About: Hello! My name is Jackie and I have countless years of experience caring for pups of all sizes and ages. I was the primary caretaker for our family dog for 15 years, have worked in many animal care facilities ranging from a dog grooming boutique to the zoo! On top of my hands-on experience with dogs and cats, I have an educational background in wildlife conservation. My passion in life is to care for all animals the way they deserve to be cared for, so you can trust that I will put 110% of my love, skills, and dedication to your beloved pets. I'm always here to answer more questions if you have any! I'm excited to be a loyal caretaker to your loyal companion. I have a flexible work schedule that allows me to be home during parts of the day so you can be sure your pet will get plenty of exercise, outdoor time, and cuddles (if they like them). You should note that I also have a pet bunny and a roommate who will be sharing the responsibilities! I am happy to keep the bunny separated or if they are friendly letting them roam together. It's up to you and what you are comfortable with! We can always set up a greeting ahead of watching your pet as well. Safety is my number one priority when it comes to caring for other living creatures, so you can be sure that I will be communicative and explicit with detail about how your pet is doing along with any concerns you or I may have. I want you to be secure in knowing that your pet is in a loving and safe environment. Providing specific feeding regimens, favorite toys, and places your pet enjoys will be helpful in making sure that safe environment is all the more comfortable for them as well!

She was watching my dog during this last snow event and not only did she reassure me because I couldn’t get back in time (plane cancelled) that she would gladly keep her as long as needed she went to the store and bought more of her dog food as I didn’t send enough. About: I’ve always had dogs and cats my whole life. I’ve watched friends’ pets in the past to help them out. I’ve boarded and walked on multiple occasions. I work during the day M-F. During the summer my two very responsible 19 and 20 year olds are home to help out and play with the animals as well. I’m looking at this as a learning opportunity in responsibility for them. I have a small yard and live in a nice neighborhood that is good for walking. I have a dog named Westley who is 3 1/2 and a cat, Daisy, that is 6. Both have been around both dogs and cats. Daisy generally will hide if she’s scared. Westley loves to play.
