“Chelsi was great. We we out for about 7 hours while she watched Sheilah. She sent us updates and pictures. Since we were out of town, it was reassuring to have such a competent, confident and friendly sitter . Nothing but praise for Chelsi. We will use her again if the situation arises.”

About: I've had pets all my life, including right now. I'm comfortable around different breeds, sizes and temperaments. I have dog sat on the side for a family i worked for so I'm familiar managing routines, walks, feeding schedules and keeping pets happy while owners are away. Im especially comfortable with medication management for dogs and cats and can carefully administer medications if needed. I'm currently working Tues through Friday. Im also currently in college. I currently only have a morning Monday class and the rest are online When caring for pets in a clients home, I prioritize keeping their routine as normal as possible so they feel comfortable and secure. Making sure gates and doors are secure before letting pets outside is also very important.

About: As someone who grew up on a ranch and has never not had a dog since birth, I truly love animals. I have firsthand experience living with and caring for both dogs and cats, and I would love to extend that same care to your furbabies. Animals I’ve cared for include dogs and cats (of course), sheep, cows, fish, ducks, and tree frogs! My golden retriever (Bandit) and tabby cat (Tiger) say hi! I have a super flexible schedule! I’m currently working an events-based position every few weekends, but other than that all my time can be dedicated to caring for your furbabies like they’re one of my own! Even on weekends where I have an event to work, I still have plenty of free time, so never hesitate to reach out if you’re in need of pet care anytime. I’ve had 6 dogs in my lifetime and have pet-sitted many others, so I am used to caring for dogs of all personalities and rules. Indoor outdoor, crate trained or not, energetic and playful or relaxed and sleepy, I am adaptable and here to do what is best for you and your pet!
About: I've had dogs and many other pets my entire life- a boxer, pugs, Akita, Cairn, and a terrier mix with health issues, requiring extra care. I'm recently retired, so pet sitting will be my full time priority. I will devote all my care and attention to your pets, plants and garden. As an avid walker and hiker, I especially enjoy caring for dogs who love outdoor time and exercise. I also love exploring new communities and being in nature, so pet sitting is a great fit-it allows me to care for animals while experiencing new places in a meaningful way. I no longer have pets of my own and truly miss the companionship they bring, which makes caring for animals especially rewarding to me. Spending time with pets feels grounding and joyful, and I genuinely value creating a calm, reassuring presence for them while their people are away
About: my lifelong experience sets me apart from other sitters because my family would always positively recommend me to their friends. I am experienced with foster animals and pet sitting through years of helping a shelter worker and caring for her dogs. I’m attentive, reliable, and love working with all kinds of pets. I am currently working parttime as a preschool teacher but i am available on weekdays after 12. Mornings during the weekday are my only busy period. the care for pets varies depending on owners request. In the past, I have always followed clients requested bathroom and feeding schedules. if you have any questions, feel free to message or call me.
“There should be 6 stars for Chase's eval. he's that cool, that good. Really. We had him over way prior to his service to meet our dog Teaser. Treats in had made an instant friendship. Then, a few days prior to our trip we had Chase over for a walk with Teaser and dinner. All went well and Teaser loves this guy. Burgers were a bit over done but that's on me. They were still pretty good. After we departed on our trip he came over and had a great time with Teaser, sent photos often and it was just great. He's become a friend and Teaser loves him ... which is kinda the whole point.”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs since I was 12, giving me years of hands‑on experience and a natural understanding of their needs. I offer more than basic sitting — from short runs to long walks in parks or neighborhoods, I tailor each outing to your dog’s energy and personality so they stay happy, healthy, and engaged. I work full‑time Monday through Friday from 6:45 am to 3:15 pm, but I’m remote on Mondays and Fridays — which means I can be with your pets throughout the day if needed. On my in‑office days, I’m still able to stop by easily before work, during my lunch break, and right after I’m off, giving you reliable coverage all week. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine consistent and stress‑free. I provide fresh food and water, give medications as needed, clean litter boxes or outdoor areas, and make sure they get plenty of attention, play, and comfort. I also tailor exercise to each pet, from short runs and long walks for dogs to interactive play sessions for cats.

“Cheryl stayed in our home with our active dog Kona while my husband and I were on vacation. We loved receiving pictures and updates of Kona while we were away. We returned home to a happy dog and beautifully well kept house. We are thrilled to have found Cheryl and would recommend her highly!”

About: I'm an experienced and energetic petsitter with excellent references. I love learning the unique personality of each pet in my care. It's rewarding to provide them a stress-free environment in their own home, while their parents are away. From dog walks to keeping a feeding schedule, and dispensing their meds to cuddling -- their routines and feeling secure with a sitter, is my goal. I am a freelance writer and designer, which affords me the ability to be more present for your pets than a sitter with a regular outside work schedule. When I'm caring for your pets at your home, I'm dedicated to their safety and security. Though many dog parents enjoy off-leash activities with their pets, I keep dogs in my care on-leash at all times when outside your home or fenced yard. Even the most well-trained dog may not keep their recall training with a new person. For indoor cats, I'm agile in keeping them indoors (especially when walking through the outside doors.)

“Celin is lovely and was very loving to my dog. Our dog is older, has anxiety, and is really attached to us. She needs a sitter who will love her up in our absence. She was a perfect match for our dog!”

“Rowena was so attentive to our fur babies and their needs. She is very athletic and appreciated the altheticism of our dogs. We felt very comfortable with her and we were able to disconnect completely during our vacation.”
About: I have been around and cared for dogs since I was in middle school. I have a deep care for dogs and believe giving them the absolute best life while they are with us is the only way to engage with them. I have a knack for training, it somewhat comes natural to me and I have the patience for it. Im happy to work with your dog to either reinforce or teach commands/tricks. Recently, I left my corporate job. I am taking time off to assess my next career move. Which means I have wide open flexibility and need to take walks to keep thinking. What a better way to do that than to have a walking companion! I do not have pets which means all of my attention goes to yours! There are two couches, a bed and a patio for your babe to enjoy. I am available around the clock to play, walk, teach.

About: As someone who will take any excuse to spend time with animals, I have developed a great reputation as a reliable pet sitter. I enjoy playing with animals and ensuring that they are safe and happy while their owners are away. I am currently working a full-time job and am gone for about 8 hours out of the day. On my days off I am happy to spend more time at home with them. I will not be caring for pets at my own home. I will be coming to the client. Pets are not allowed at my home.
About: I've always had animals and love them all. I've cared for dogs, cats, birds, fish, small animals, reptiles, and horses. My passions are rescue and bringing out the best in the scared and anxious pets I deal with in shelter and hospital. My other jobs are extremely flexible and allow me to make my own schedule, which means more availability to volunteer at shelters and care for your babies. I have 1 friendly small dog and 3 cats. My home is their sanctuary. We do frequent walks and trips to trails and beaches. I prefer to let the furbabies snuggle with us, but I have crates up to XL available if needed.

“Julia was fantastic with Brix! He can be a little anxious around new people, but he warmed right up to her and seemed so happy and comfortable the whole weekend. We loved the updates and photos she sent throughout our trip—it was great knowing he was in such good hands. She also left our house spotless, which we really appreciated. Thanks so much Julia!!”

Upper State pet parents share their Rover experiences
Chloe was wonderful with Artimus. She was super communicative the whole time, sent photos throughout, and clearly took great care of him with plenty of walks. She was on time, respectful of the house, and left everything clean. We look forward to booking with her again!

Hannah was very communicative, arrived promptly, and most of all, our two year old lab adored her! She made friends with him quickly (and he usually is a little hesitant with new people). Otis felt comfortable with her and it was obvious that she knows how to care for, and speak to, dogs. We will definitely use Hannah again! Otis has a new best friend and her name is Hannah!

Deborah watched our dogs with short notice because of an unexpected medical appointment. She was flexible and calm in learning about our dogs. Our dogs liked her immediately and were very comfortable with her. We appreciated her frequent updates and came home to two very happy dogs. We highly recommend her.

Anela was wonderful with our two dogs. Detail oriented and thoughtful about all of their needs. She followed all of my instructions carefully which involved a lot of medications for one of my dogs. She left everything clean and tidy following a two night stay. She is on the younger side but very responsible. I highly recommend her.
Chelsi was great. We we out for about 7 hours while she watched Sheilah. She sent us updates and pictures. Since we were out of town, it was reassuring to have such a competent, confident and friendly sitter . Nothing but praise for Chelsi. We will use her again if the situation arises.

We needed someone to care for our super senior 17 year old that needs multiple oral medications, to be carried up and down steps, and occasionally has accidents in the house and Madison was up for the task for all of it. She took great care of our pup and our home while she stayed here. She was communicative, punctual and responsible. We will definitely use her again in the future.

Jane took really great care of my reactive pup during a longer stay. She communicated well and kept me informed about a stomach upset my pup had while I was gone, which luckily only lasted a day, as well as any reactions that occurred while walking my dog. Will definitely rebook in the future when needed

This is our third time having the pleasure of Ann watching our cat Nico and we cannot say enough good things about her. Nico absolutely adores her and it is clear that she loves him too. She provides regular updates and keeps the house spotless. We always feel completely at ease knowing Nico and our home are in such good hands. I truly cannot recommend her enough. Ann is wonderful.

We're counting our blessings that we found Jordan! In addition to being wonderfully sweet, she was extremely attentive and communicative. Our two dogs are great.....and quirky! She handled them beautifully and checked in with us as needed to ask questions or to let us know her game plan. Our dogs absolutely loved her. And this was the first time my husband was completely relaxed on our getaway, knowing that they were in Jordan's capable and loving hands!
Kyla took such great care of my pup and home. She was communicative throughout with updates / photos of him, which is greatly appreciated! She asked questions and listened to all my care tips on his likes/dislikes/personality. Highly recommend and would love to have her watch Charley again since they got along well!
