About: Growing up, my dog was my best friend. We went on all sorts of adventures together and I loved every moment of it. Now, I miss it. I’d love a chance to share my passion for taking care of your pets with you. I have 10+ years experience caring for both dogs and cats (also birds, hamsters, fish, rabbits, who’s counting?). About: All 3 of my animals I've owned throughout my life have lived full, happy lives. They also, however, required close supervision. Both cats were outdoor cats which required consistent grooming, tick repellant, and even medicine administration for when they ate something they shouldn't have, or developed infections (administering pills to a cat is a skill I'm proud to put on my resume.) My dog Connor developed an autoimmune disease, and required prednisone administration daily. He was also a very reactive dog to other dogs, so those behaviors I am very well-versed in handling. The same can be said for my partner's family's two dogs (black lab mix and white Dogo Argentino), and my sister's pug mix. Dogs are reactive for a reason and I do not judge them for it, I'm happy to accommodate their predispositions. I work completely remote (and to be truthful it's a pretty chill job day to day) so I'd consider myself the best option as someone who has a full time job outside of Rover! Plus, I love the company of pet sitting during the week. I'm of the belief that cats and dogs belong on the couch and the bed, so in my home they are allowed wherever they please. That being said, if you have more strict rules for your animals either inside my home or yours, I completely understand and have no problem carrying out your wishes (obviously.) My care style is attentive. I know that's another obvious answer, but I've always loved interacting with animals, playing with them, etc. It makes me happy.

About: I’ve always had a love for dogs and learning about different breeds. I’ve had dogs growing up and have always been comfortable around them especially big dogs. I have house sat before, done drop ins for friends and have done dog walking for my neighbors. I do work a majority during the day(M-S). But I am available on evenings(except for Thursdays). I’m off on Wednesdays, every other Saturday and Sundays Your dogs safety is my first priority. I will utilize a leash when needed, make sure the gate is always shut. Out on a walk I will make sure we stay on the sidewalk and keep distance from other people and dogs(I always say to set your dog up for success). About: I pay close attention to pets as I do children, treating each with love, respect, compassion, and empathy. Sometimes no words are needed, just a scratch under the chin, chest, head, or ears! About: I've had a dog since I was little, so I grew up with dogs. I have trained my roommate's dog some tricks: gives paw, high five, spin, speak, whisper, and other tricks. I can try to train even the most stubborn of dogs, I am patient and stubborn too and will keep trying. It may take awhile. I love long walks, I usually do recall and discipline (stop, sit and wait until no more pulling) while we are on walks. I am pretty available right now when it comes to daytime. Bigger dogs will be more of a challenge for me, but as long as they don't bite I'll be okay. I am excited for this opportunity to show dogs love and take care of them.

About: I’ve always been around dogs and cats growing up. My grandmother owned an in-home dog grooming business that I assisted with from a young age. I’ve had my own family dogs since the age of 7.  Whenever friends or family have gone out of town, they trusted me to look after their dogs as well as cats. Currently I have a 3-year-old catahoula leopard / lab mix and an 8-year-old brown tabby cat. During the week I work 9-5 from home. I tend to have most of my meetings early in the morning due to time zone differences, meaning I have the majority of the day to look after your dog. On weekends my availability can start as early as 9AM.  I am typically available I don’t ski or snowboard – so you don’t have to worry about me being in the mountains. 1.     There are many outdoor parks near my apartment building, as well as a dog run in the apartment complex itself. My 3-year-old pup is extremely friendly and playful, meaning your furry friend will always have someone to keep them company, should they want a friend.

About: I have done seasonal dog walking jobs for older clients as well as drop-in visits for several of my friends and family’s cats or dogs. I am also proficient in caring for senior cats as I have rescued two from the street. My kitties are quite independent and have an auto kibble feeder and they are fed wet dinner in the evenings to support urinary health. I am always hanging out with them when in my home as it is theirs as well. I am always checking on my pets and giving them affection.
