“We have had trouble in the past with reliable pet sitters so I was wary when we found Shannon on Rover. I travel alot for work and I need someone I can trust while I am out of the country. She treated my dogs like family and was able to get them both to take their meds everyday! She was patient with all of my texts and questions and made me feel comfortable leaving my dogs with her for a week. I received updates and pictures every day and my dogs both had a wonderful time. They had other dogs to play with(Benson) or they could chill on their own when they needed a break ( Stabler) I would definitely book her again when I have to travel. The dogs came home happy and healthy and well cared for.”

She went above and beyond with washing olive's towel and bowels , keeping everything neat and ready for pick up. We could tell Olive had lots of fun with Dina and Skylar.
