My Bella was very anxious in the beginning and I feel Kimberly met her needs to keep her calm. She even afford to give my dog pills to help with the anxiety. Kimberly was also kind enough to wait for our delayed fight even though we went about 2.5 hours past the pick up time for Bella, she was very understanding. I glad that I found her.
