“Our young and rambunctious poodle, Twinkie, had an amazing week at Erika’s!! We’ve used rover before but this is the first time we felt the experience went above and beyond, and we felt confident the whole time not only that Twinkie was safe but that she was possibly having the best week of her life lol! Erika was extremely professional and responsive and sent us many pictures throughout the stay. Twinkie had an amazing time playing nonstop with Erika’s dog Huxley, and it’s very clear Erika took excellent care of Twinkie throughout. “Had a magnificent experience leaving my boys ( 7 months old) with Annalisa. First, I must say that I am new to Rover and was leaving my pups for the first time, so needless to say I was nervous. Annalisa sensed our nervousness and first graciously came over to my home to meet us and the boys in their own environment with her own dog. The boys felt really comfortable with Annalisa and her dog. We then went to her place and the boys were thrilled again to see her and her dog once again, and they felt really comfortable at her home. So we felt at ease with the decision to leave them there. While we were on our trip we communicated daily and got pictures of the boys. Annalisa was easy to reach. She was always reassured us the boys were well and happy. She herself always seemed at ease and comfortable and happy to be with the boys. I always worry about how the boys will be accepted as they are very energetic and rambunctious but Annalisa seemed to take it all in stride.She even explained that she had to give one of the boys a bath as he had soiled himself. When we came to pick them up it was clear they were happy there. We feel very good about the whole experience. She did a wonderful job of making us feel at ease about leaving the boys there with her. Its clear the boys were well attended to and were made to feel at home there with her. It was important for us that the boys were treated as well as we try to treat them ourselves. Annalisa met all our needs and we trust her completely with the boys. We recommend her highly.”

“Catia was AMAZING with Altivo. We left Altivo with her for 10 days and she sent updates regularly. She took him for daily walks, a trip to Canadian tire, the beach and car rides. In Every photo our dog looked so happy. He even had an issue with his ears that she took care of and snuggled him to make him feel at home. Definitely recommend her as she clearly loves animals and takes very good care of them.”

Amanda was wonderful with Loupy! I was a bit anxious as this was my first Rover experience, Loupy can be a bit of a nervous nellie, AND I was going to be completely out of service for four days, but Amanda was so easygoing and sweet with her that I immediately felt at ease. Loupy had a great time! I will absolutely be reaching out to Amanda again the next time I'm out of town.
Jaddua was amazing. He was kind and made me feel at ease when dropping Mando off. He showed me where mando would be staying and going out. You can tell Jaddua genuinely loves animals and Mando was loving all the attention Jaddua gave him. Couldn’t have asked for better people to take care of Mando while I was gone. I missed Mando so much, thankfully Jaddua provided the most adorable photo updates. If I’m in Buffalo again definitely request Jaddua again. Thank you! Love - Mando and Jasmine :)
We rebooked with Mindy for a recent trip after our experience with her last time. Our dog is a little bit neurotic & high maintenance and doesn’t like to be left alone in new places. It is so so so nice to be able to go on vacation and not worry about her because Mindy takes such good care of her. My dog randomly stopped eating and Mindy figured out that if she changed her bowl she would eat. She took her for plenty of walks and gave her plenty of snuggles - our dog even gets to sleep in Mindy’s bed at night! We are so relieved to have found Mindy and would recommend her to anyone.
Cecilia & Amy and the kids were fantastic. As a husky owner it’s never easy to just leave your dog with just anyone. Huskies need to be understand. They tell you exactly what they need and want if you listen. As soon as I touched base I knew this was the perfect place for my Shia for 10 days. All of her favorite things: other husky friends and kids. I received frequent updates and she had a blast. I almost thought she wouldn’t want to come home. Highly recommend. I didn’t worry for a moment whether she’d escape or anything. All the right intake questions were asked. We will be repeat customers.
Anna is such a great sitter! She was wonderful with my dog. Charlie is 9 years old and gets anxious when I have to leave him with a sitter, and Anna knew exactly what to do to help calm him down that first day. She did a great job keeping me updated throughout his stay with her. I could tell when I picked him up that he was relaxed and at ease and enjoyed his time at her house.
I would recommend Beth for her in-home sitting services. Beth welcomed our dog into her home with short notice, and was very kind and attentive to his needs. Communicative with photos and videos for the duration. Great set up for a dog with separation anxiety, like mine, or who needs to be watched as an only pet.
Lori was amazing for our very anxious 10 year old Carly. I was able to make a last minute booking with her due to another sitter cancelling. As soon as I messaged her she responded right away and offered to stop by that night to come meet Carly. She was incredibly inviting and sweet. Carly immediately loved her. She sent updates and pictures of Carly throughout the night. We will absolutely be rebooking with Lori.
