“The proof of Jackie’s expertise is with the pups. They adored her. She is obviously a dog person. We’ll be booking her again as a sitter. I know that bean and sprout will have a wonderful time with her. Thanks Jackie!”

“Ian has been great so far! Flexible and consistent with the weekly walks. He and Amelia are clearly building a trusting relationship, and she’s really starting to warm up to him. I would definitely recommend him.”

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for family and friends for the past three years. I am a pet lover with a caring heart and am very glad to play, walk and care for pets as I am away from mine for school. I have a medical background and am currently a medical student. I am currently a student at Jacob’s Medical School, with classes primarily in the morning but lots of flexible, free time in the afternoon and evening. I am open to pet-sitting at one’s property but cannot have pets at my apartment. I am open to pet-sit, feed, walk, etc as needed per pet!
About: I have trained 2 dogs from puppyhood. We recently lost our beautiful lab/Shepard rescue, Dianna to heart failure. She loved her walks and we miss her dearly. I am certified in pet CPR and first aid. I love to interact with both dogs and cats. I will bring affection and adventure to every walk to ensure you dog gets the most out of their exercise time where they gather the neighborhood news! I am retired, my wife still is working full time, my son is in college, so I have plenty of flexibly in my schedule. I am very active and use to take our dog on several walks a day. I am offering services as a dog walker, so this does not apply to me at this point in time. I will provide this information should my services change.
About: I have taken care of my parents, family friends, and roommates animals since I was a teenager. I’ve house sit with cats and dogs. From hyper puppies to laid back kitty cats I am here to help. I’ll walk, feed, give lots of love, and attention to your beloved pet. ***I apologize, I will not be available all of August or the beginning of September 2023. I am in the process of moving. I will update my location soon. Thank you for your understanding.*** I do work full-time Saturday through Wednesday, it’s best for me to do check in’s and dog walks for a couple hours in the day. I also do house sitting with your pet, so they aren’t alone at night. I live with my roommates kitty named Nelly, I love her up and feed her whenever my roommate isn’t around. However, I cannot bring animals to my home, because I rent the property and other animals are not allowed. I would be happy to come into your home and provide care and love to your fur baby.

“Rebooked Callie for a midday break. Excellent with our 14 week old puppy! Patient. Callie also has an eye for good photo angles and has sent some of our cutest pictures we have of Benson, which is especially nice because these puppy years go by so quickly and before you know it, you’ve forgotten to document it. Highly recommend Callie for your pet.”

“Fantastic dog walker! Haley is reliable, friendly, and truly great with dogs. Our pup is always excited to see her and comes back happy and well-exercised. Communication is excellent, and we always feel confident our dog is in good hands. Highly recommend!”

“Kate was great! Came the night before to meet our new puppy and worked with me to rebook as I realized I booked the wrong date. Kate took good care of our puppy, sharing pictures along the way. Will look to retire in the future. Thanks Kate!”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs most of my life. I currently help my parents with their two dogs and have pet sat for many family friends throughout the years. Currently between jobs and have open availability. That is subject to change when I find a new job. If you have any questions feel free to reach out ☺️ I will play with, walk, and care for your pets and home as if they were my own. I am also capable of giving prescription medications to your pet if necessary for their day to day.
“We love Tina! She has provided excellent care for my deaf dog Sassy and even knows sign language. She is great at keeping you up to date of what your pet has been up to while at work. I look forward to continue working with Tina!”

“Alyssa is the BEST! I had a lot of anxiety around my dog meeting someone new because he has a lot of energy and can be mouthy, but Alyssa is clearly a pro who is able to handle him well and he loves her. I am so grateful for her services.”

“She was amazing! She cared for my heavy puller and was great with him. She kept me updated on everything and made sure I was able to relax with my dog having a walker for the first time. She was wonderful, would definitely recommend her to take care of your pets!”

“We have an 80lb chubby American Bulldog...Rachel was so sweet, meet and great went great! She handled our sweet girl with great care on their walk. She was on time, polite and responsible. Coco loved her! I would book Rachel again without hesitation! She is wonderful!”

About: As Adoption Coordinator for the Oahu SPCA, I've seen it all. I've cared for dogs and cats in a clinical setting, as a foster, owner, and sitter for many years. I've found homes for countless animals in a rescue setting. And more than anything, I want your pet to feel safe and happy when their loving family is away. I work for myself from home, so my schedule is flexible and I can spend lots of quality time with your baby. Your pet will have no shortage of attention, snuggles, quality time and exercise. Dogs love routine- whether they're staying with me or at your house. Waking up at the same time each morning makes certain they get the ya-ya's out and don't have to wait to go potty. Puppies and older dogs with more urgent bladder needs will of course be accomodated with extra supervised trips outside and puppy pads if needed. I'm very conscious that there are no animal-toxic foods/plants/fragrances left out for pets to get into. You can rest assured your pet will be fed the proper amounts, medicines, and brands of your choice to protect their digestive system. My home offers a big beautiful bike path on the river, where your pet will get tons of good walks and a big house to explore. For cats, I have a large but contained space for them to roam and also find seclusion without getting lost. Their litter box will stay in the same spot every time so they know where to go, and they will always have fresh litter. I would love to play with them so bring their favorite toys! No other pets are in the home as all of our babies passed of old age. Adult family members share the home, so there is extra help. No kiddos are in the home so no concerns there. If in your home, I'm very diligent about making sure doors are secure and locked so pets don't escape. I always know where your pet is and make sure their environment is calm and quiet.
About: Looking for a fun and reliable sitter who treats your pets like royalty? You've come to the right place! 🤗 I currently work as an assistant at a local veterinary clinic and have experience with pets of all types. Whether it’s energetic pups, chill kitties, or even exotic critters, you can rest easy knowing your fur baby is in good hands! 🗓️During the week, you’ll find me working full time at the clinic but I’m happy to tend to your pets in the early morning, lunch breaks, and evenings. I’m also available on weekends! I understand how tough it can be to leave your furry friend with someone else. Rest assured, if you choose me, I’ll treat your pets like family. Whether it’s a leisurely walk or cozy cuddles on the couch, I’ll make sure your pet has a delightful and fulfilling experience while you're away!

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Military
Ian is truly such an amazing person not just with our dogs but with us as well. He’s so accommodating, caring and compassionate. We’re so sad to see him go but so excited for this next exciting chapter of his life. Tigger and Pluto are going to miss him so much as are we and we all wish him nothing but the absolute best!

Highly recommend! Super dependable, communicative, and wonderful with dogs/puppies. They pay attention to detail, send pictures every visit, and always make sure my puppy gets exercise and affection. Truly a lifesaver for my busy schedule. My puppy adores her so much!
