I’m a full-time working professional with a very flexible schedule that will allow me to drop in during the day or work from home if an all day shift is needed. Depending on my schedule I may be available for short notice requests and I don’t mind same day cancellation as long as there is no travel involved.

I try to treat pets like family, giving them attention, patience, and care so they feel safe and comfortable. Every animal is different, so I adjust to their personality. Whether that is lots of playtime, quiet companionship, or giving them space when they need it. Animals are very intuitive, and I’ve found that bringing calm, loving energy helps them open up and feel at ease. I always pay attention to their body language to make sure they’re happy and well cared for.

In the past I’ve been given written instructions which I personally work well with. I prefer a concrete list that I can reference to make sure I’m doing the job right, especially if there are different types of medications I need to administer.

I enjoy getting pets outside for fresh air and exercise, whether that’s a walk around the neighborhood or a visit to Hendry’s Beach. I’m not the type to just do the bare minimum and I truly love being around animals. I’d treat your pet like family, making sure they get plenty of love, attention, and care.

I’m reliable and trustworthy, with experience caring for a variety of pets, from small dogs to active 1-year-old labs, as well as cats and chickens. I’ve watched multiple pets at the same time and can handle different needs, including giving medication or keeping up with high-energy animals. I’ve been watching pets since high school and grew up around dogs and cats, so being around animals comes naturally. Chelsi was great. We we out for about 7 hours while she watched Sheilah. She sent us updates and pictures. Since we were out of town, it was reassuring to have such a competent, confident and friendly sitter . Nothing but praise for Chelsi. We will use her again if the situation arises.

Chelsi has been a great help for our family! It really is a blessing to find someone you can trust to care for your pets the way you do. Chelsi has cared for our home, chickens and two birds while my family has been on week long vacations as well as weekend getaways. I love that she sends me pictures of my feathered family and is good about checking in with me, if she’s unsure of any situation regarding our home or pets. We will continue to request Chelsi for future getaways. Peace of mind, can’t ask for anything more.
Chelsi is a responsible and caring pet sitter. She took great care of our super active pitt/boxer, bunny and chickens on the property. Very attentive to detail and trustworthy. Highly recommend and will definitely be contacting her again soon.
