About: I've always been surrounded by animals. I have experience with puppies, kitties, senior dogs, reactive dogs, and large breed dogs. I would love to care for your fur babies! I am available to love on your babies full time! Whatever their routine is, we will be able to stick to it. I am happy to stay overnight with your babies, or get to them as early as needed. I will make sure all their needs are met. Food and water will always be handled as instructed, play time and pets go without saying, and a potty break will never be missed! About: Hi pet parents of Buffalo! Here’s a little about me: I began pet sitting on Rover 7 years ago while attending graduate school in Atlanta, and have received so much joy from meeting and caring for dozens of people’s pets throughout the years. Now, I’ve been putting down roots here in Buffalo and have made caring for pets my full time business. Based on your pet’s needs, I am available for drop ins daily between 7am-8pm, including holidays and weekends (check ins outside those hours can be discussed on an individual basis). I know how hard it can be to trust your pet with a new person. Rest assured, I will treat your pet like my own 2 cats (spoiled and loved)! I pride myself on connecting with each individual pet, my communication with clients, following instructions, and my reliability. Please, do not be embarrassed if you have a 5-page instructions document for your pet, or, alternatively, if you needed to book last-minute and only have time for a virtual meet-and-greet; I am here to adapt and provide care for your particular situation. I typically accept drop-ins between the hours of 7am-8pm, although visits outside those times can be discussed on an individual basis. The services I provide are: - 30 minutes-1 hour drop-ins in the clients home to feed/play/other duties for cats/dogs/other animals -30 minutes-1 hour walks from the clients home for dogs Other time frames or scenarios can be discussed on an individual basis. About: I've been a cat dad of my own and looked after friends' and family's cats and dogs for 20+ years, including those in good health and those with special healthcare needs, like regular medications, etc. I love playing with them and just hanging out together...Basically just being pals! I'm not working full-time currently, I'm available every day of the week for pet care needs. Right now my main responsibilities are to the beck and call of my own 7-year-old Calico cat Partridge. About: I’ve always had a love for dogs and learning about different breeds. I’ve had dogs growing up and have always been comfortable around them especially big dogs. I have house sat before, done drop ins for friends and have done dog walking for my neighbors. I do work a majority during the day(M-S). But I am available on evenings(except for Thursdays). I’m off on Wednesdays, every other Saturday and Sundays Your dogs safety is my first priority. I will utilize a leash when needed, make sure the gate is always shut. Out on a walk I will make sure we stay on the sidewalk and keep distance from other people and dogs(I always say to set your dog up for success). About: I love dogs! I grew up taking care of dogs and have watched pets of friends and family over the years. I just moved to Buffalo for grad school and am not in the place to take care of my own dog, but really want to provide attentive and heartfelt care/walks I work a solid 9-5 schedule with classes and am generally free on weekends. About: All 3 of my animals I've owned throughout my life have lived full, happy lives. They also, however, required close supervision. Both cats were outdoor cats which required consistent grooming, tick repellant, and even medicine administration for when they ate something they shouldn't have, or developed infections (administering pills to a cat is a skill I'm proud to put on my resume.) My dog Connor developed an autoimmune disease, and required prednisone administration daily. He was also a very reactive dog to other dogs, so those behaviors I am very well-versed in handling. The same can be said for my partner's family's two dogs (black lab mix and white Dogo Argentino), and my sister's pug mix. Dogs are reactive for a reason and I do not judge them for it, I'm happy to accommodate their predispositions. I work completely remote (and to be truthful it's a pretty chill job day to day) so I'd consider myself the best option as someone who has a full time job outside of Rover! Plus, I love the company of pet sitting during the week. I'm of the belief that cats and dogs belong on the couch and the bed, so in my home they are allowed wherever they please. That being said, if you have more strict rules for your animals either inside my home or yours, I completely understand and have no problem carrying out your wishes (obviously.) My care style is attentive. I know that's another obvious answer, but I've always loved interacting with animals, playing with them, etc. It makes me happy.
