Dog Boarding Upper Northwood

I couldn’t be more thankful to Erin for the care she gave my dog, Piper. Piper is a very anxious Aussie who doesn’t warm up to new people easily or quickly, so I was nervous about a last minute boarding need. Erin was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, arranging a meet and greet and welcoming a very shy dog. Throughout her stay, I received regular updates, and it was clear Piper was given the time and space she needed to settle in. I’m so grateful for how thoughtfully Piper was cared for and how accommodating Erin was of both her needs and my last minute request.

Nicole was wonderful! We needed someone last minute to watch our 4 month old puppy for the day and overnight, and Nicole responded fast and answered all my questions. She sent updates with photos that let me know my pup was having a great time. Highly recommend her for all your puppy needs!

Melissa is very professional and took a great care of my pups. Dogs seem to be very happy and I loved seeing photos while I was away.

Grateful for her she took Niko for me and took care of him short notice I had to Travel and someone canceled on me. Sent pictures and updates. Great with communication.

Sophie was fantastic with my puppy Kobe! She kept me updated the whole time with pictures and videos of Kobe, which really put my mind at ease. When I picked him up, he was super clean and clearly well cared for. I'll definitely be rebooking with her again!

Eva and her family are wonderful caretakers to our dog Finn. He clearly enjoys his time at their house and always seems happy when we drop him off.

The best dog boarding experience!! Irene is so thoughtful, reliable, and caring towards our dogs! She is great at communication and made sure our dog got his medications everyday on time. My other dog, a Shiba Inu, is often moody and still loved staying with Irene! She really understand each pet's personality and makes sure they are comfortable, safe, and happy

This was Eugene's first time staying with Aida and she took excellent care of him while I was on a trip. She was very interested in his care and asked questions which showed me that she was invested in being a good sitter to him for the duration of his stay. She was very responsive and easy to coordinate drop off and pick up times with - a huge plus when you're rushing around packing and preparing for a trip. She sent daily photos without me having to ask or remind her, which meant a lot to me because I always miss him when I'm away, as well as updates about his health and behavior (i.e. if he was itching more than usual). Though he can be a bit of a handful, Eugene seemed very comfortable with Aida, which is also a plus as he can be somewhat anxious. Overall, I was very happy with the care Aida provided Eugene and would definitely book again!

Crissy takes very good care of Kayla. Kayla likes her very much and I don’t worry when I leave her with Crissy. She (Chrissy) is a gem.

Working with animals must come naturally for Ece. Her patience was absolutely wonderful with my elderly dog, I got daily updates with many pictures and she showed genuine care and concern for Luna (asked if I noticed particular bumps/marks, for instance). Thank you so much!!

Sophia is wonderful as always!! She takes such good care of Balto and treats him as if he was her own. He loves his time with her and I know he is safe and well cared for! She also always sends so many fun pictures and updates! Truly so glad I found her!

Shipra was fantastic! She sent me daily updates and made sure she introduced my dog to her dog slowly, which I really appreciated.

My pup Strawberry enjoyed her stay with Elizabeth. Elizabeth cared for my pup like she was her own dog. She kept me abreast of how Strawberry was doing and sent lots of pictures and videos. She was flexible about pickup and drop off times which is definitely appreciated since I travel by plane a lot and have no control over my arrival time back home!

Alexis was great and so considerate of our poodle mix Berry. We got daily pictures and he was flexible in having Berry meet his adorable and very gentle husky ahead of time. Lots of backyard space for those two to roam around!

Tiara took great care our our two dogs! She gave frequent updates, followed all instructions, and was easy to communicate with. Our one dog is pretty high energy and she loved him regardless!

Maribel did a great job with Millie. I'm very impressed with her as Millie is very particular. She provided pictures and updates at least twice a day. She also snuggled with Millie which is something she loves. I will definitely use her again.

Halimah was a great sitter for my dog. Despite it being a longer stay, she took the time to meet with my dog and I, decide if we were a good fit, and reassured me of any concerns I may have while away (pictures/videos sent, very communicative). Zada is a great dog as well and I wish them the best of luck on future endeavors, a very nice pair!

Lara took great care of my dog for a weekend. She was responsive, flexible and sent the perfect amount of photos and check in messages! I would definitely re-book and recommend her to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful experience. We were nervous leaving our 4-month-old puppy for the first time, but Linda made the entire process stress-free. He watched our dog for three days and went above and beyond to keep us updated. The videos and pictures she sent weren't just quick snaps, they showed our pup playing, napping, and looking totally relaxed, which meant the world to us. It was obvious Linda took the time to make our young pup feel safe and comfortable in a new environment. Thanks to her, we actually got to enjoy our vacation without worrying. We will definitely be booking again.
