About: I grew up on a farm, and always cared for multiple dogs at the same time. My wife and I have had, or cared for dogs almost all our adult lives. I enjoy caring for dogs and spending time walking with them, playing with them, and just being with them. I recently retired, and my wife works from home, so we’re both here all day. I take daily walks, and spend a lot of time outdoors. I have a good-sized yard, live in a quiet neighborhood, and my property borders conservation land. I can easily accommodate a crate, dog bed, etc.

About: My very friendly little dog and I would love to host your dog here with us, up to 40 pounds only though...Or if your pal would benefit from a playmate, we would love to come sit for you! Well first off, I've been trusted with the care of many precious pets for years now...And enjoy it very much...I am fun, caring, and engaging, as well as all ble's, reliable, dependable, and responsible! And I took a CPR pet course, and human one as well. I have had cats mostly all my life, and now own a small dog of my own, who as I stated earlier, could, or doesn't have to if need be, come with me, as some love to have a playmate for their pet...And I know my friendly little guy very much enjoys the visit. But with anyone coming to my home, my guy will be there too, and they must all be friendly, and then we have nothing but a good time. Which brings me to, I can watch any animal, esp in the animals home and of any size...It is my home that, as also mentioned above, I would only be able to take in a small or medium sized dog, cat, or caged pet. And my home, that I live in with just my little guy, is pretty open and spacious for dogs to move around, and I have fenced in my backyard just off the back door porch for even more run around fun. And now onto my prices, I had to do additions a certian way on here...As to plus a cat if I'm also coming to care for your dog...But I can always modify and give a discount if say you have many plus one cats in your home so it doesn't keep plus one'ing a fee...Or if you have wonderfully easy small dogs, I would not keep plus one'ing for those and would find a nice set fee, and especially if my little guy could also come enjoy them, or they could come spend the time with us...It's the large ones that can be more of a handful and take a bit more doing often times, that I have to have it set that way for. And I did just recently up my prices some as I've noticed that Rover charges per night and I am not loving that, I always on my own charge per day, so I up'd my prices some to reflect that. But have noticed that I am still under many, esp when it comes to multiple pets, and so that is good. So you can always send me a msg and we can discuss any and all options. I can often work staying elsewhere into my routine, even if many miles away...Pop ins as well can be worked in more easily than not...Esp when it's on the way to work or right near work...And my work schedule often varies and can be shifted if need be. I put a certain radius...But I have stayed in homes miles and miles away, out of state even, just ask if it's doable, it very well may be! But for pop ins and walks, I would prefer to travel within 10 miles or so from my home only. So I did just update this for a 45 miles out, but obviously I cannot be doing a pop in or daily walk so far away. I care for pets in my home or their home the same way I care for my pet in his home...With the added, well, additions that your pet may need. My home is often more foolproof safe...Such as I have an indoor fenced area around my front door...And I do sometimes bring something similar with me to others homes...I prefer to be (overly) safe than sorry.

About: Hello! My husband and I are relatively new to being on the care taker end of Rover. But better late than never! A little about us: We live in a spacious house with a yard with 2 cats and 1 dog (and no kids). We also work from home so we are able to pay lots of attention to our pets and yours! I, myself, am an animal lover with years of volunteer work experience in shelters and zoos. I have grown up in a household with many types of pets from dogs and cats to turtles and chickens and peacocks! We fall in love with every animal we meet, and would love to host your pet when they need us! Both me and my husband work from home and always spend tons of time with our pets including pets and walks and play time and cuddles! We have a large tard with a 6-foot fence. We have two cats and a dog but we can dedicate an entire floor to your pets and spend time with them if separation is necessary from other animals. In the case that the animals don’t get along, we also tend to put our pets in different rooms and spend time with your pet in the main living area. But our pets are very friendly!

During the weekdays, the house sits empty anywhere 3-5hrs. Your pet must be OK with that. I grew up with dogs: Scottish Terrier, Jack Russell Terrier, Rottweiler, Dachshunds, Chinese Crested, and Silky Terriers are the dogs my family members have owned and loved in my lifetime. I have no dogs of my own (anymore), but two little girls who just love and crave a dog in the house. If your dog is a no-no on little kids, this will not be a good fit for you.

About: Hey there! My goal is to help ease the stress of leaving your pet at home when you can't take them with you. I have had dogs since I was a kid, 4 Newfoundlands, a Black Lab-Brittnay Spaniel mix, and I now have Charlie, a 9 yr old German Shepherd-Black Mouth Cur mix and Finn, a 1 yr old Heeler. Finn came to us as a puppy, so I have plenty of experience dealing with those puppy messes and temperaments. Most of our newfoundlands had hip problems near the end of their life, so I have no problem helping with senior dogs that need a little more care. I have also had multiple cats throughout my life and now have Luna, she is 11. Summer is here! If you need someone to check in on your dog while you take a day trip to the beach, I'm happy to stop in and spend time with your furry one. I would ask that we plan a meet and greet prior, then we're all set for those last minute plans! I have 2 boys that are in school, so I'd like to spend time during the day helping other pet parents. My flexible schedule gives me the ability to be available on short notice. I am willing to fit in weekend time, but just need a little heads up due to family activities. I am happy to walk and play with your pet while I visit. If they like a good brush, I'm happy to bond with them in that way, too.

About: Hello! I am 25 years old with a ton of animal experience. I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life, and for the most part have trained my families dogs. I went to High school at Norfolk Agricultural High School and was a Veterinary Major there. My High School gave me the opportunity to meet, handle, groom, and train dogs that were not my own. I was also in a 4H club at Natick Organic Farm in which I took care of the live stock that lived there. I have always been the go to dog sitter for my extended family. Due to this I also had to handle dogs of all different sizes and temperaments. I am currently working on becoming an Airline pilot so my days are very wide open and can be manipulated to better suit the care for your pets. I am familiar with most dog training tools. About: I have been a true pet lover my entire life. Now I raise two daughters who feel the same way. There has never been an animal we did not love. I have been the one all of my friends and family always rely on to help walk, feed, bathe, and take care of their pets. “We originally asked Caroline if she could walk and feed our two dogs as we were planning to a long day trip. However, we woke up to find our oldest dog not doing very well. It turned out that he had cancer and that we would have to put him down. It was a long agonizing day trying of running tests and considering options before finally deciding that the most humane treatment would be to euthanize. About: What sets me apart is my genuine love for animals and my hands-on experience caring for pets every day. I help my mom care for our two dogs and also have three cats of my own, so I'm very familiar with the daily needs, routines, and personalities of both dogs and cats. Whether it's feeding, walks, playtime, administering basic care, or simply giving them attention and affection, I treat every pet like they're part of the family. While I don't have professional training experience, I'm comfortable caring for pets of different ages and energy levels, including puppies who need extra patience and supervision, as well as senior pets who may require a gentler approach and more attentive care. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and nothing makes me happier than spending time with dogs and cats. My goal is to make sure every pet feels loved, comfortable, and well cared for while you're away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I already help care for my family's two dogs and three cats. I'm used to feeding, providing fresh water, cleaning up after pets, giving them attention, and making sure they're comfortable and happy throughout the day. Since I'm home for the summer, my schedule is very flexible, which allows me to accommodate a variety of pet care needs, including walks, drop-in visits, feeding schedules, playtime, and companionship. I have plenty of availability throughout the week and can adjust my routine to meet the specific needs of each pet and their owner. My flexible schedule also means I can provide consistent care and give pets the attention they deserve. I love spending time with animals and making sure they feel happy, safe, and comfortable. I enjoy playing fetch, giving them lots of attention, and spending quality time snuggling and bonding with them. I often join my mom on long walks with our dogs, so I am comfortable exercising and caring for pets of different energy levels. I am responsible, patient, and knowledgeable about basic pet care, including feeding, providing fresh water, cleaning up after pets, and following their daily routines. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always make their well-being my top priority.
