As a dog owner/lover, I know how important it is to have one-on-one attention which they’ll receive. As a rule, I only watch a maximum of 2 dogs at a time and have 1 of my own. If your dog is playful and in need of engagement and exercise, we are your place. I work full-time 7-4pm so I am available after work or during the weekends when I have full availability. I specialize in smaller dog breeds but will host larger dogs that are well tempered I have a fully fenced in backyard with ample room to run and play. My home is their home while they’re with me so it is very relaxed in the house. I can accommodate diets and feeding times with food you provide. Walking your dog is included but requires a harness and leash you provide.
“Dan and his family were excellent dog sitters for our pup who stayed with them for 3 nights. She is 7 months old and this was our first time leaving her with anyone so I was very nervous. We did a meet and greet and Dan and his family made us feel comfortable right away. During her stay, he was very responsive to texts and gave multiple updates about what they did and even sent pics! They have a nice background where our girl was able to run around and play and their house is very spacious and clean. They took her on multiple long walks during her stay and when we picked her up on Sunday and brought her home I could not believe how exhausted she was! She’s a puppy with lots of energy so to see her passed out means she must’ve had a great time getting lots of attention and exercise! I definitely would not hesitate to have Dan dog sit again for us and I’m grateful to know I now have someone that she & I both trust & feel comfortable with. About: Growing up around dogs of all sizes and ages, dogs with disorders such as anxiety or epilepsy, and dogs that just love to eat any and everything, I've learned how to handle almost any tough situation. I also have pervious experience working as a cashier at a pet store. I am a full-time student with a part time job. The good news? Most of my afternoons are available to be spent with your furry friends! I will spend a good portion of the time playing with your furry friends and helping them get all their wiggles out! If you have a fenced in yard we'll probably spend a lot of time outside (weather permitting!). I will of course ensure your friends have plenty of water, are fed on schedule, and take any medications they need.

Recently I started to pet sit professionally and have looked after pets with all manners of personalities and needs. I am currently working full time with a hybrid schedule. Monday through Wednesday in the office and Thursday through Friday remote. I am free every weekend and anytime after 5pm. “Mindy provided day care for my aunt's dog, Sassy, while we visited Niagara Falls from Arkansas. Sassy had never been under someone else's care and my aunt was nervous about leaving her with a "stranger". But Mindy was wonderful and allowed us to come for a 'meet and greet' when we arrived in town the day before our booking. My aunt was still nervous about leaving her the next day because Sassy, being a Maltipoo, has separation anxiety. But Mindy knew taking Sassy for a walk right after we left would be a good distraction. She was also wonderful about sending pictures and videos especially that first day and that made us feel better about leaving her. By the second day Sassy was comfortable going straight to Mindy when we arrived. Also, she was very flexible regarding drop off and pick up times.”

About: I have raised two dogs (one large bread and one small bread) both from puppy to 16 & 17yrs old. I have had three cats (one still residing with me). Currently I dog sit two fur babies since 2020. In a week I am losing one of my buddies due to his parents relocating. I am already missing him and am hoping to make some new walking and cuddling partners. I work part time on weekends but can sit with advanced notice. Monday til Wednesday I am available for anytime on shorter notice. When I have your furry sweetheart I do not leave them by themselves at all,so I like to schedule when there is nothing to conflict with the time I have them. When in my house they have no restrictions from me, only what the parent wants. I have an outside bathroom area on leash for quick bathroom trips. I like to go for at least one or two long walks per day, weather permitting and your dogs abilities. I live in a walkable neighborhood and close to parks. When at your house I will follow whatever routine your partner is used to.

About: I pay close attention to pets as I do children, treating each with love, respect, compassion, and empathy. Sometimes no words are needed, just a scratch under the chin, chest, head, or ears! Other times, fuzzy friends need to be told what a great gift from God they truly are. I had my last dog from when I was in 6th grade all the way until I was a Junior in college. Then, that same year I pet my aunt’s 2 cats in 2016. During the pandemic, for over a year, I stayed at my friend’s house while she was away at work. I would take her precious pup Lala out for walks, give Lala and her cat-sister Sophia their meds with breakfast, and treat them like the princesses they are. I recently left law school, so my availability is completely free until I find a full-time job! I would love to set your mind at ease by visiting your home as often as you’d like! I would care for my clients’ pets the same way I care for my cat-son, Remy. I give him all the attention he desires, and I do the less-than-desireable things (like washing his litterbox monthly, clipping his nails, and brushing his teeth) with a smile because I know it’s what’s best for him.
About: I have a sweet cat named Pepper and an energetic orange cat named Turmeric that lives with me and I grew up with a small terrier. I have always taken care of my neighbors pets growing up while they were away and I do the same for my neighbors today here in Buffalo! They have even connected me with their own friends as well. It has become something I love doing-helping out and getting lots of licks and cuddles as well! I have experience caring for older pets who need special accommodations as well as administering medications or giving any such as insulin shots and SSRI’s I am available for any walks, chow time or playtime on weekends anytime and after 4:30pm on weeks days but I can be very flexible and help out in mornings before my day job as well! Unfortunately, I have a furry friend at home that may not be open to sharing a space but I am happy to help out any furry friend in your home! I always make sure my pets are in good care and have everything they need to be happy 😊
