About: I've fostered and trained 14 puppies until they found their forever homes, with organizations like R.A.R.E Rescue and Big Fluffy Dog Rescue. I especially love teaching puppies tricks, such as "sit," "spin," "come here," I can teach them to recognize their names, and I can potty and crate train as well. I used to volunteer at the Nashville Humane Society walking and socializing dogs and cats, and I have experience taking care of animals with special needs or special medical instructions. I love taking pictures of cute moments and will make sure any animal staying with me is loved and cared for! I've had both cats, dogs, and a snake as pets, and I have experience petsitting other animals for neighbors such as different reptiles, ferrets, and bunnies, so I'm definitely capable of taking care of any animal with specific instructions. I am self-employed and work from home, so pet care fits perfectly into my schedule. I have flexible hours and can be available for last minute requests. I also have a car to swing by at any time to take dogs on walks throughout the day or even drive to a dog park. I just moved to New York from Tennessee, so I'm a little new to the area. I currently have a dog but she is a bit reactive with other dogs so I won’t be able to have your dog in my home. I am great with puppy training as well. Looking forward to meeting your furry friend! About: I grew up with cats and dogs. I was a dog walker/pet sitter for 3 years and I loved it. I have experience with puppies/kittens to elderly cats/dogs. I am well practiced in giving a variety of medications to both cats and dogs. I go to school during the day, but I have plenty of extra time to play with cats and dogs. I’m able to regularly play with the cats and dogs, help with feeding and basic care, and make sure they get lots of attention and exercise throughout the day/week. I am familiar with a variety of locks and crates if your pet uses them. I keep a close eye of my surroundings when walking pets to ensure safety at all times.

If you live near me, an overnight at your place is possible as I like to give my Stormy cat her breakfast and outside grass time by mid morn. I have lots of cat toys in my house for my cat. I hope your dog has toys and if it's just a walk, then a good leash and baggies to collect poop are essential. I am all about fresh water and seeing that their space is just how they like it.

About: Hello! I started pet-sitting seriously in graduate school and had a consistent base of clients for two years. Later, I volunteered at a local humane society where I cared for and interacted with cats and dogs multiple times a week, for three years. This experience taught me a great deal more about dogs, including behaviors, breed traits, and exercise needs. While it's not my profession, animal care-taking has definitely become my passion! I treat every animal exactly how they want to be treated. Sometimes that is a lot of love and affection, but sometimes there are cats who like their distance! Whatever your animal needs, I'm happy to accommodate them. I have an extreme flexible schedule, and I can help with mid-day walks as well as routine AM/PM visits. I’m happy to accommodate last-minute needs or become a regular helper. It's an honor to have a key to someones home and to be trusted to care for their animals, and I take this very seriously. I am a guest in your home, but in that time your pet is family to me. I always make sure to leave a home neater than I found it, and will double, triple check that all is as it should be before I depart.
