My schedule is very flexible and open, so I can easily fit in walks, drop-ins, or overnight stays whenever needed. I plan around each pet’s routine. About: All 3 of my animals I've owned throughout my life have lived full, happy lives. They also, however, required close supervision. Both cats were outdoor cats which required consistent grooming, tick repellant, and even medicine administration for when they ate something they shouldn't have, or developed infections (administering pills to a cat is a skill I'm proud to put on my resume.) My dog Connor developed an autoimmune disease, and required prednisone administration daily. He was also a very reactive dog to other dogs, so those behaviors I am very well-versed in handling. The same can be said for my partner's family's two dogs (black lab mix and white Dogo Argentino), and my sister's pug mix. Dogs are reactive for a reason and I do not judge them for it, I'm happy to accommodate their predispositions. I work completely remote (and to be truthful it's a pretty chill job day to day) so I'd consider myself the best option as someone who has a full time job outside of Rover! Plus, I love the company of pet sitting during the week. I'm of the belief that cats and dogs belong on the couch and the bed, so in my home they are allowed wherever they please. That being said, if you have more strict rules for your animals either inside my home or yours, I completely understand and have no problem carrying out your wishes (obviously.) My care style is attentive. I know that's another obvious answer, but I've always loved interacting with animals, playing with them, etc. It makes me happy.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs most of my life. I currently help my parents with their two dogs and have pet sat for many family friends throughout the years. About: As a lifetime pet owner, until recently, I have owned dogs for all of my life, and I’ve gone above and beyond in the care of my pets and their needs. I had my last dog from when I was in 6th grade all the way until I was a Junior in college. Through this time, I watched him develop from a puppy to a senior dog with senior needs, including strenuous lifting and even diaper changes. I am willing to go to the same lengths when caring for your beloved pets! Throughout my life, I’ve also helped my friends care for their dogs and pets. I understand the bond between an owner and their pets, and the sacred nature of letting someone else take care of them, even for a short period of time. I am currently pursuing an online Master's Degree through SUNY Oswego, and I am relatively free for the time being. I could fit your care needs into any of my days. With experience in caring for pups and cats, I can pretty much do anything you would need me to do in your home, from feeding, to walking, to crating, to keeping them excited and entertained.
