About: Chilling with pets is my favorite self-care! I have been taking care of cats and dogs for over 25 years. My speciality is rescue animals and all of my cats over the years have been from shelters. I've taken care of all types of cats and dogs from pugs to German Shepards, from kittens to senior cats. I am very gentle, compassionate, and give great pet back scratches! My goal is to keep your pets happy until their favorite human gets home. 😀 I currently work as a social worker and my schedule is very flexible. This means I am available outside a traditional Monday - Friday 9am-5pm schedule. I follow your instructions like a recipe and am proactive about asking questions related to the care of your pet. In addition, my former roommate is a practicing veterinarian and is on-call for me 24/7. :)

About: I grew up with dogs and have taken care of multiple pups and cats over the years. I currently have a dog but she is a bit reactive with other dogs so I won’t be able to have your dog in my home. I am great with puppy training as well. Looking forward to meeting your furry friend! I am currently working full time but am available to walk dogs after 5pm during the week and anytime on the weekends. If I am dog sitting I am able to let your puppy out out during lunch u less I am working from Home! I am available for your pup throughout the weekends. Whether it’s just for a walk or company. About: My name is Karlyn. I started working in pet care in 2018 at a pet hotel and doggy daycare. I joined Rover in 2019, and I worked at another dog boarding facility/daycare from 2023-2025. I have extensive training in how to properly care for your dogs (and cats!) I have experience with dogs of all ages, breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I have three rescue dogs; a 12 year old Papillon named Archie, a 2 year old Papillon named Zoloft, and a 6 year old Maltipoo named Toaster! Although I absolutely adore all dogs, small dogs will always hold a special place in my heart. A little more about me: I am 31 years old and I am an on-set prop master in television/film. I am located in Cheektowaga, but I have a car so I don’t mind traveling a few extra miles! I work freelance so I have an abundance of free time between films! I have no other responsibilities when I’m off set, so I can focus all of my energy on your furry friend! I do everything in my power to make each pet feel comfortable and loved. I also spend a lot of time exercising and mentally stimulating each pet.

About: All 3 of my animals I've owned throughout my life have lived full, happy lives. They also, however, required close supervision. Both cats were outdoor cats which required consistent grooming, tick repellant, and even medicine administration for when they ate something they shouldn't have, or developed infections (administering pills to a cat is a skill I'm proud to put on my resume.) My dog Connor developed an autoimmune disease, and required prednisone administration daily. He was also a very reactive dog to other dogs, so those behaviors I am very well-versed in handling. The same can be said for my partner's family's two dogs (black lab mix and white Dogo Argentino), and my sister's pug mix. Dogs are reactive for a reason and I do not judge them for it, I'm happy to accommodate their predispositions. I work completely remote (and to be truthful it's a pretty chill job day to day) so I'd consider myself the best option as someone who has a full time job outside of Rover! Plus, I love the company of pet sitting during the week. I'm of the belief that cats and dogs belong on the couch and the bed, so in my home they are allowed wherever they please. That being said, if you have more strict rules for your animals either inside my home or yours, I completely understand and have no problem carrying out your wishes (obviously.) My care style is attentive. I know that's another obvious answer, but I've always loved interacting with animals, playing with them, etc. It makes me happy.
