Kimberly was also kind enough to wait for our delayed fight even though we went about 2.5 hours past the pick up time for Bella, she was very understanding. I glad that I found her. “We had left Willow with Meghana for about a week and she and her partner were super accommodating to our dog! She constantly gave us updates and pictures on how our dog was doing. Our dog is a rescue so she is a bit timid and shy upon first meet. Meghana made sure Willow was comfortable and relaxed - they respected her space and she opened up to Meghana right away!
