About: Our Why? We have Huskies, and while still offering our service to other breeds, we highlight that it takes a fellow Husky owner to understand what a Husky needs. Despite their mischievous shenanigans, Houdini escape attempts, endless fur-sheddings, high-pitched vocalizations, bubbly, energized personalities, and hyperactive frolicking, we adore huskies. We understand finding experienced, dependable, loving, and trustworthy caregivers for your Husky isn't easy. That's why we are here to help. We currently have two friendly young huskies (one male and one female- fixed and crate-trained). We also have experience with English bulldogs, Sharpeis, Chow-Chows, Labs, Doodles, and Boxers. We only offer care for dogs based upon the comfortability of the match to our pet-care style and demeanor. We love our pets as we will love yours. We are focused on weekends, holidays, and summer care. We are open to possible weekday arrangements if your dog is crate-trained. Before booking us, a drop-by visit is required to test the compatibility of all humans and dogs. A few things: Special note-while we have never owned a French bulldog, we are particularly interested in learning to care for this breed. Your pet must be spayed or nurtured to receive boarding in our home. Also, we are sorry but we cannot offer care for full or mixed Pit Bull breeds. How does pet care fit into your daily and weekly lives? Our pets receive two meals a day, comprising dry food and water. Our pets are crate-trained and remain crated when owners are away. Most of the time, there is an adult in the house. Our dogs can access a large fenced backyard with green grass and trees. Our dogs walk with owners through nearby Branch Brooke Park and visit the dog park almost daily. Our dogs are crated during adult meal times and sleep in the main bedroom on the floor, side couch, or end of bed at night. We maintain a clean home and provide puppy pads during inclement weather to avoid mud and chaos. Pets have access to some rooms, but not all rooms in the house. Toys and treats are provided regularly. Linens on beds where animals may sleep are washed and switched out regularly. Our gate is blocked off on both sides because huskies are known for escaping. Our pets have ID collars and ID dog tags and wear GPS trackers during the day. Our dogs are up-to-date on immunizations and have been spayed/neutered. We don't hit our dogs with our hands or objects but use basic word commands. Training dogs is always a work in progress. They are both loved for their uniqueness. We only plan to care for pets in our home. We have a large and welcoming home.

15. Keith L.
About: I’ve been blessed to walk, sit & board my friends/Neighbors/family dogs since I was about 11, I fell in love immediately! I’m not a vet or anything but me being very sympathetic for animals has always earned me a new little furry bestfriend. Even strangers dogs love to interact with me, I’m like part of the pack! I am currently working Full time as a dog walker/Sitter!! Weekends I am free but I am a youth football coach so if you have pups who love kids & running around I’d love for them to tag along! I am also a pro gamer so 1 day in a week/weekend I travel out of NJ & come back next morning. I have a well sized gated backyard & my neighbor has a pack of dogs that can keep your pups company besides me, no grass unfortunately but I live by parks & have grass on the block. Inside I have 4 spacious rooms they can wander around, hardwood floors so very easy to clean up after.

16. Maria H.
“Maria’s amazing with animals. She’s super friendly and is caring . My dog gets really excited every time he sees her or because she always brings him treats lol.”

17. Sasha M.

“Sasha was wonderful. We booked for 4 days/3 nights, and had Sasha stay in our house to watch our two dogs. We have traditionally used dog camps/boarding for vacations, and we were hesitant to try Rover. Sasha eased our concerns, and was in constant contact with us, sending us pictures and updates about the dogs throughout the day. Sasha tended to the dogs needs, giving them plenty of treats and cuddles. Sasha was also respectful of our house, ensuring any dishware and pots that were used, were returned cleaned, as well as took the trash / recycling out. Based on all the lovely photos we got, it's clear that our dogs loved having Sasha spend the days and nights with them. Would highly recommend Sasha and will likely book again for future vacations.”

18. Kathy V.

“Kathy is our go-to dog sitter for our puppy Rosie! Shes wonderful with our pup, quick to respond, keeps us updated with pictures and has been super flexible when we had to adjust/extend her time with Rosie. I would highly recommend Kathy to anyone looking for a dog sitter!”

19. Natasha B.

“Natasha was amazing! We t couldn’t have been happier spend time with our pups. She took great care of them, constantly sent updates with photos (she is a great pet photographer fyi!!!) and was prompt, professional and kind. We will definitely be booking with her again and highly recommend her!”

20. Kate S.
“Kate has been taking care of our beagle since it was 8months old. Our doggo, Peanut, chose her from the beginning. He is turning 5yrs old this year. Kate would watch him for a month while we are away on vacation. I’ve also accompanied her on her walks with Peanut and I’ve seen firsthand how Kate is gentle and responsible with our baby. Whenever she can, Kate would still watch him. She would also organize some playdates with her friend’s dog just so both dogs can socialize. I approve of Kate based on my experience with her services.”
