I had to leave for two weeks overseas, and knowing my precious pup was in her care was such a huge weight off my shoulders. From the very start, I felt at ease, thanks to her thoughtful and consistent communication. She provided regular photo and video updates, which meant the world to me, especially since I was in a different time zone and dealing with some family matters. She struck the perfect balance between keeping me informed without being overbearing, always checking in when necessary and respecting my space. One of the things I appreciated most was how she took the time to introduce her family, making it feel less like I was leaving my dog with a stranger and more like I was leaving him with close friends. It truly felt like I was leaving my baby with someone I’ve known for years. The personal touch made all the difference and put my mind completely at ease, even from halfway around the world. I am beyond grateful for the peace of mind she provided me. It’s not easy to leave your baby behind, especially when you’re dealing with so much on your plate (this was also the longest I’ve been away from him), but knowing she was so attentive and caring made it much easier. Without a doubt, I will be booking her services again the next time I need a sitter, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a loving and reliable dog sitter. She sent us pictures and updates, and even slept on the couch with him the first night when he was having a hard time settling down to sleep in his crate! He got lots of play time in Jen’s backyard (her house is beautiful by the way, in a really lovely neighborhood) and with her neighbor’s dogs. “Look no further!! An anxious owner with leaving our 4 month old puppy with someone for a week was pushing our meter into overdrive. "What if they don't like it, what if we don't hear from them, what if (insert any obsessive here)"!! Then, we heard back from Alexandra and Joseph that they had the days available we were looking for. Meeting "Alex" beforehand gave me instant confidence, she is WELL qualified, kind and very comfortable around dogs, you can tell firsthand she has years of experience. The week went by quickly, we got daily communication, pictures of our pup practically smiling in every shot (they are very good photographers) and assurance that all was fabulous. I NEVER worried, the whole time we were away. We picked her up and she looked wonderfully tired, excited to see us and grew like a weed in a week. I was not solicited to leave this review, it is every bit genuine, actual and I hope it helps you with considering Alex and Joseph. 10 STARS!!! We look forward to future visits with them.”

About: My wife and I have cared for and trained all of our dogs in a resposible loving manner that others have always noticed when meeting our dogs. My wife works from home and is always attentive to our dogs needs and I am home every day around 3pm to help take care. We have a large fenced in back yard with a large dog door that leads right into the yard for your pet to come and go as they please. Also we live in a neighborhood that is great for dog walking to change up the scenery and keep dogs engaged and stimulated.
