They have a nice background where our girl was able to run around and play and their house is very spacious and clean. They took her on multiple long walks during her stay and when we picked her up on Sunday and brought her home I could not believe how exhausted she was! She’s a puppy with lots of energy so to see her passed out means she must’ve had a great time getting lots of attention and exercise! I definitely would not hesitate to have Dan dog sit again for us and I’m grateful to know I now have someone that she & I both trust & feel comfortable with. She had already been doing a fantastic job caring for my cat Thor (a very spoiled and special boy,) while I was all the way on the west coast, his daily pictures showing a happy kitty. I ended up having to reschedule my flight multiple times, and I believe had to rebook Brianna about 3 times! I ended up needing another 2 weeks or so of in-home care, and she took care of Thor with no issue and made this stressful delay so much less so as I knew my baby was being taken care of. She really went out of her way to make sure he was happy and had what he needed even in the most terrible weather. When I came home my place was clean and neat like I had left it (not even litter box smell,) mail on the counter, dishes cleaned, and even my plants were all perfectly healthy. Thor was in a great mood, I was so happy to find him feeling so well and not depressed or in a down mood from me being gone so long which he usually is after I've left him for a while - and I know that's because Brianna not only made sure he had his basic needs met but because she spent quality time with him. I can't thank her enough!”

About: I have take care of dogs and cats since I can remember. I’ve always had family pets that I looked after. Recently I started to pet sit professionally and have looked after pets with all manners of personalities and needs. I am currently working full time with a hybrid schedule. Monday through Wednesday in the office and Thursday through Friday remote. I am free every weekend and anytime after 5pm. Because each pet parent is unique and has their own ways to raise and care for their pets I strictly adhere to their rules and guidelines. About: I have raised two dogs (one large bread and one small bread) both from puppy to 16 & 17yrs old. I have had three cats (one still residing with me). Currently I dog sit two fur babies since 2020. In a week I am losing one of my buddies due to his parents relocating. I am already missing him and am hoping to make some new walking and cuddling partners. I work part time on weekends but can sit with advanced notice. Monday til Wednesday I am available for anytime on shorter notice. When I have your furry sweetheart I do not leave them by themselves at all,so I like to schedule when there is nothing to conflict with the time I have them. When in my house they have no restrictions from me, only what the parent wants. I have an outside bathroom area on leash for quick bathroom trips. I like to go for at least one or two long walks per day, weather permitting and your dogs abilities. I live in a walkable neighborhood and close to parks. When at your house I will follow whatever routine your partner is used to.

About: I pay close attention to pets as I do children, treating each with love, respect, compassion, and empathy. Sometimes no words are needed, just a scratch under the chin, chest, head, or ears! Other times, fuzzy friends need to be told what a great gift from God they truly are. I love being sensitive to each creature's individual needs, and cherish the special bonds formed while owners entrust me with their forever family friends. Sometimes that means going the extra mile (literally) if furry friends feel like going for a jog, hike, or swim! Thunderstorms can be the worst for some, soft spoken words, songs, and snuggles are my specialty. If a kennel is preferred I’m in full agreeance. I have been animal/house sitting for over a decade and am grateful for each opportunity given to help and serve. I am a stay at home mom with two kids and two fur babies. On weekends, my husband, kiddos (fur babes included), and I spend time in the outdoors, hiking, picnics, walks etc. Our pets and those that we watch are considered family members, therefore have our constant attention, love, and affection! We have an adequate fenced in backyard space for pups to play and enjoy frequent visits to the park. With drop in, checking food and water are on the list along with potty outside, playing ball (or throwing stuffies/ frisbee 🥏) and rubs.

About: My name is Karlyn. I started working in pet care in 2018 at a pet hotel and doggy daycare. I joined Rover in 2019, and I worked at another dog boarding facility/daycare from 2023-2025. I have extensive training in how to properly care for your dogs (and cats!) I have experience with dogs of all ages, breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I have three rescue dogs; a 12 year old Papillon named Archie, a 2 year old Papillon named Zoloft, and a 6 year old Maltipoo named Toaster! About: All 3 of my animals I've owned throughout my life have lived full, happy lives. They also, however, required close supervision. Both cats were outdoor cats which required consistent grooming, tick repellant, and even medicine administration for when they ate something they shouldn't have, or developed infections (administering pills to a cat is a skill I'm proud to put on my resume.) My dog Connor developed an autoimmune disease, and required prednisone administration daily. He was also a very reactive dog to other dogs, so those behaviors I am very well-versed in handling. The same can be said for my partner's family's two dogs (black lab mix and white Dogo Argentino), and my sister's pug mix. Dogs are reactive for a reason and I do not judge them for it, I'm happy to accommodate their predispositions. I work completely remote (and to be truthful it's a pretty chill job day to day) so I'd consider myself the best option as someone who has a full time job outside of Rover! Plus, I love the company of pet sitting during the week. I'm of the belief that cats and dogs belong on the couch and the bed, so in my home they are allowed wherever they please. That being said, if you have more strict rules for your animals either inside my home or yours, I completely understand and have no problem carrying out your wishes (obviously.) My care style is attentive. I know that's another obvious answer, but I've always loved interacting with animals, playing with them, etc. It makes me happy.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a large fenced yard for dogs to enjoy, and the driveway entrance is securely blocked off whenever pets are outside. It's up to you and what you are comfortable with! We can always set up a greeting ahead of watching your pet as well.
