About: 7+ years of experience caring for my family’s dog. I’ve pet sit for a friend for a weekend and a few days. One small and medium sized. This experience involves about two years. Whether training or not I can properly clean up after your dog. Walks, clean up, scheduled feeding time, quality time, and attention to detail is what I can provide for your pet while you are away or in need of assistance. I work during the week in from Monday to Friday. My hours are from 8am to 2pm. My schedule is flexible at the moment. In the afternoon and early morning I am available. Weekends are also open for my services. Throughout the day I can also conduct stops or drop ins. In my home cats are welcome and I have space to accommodate a litter box, food/water, toys, and plenty of space for the cat to roam or play. I also have a medium sized gated backyard for dogs. Plenty of parks and walking areas near by. My neighborhood is relatively quiet and pet friendly.

“I felt so much better through my shift knowing Ava was being checked in on and taken care of, and I can tell her day went a lot better because of it, too! Thank you so much!!”

“Lina was fantastic! Very communicative, timely, and experienced. It made our trip out of town much less stressful knowing she was keeping an eye on our furballs. We will definitely be looking to book her again the next time we are in need of cat care.”

About: Coming from a professional animal family, I have been involved in various animal organizations and activities throughout my life. These include AKC, canine rescue, dog, cat and horse massage, dog training, puppy rearing, dog shows as a handler and helper, agility, obedience, pet sitting, dog walking, etc. I've always felt incredibly close to animals of all shapes, and sizes. I grew up with Rhodesian Ridgeback dogs, the occasional all-breed foster and house cats. In addition, I have been riding and helping care for horses for as long as I can remember and have experience with goats, cows, rabbits, chickens, etc. Over the years I have been hired to feed and care for just about every sort of animal commonly kept by people. I am very comfortable with daily visits as well as overnights. Additionally, I am very comfortable with dogs of all sizes on leashes and love taking pets for walks. I'm currently a 34-year-old Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. I also have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (with a minor in Russian) as well as a Bachelor of Science in Development and Family Studies. I am currently working part-time from home with the ability to schedule based on the needs of the animal and would have plenty of time for quality care either in my own home or yours, whichever would suit your needs best. I am comfortable caring for your pet in whatever environment you would prefer, including leashing them in a public park space or exercising them in their home environment. I would be happy to discussed any preferred place of care.

About: I've taken care of large dogs (over 60 lbs) my entire life. In fact, my parents met walking their dogs in the park. Because of my at home experience with dogs, I started pet sitting at the age of ten for my neighbors who had dogs and cats. I’ve loved and taken care of young puppies to senior dogs of all sizes. I was the primary caregiver and trainer for my family’s most recent dogs when they were 15 weeks to 3 months old. I love the opportunity to play with any dogs or cats I meet while still enforcing any necessary boundaries or training. I know the ups and downs of having animals very well, and I look forward to being able to temporarily care for the animal(s) that bring you so much joy! I have a part-time job at a non-profit so my work is concentrated mostly in the middle of the day. I am available for morning and afternoon walks, as well as late evening potty breaks. I do have full days at that non-profit Thursdays and Fridays that do not allow for a midday walk/check in but DO allow for morning and evening walks/check ins. I am happy to spend the night with your animal if that’s what you need. When I am in your home, I want to respect your space and how your animal lives in that space as much as possible. I do not want to break your animal's routine. I want to enforce any boundaries that you set, as well as making sure it's like you were never gone, providing cuddles and play.

“Kathryn was super responsive and available to come meet us on short notice and care for our cats over a weekend. Loved the photo updates with notes with each visit. The best part was how quickly she connected with our shy cats and made sure they were fed and played with, despite their nervousness around strangers! Thanks Kathryn!”

“I’m an empty nester who loves to travel. When I do, I know exactly who to call to look after our dog, Cesar. I’ve known Asia for pretty much her entire life, and she has always had a deep love for animals, which they reciprocate. When I’m traveling, I don’t have to worry about Cesar’s care because Asia is a wonderful caregiver.
