Ralphie’s hind legs are not as strong as they used to be. Out of concern for his safety, Krista slept downstairs on the couch so Ralphie would not have to climb the stairs. She was also very gracious and accommodating when my flight was delayed and I had to pick up Roxy later than we agreed. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Jen again!
Jen and her family took great care of our dog and we are so grateful! Hobbes loves to play catch and Jen’s kids played with him frequently based on Jen’s updates and photos. This was our dog’s first time staying with strangers and he seemed sad to leave the kids after. We only interacted with Jen through the app but got to meet her husband and a few of their children for the meet-and-greet, drop off and pick up. We would love to book Jen and her family again in the future!
We had an amazing experience! Our 2½-year-old rescue rat terrier mix is high-energy and can be pretty anxious, but he was so well cared for and looked completely at ease. We loved getting lots of photos and updates, and the fenced-in yard gave him plenty of room to run and play. He came home happy, tired, and clearly loved.
