“Great experience with Kimberly. This was my first time with overnight boarding for my dog for 9 days. Kimberly kept in touch with me about Bella and also sent pictures. My Bella was very anxious in the beginning and I feel Kimberly met her needs to keep her calm. She even afford to give my dog pills to help with the anxiety. Kimberly was also kind enough to wait for our delayed fight even though we went about 2.5 hours past the pick up time for Bella, she was very understanding. I glad that I found her. “We had left Willow with Meghana for about a week and she and her partner were super accommodating to our dog! She constantly gave us updates and pictures on how our dog was doing. Our dog is a rescue so she is a bit timid and shy upon first meet. Meghana made sure Willow was comfortable and relaxed - they respected her space and she opened up to Meghana right away! They also frequently updated us on how Willow was doing, and it seemed like Willow made some new friends. We appreciate her service and her ability to care for our Willow for the week. Jenn and Brian were amazing with our senior dog during her recent stay. Our dog had a very scary and sudden medical emergency and Jenn took her to an emergency vet and cared for her until we got home, communicating with us throughout. We felt so much better knowing our girl was being well taken care of. We are so appreciative of the love and care they showed to her!!
Monica was absolutely wonderful! I felt so comfortable and at peace knowing my dogs were well cared for. She was very attentive to my senior dog’s needs. As someone who frequently travels from Syracuse to Buffalo, it’s such a relief to finally find someone I can trust with my dogs.
First time ever using a sitter, so to say we were nervous is an understatement. Annalisa put all fears to rest. She was so sweet. She is not just a person who loves animals, she is highly educated on care and behavior. Trust in Annalisa to take good care of your pet. We highly recommend her. I would recommend Beth for her in-home sitting services. Beth welcomed our dog into her home with short notice, and was very kind and attentive to his needs. Communicative with photos and videos for the duration. Great set up for a dog with separation anxiety, like mine, or who needs to be watched as an only pet.

Lori was amazing for our very anxious 10 year old Carly. I was able to make a last minute booking with her due to another sitter cancelling. As soon as I messaged her she responded right away and offered to stop by that night to come meet Carly. She was incredibly inviting and sweet. Carly immediately loved her. She sent updates and pictures of Carly throughout the night. We will absolutely be rebooking with Lori.
Katie was absolutely fantastic with our dog Peggy. Upon arrival at our meet and greet, we were immediately comfortable with leaving Peg with her. Katie's communication was fantastic, she was flexible with drop-off and pick-up based on our flight pattern, and Peggy was incredibly happy and healthy when we returned. We couldn't ask for a better Rover, and will definitely be booking with Katie again in the future!
Dan and his family were excellent dog sitters for our pup who stayed with them for 3 nights. She is 7 months old and this was our first time leaving her with anyone so I was very nervous. We did a meet and greet and Dan and his family made us feel comfortable right away. During her stay, he was very responsive to texts and gave multiple updates about what they did and even sent pics! They have a nice background where our girl was able to run around and play and their house is very spacious and clean. They took her on multiple long walks during her stay and when we picked her up on Sunday and brought her home I could not believe how exhausted she was! She’s a puppy with lots of energy so to see her passed out means she must’ve had a great time getting lots of attention and exercise! I definitely would not hesitate to have Dan dog sit again for us and I’m grateful to know I now have someone that she & I both trust & feel comfortable with. Thanks again to Dan & his wonderful family!
