I was the primary caretaker for our family dog for 15 years, have worked in many animal care facilities ranging from a dog grooming boutique to the zoo! About: I have take care of dogs and cats since I can remember. I’ve always had family pets that I looked after. Recently I started to pet sit professionally and have looked after pets with all manners of personalities and needs. I am currently working full time with a hybrid schedule. Monday through Wednesday in the office and Thursday through Friday remote. I am free every weekend and anytime after 5pm. Because each pet parent is unique and has their own ways to raise and care for their pets I strictly adhere to their rules and guidelines. That includes areas they have their pets walk and house rules for those that request house sitting.

My aunt was still nervous about leaving her the next day because Sassy, being a Maltipoo, has separation anxiety. But Mindy knew taking Sassy for a walk right after we left would be a good distraction. She was also wonderful about sending pictures and videos especially that first day and that made us feel better about leaving her. By the second day Sassy was comfortable going straight to Mindy when we arrived. Also, she was very flexible regarding drop off and pick up times.”

About: I have raised two dogs (one large bread and one small bread) both from puppy to 16 & 17yrs old. I have had three cats (one still residing with me). Currently I dog sit two fur babies since 2020. In a week I am losing one of my buddies due to his parents relocating. I am already missing him and am hoping to make some new walking and cuddling partners. I work part time on weekends but can sit with advanced notice. Monday til Wednesday I am available for anytime on shorter notice. When I have your furry sweetheart I do not leave them by themselves at all,so I like to schedule when there is nothing to conflict with the time I have them. When in my house they have no restrictions from me, only what the parent wants. I have an outside bathroom area on leash for quick bathroom trips. I like to go for at least one or two long walks per day, weather permitting and your dogs abilities. I live in a walkable neighborhood and close to parks. When at your house I will follow whatever routine your partner is used to.

About: I grew up with cats and dogs. I was a dog walker/pet sitter for 3 years and I loved it. I have experience with puppies/kittens to elderly cats/dogs. I am well practiced in giving a variety of medications to both cats and dogs. I go to school during the day, but I have plenty of extra time to play with cats and dogs. About: I did not have any dogs growing up- my parents were allergic, but I have always loved dogs, and I knew I wanted one when I was able to live on my own. About: Hello! My name is Jackie and I have countless years of experience caring for pups of all sizes and ages. I was the primary caretaker for our family dog for 15 years, have worked in many animal care facilities ranging from a dog grooming boutique to the zoo! On top of my hands-on experience with dogs and cats, I have an educational background in wildlife conservation. I have a flexible work schedule that allows me to be home during parts of the day so you can be sure your pet will get plenty of exercise, outdoor time, and cuddles (if they like them). You should note that I also have a pet bunny and a roommate who will be sharing the responsibilities! I am happy to keep the bunny separated or if they are friendly letting them roam together. It's up to you and what you are comfortable with! We can always set up a greeting ahead of watching your pet as well. Safety is my number one priority when it comes to caring for other living creatures, so you can be sure that I will be communicative and explicit with detail about how your pet is doing along with any concerns you or I may have. I want you to be secure in knowing that your pet is in a loving and safe environment. Providing specific feeding regimens, favorite toys, and places your pet enjoys will be helpful in making sure that safe environment is all the more comfortable for them as well!
