...And enjoy it very much...I am fun, caring, and engaging, as well as all ble's, reliable, dependable, and responsible! And I took a CPR pet course, and human one as well. I have had cats mostly all my life, and now own a small dog of my own, who could, or doesn't have to if need be, come with me, as some love to have a playmate for their pet...And I know my friendly little guy very much enjoys the visit. But with anyone coming to my home, my guy will be there too, and they must all be friendly. Which brings me to, I can watch any animal, esp in the animals home and of any size...It is my home that I would only be able to take in a small or medium sized dog, cat, or caged pet. And my home, that I live in with just my little guy, is pretty open and spacious for dogs to move around, and I have fenced in my backyard just off the back door porch for even more run around fun. And now onto my prices, I had to do additions a certian way on here...As to plus a cat if I'm also coming to care for your dog...But I can always modify and give a discount if say you have many plus one cats in your home so it doesn't keep plus one'ing a fee. I can often work staying elsewhere into my routine, even if many miles away...Pop ins as well can be worked in more easily than not...Esp when it's on the way to work or right near work...And my work schedule often varies and can be shifted if need be...Except for weekends, I work set weekend evening hours until summer, and then have them completely off. I put a certain radius...But I have stayed in homes miles and miles away, out of state even, just ask if it's doable, it very well may be! But for pop ins and walks, I would prefer to travel within 10 miles or so from my home only. So I did just update this for a 45 miles out, but obviously I cannot be doing a pop in or daily walk so far away. I care for pets in my home or their home the same way I care for my pet in his home...With the added, well, additions that your pet may need.
