About: Having grown up in a family abundant with cats and dogs, taking care of pets has always been a mutually enriching part of my life. About: I can look after or care for your dog when you are at work. I used to have a couple of Jack Russells and some years ago a couple of border collies. All from puppies. I work from home now and live by myself and would love some company. I have a garden. My son has a dog Luna, Pixie is my twin sister’s dog and Tomaquet & Moocher were my Jack Russells. I am flexible on days as I am home every day including evenings and weekends. Able to take out for walks. I have a fenced garden. Happy to have 2 dogs from the same family. Also doggy day care is available. I have a Chi-Poo (Chihuahua mixed with a toy poodle). I started to use Rover myself as a customer last year as occasionally I have to go to Nottingham for a day with work, but started to care for other people's dogs earlier this year. I am getting really booked up so if you could confirm your booking as soon as you are able to after the meet and greet so that I can guarantee the booking for your doggie woggie that would be great. I like to arrange a meet and greet first though anyway and do that at my house in Woodsmoor so that your pooch can get used to a new environment and feel more familiar. I have looked after a variety of dogs including rescue dogs who need socialising with other dogs, taller dogs who can open door handles, greedy dogs who need to be given only the right amount of food so I have to watch that they don’t pinch other dogs food, down to the real, cheeky, sweet ones who are mischievous but you can’t help loving them as they are furiously wagging their tail 😂😂😂 I have looked after puppies, dogs with attitudes and the ones who like do things on their terms but I know what I can handle with boundaries. If I or Minnie are not happy with a dog I will say so but to be honest this has only happened a couple of times. I need to know your furbaby will be comfortable too xx I work from home so can care for dogs in my house. I don’t put my dog in kennels as she is not an outside kennel dog. Minnie shares the bed with me and I am happy for your special pooch to do the same. However if your dog is crate trained I can also accommodate that. I live near Mirlees fields, but also like going to Cale Green Park, Bramhall Park, Bruntwood Park and Vernon Park. I have a fenced in garden and always take dogs out on a lead. I love looking after dogs in my own house. My dog likes running around the garden. I have loads of fields nearby so if your dog is ok off the lead they can have a run around. I use dog seats in my car when travelling to ensure that all the doggies are kept safe!

“Ailsa looked after Lucy on really short notice. She came to do a meet and greet on an extremely quick timescale and looked after our dog for us a couple of days later. Our dog can be a handful and has very particular needs and Ailsa really understood what we needed and what our dog needed too. She really put us at ease and did a fantastic job. We came home to a very chilled out and tired dog who seemed to have had a great time. She kept us updated and sent photos too, which was very reassuring for us as this is the first time we have left her with anyone that isn’t family. Will definitely be using again and I would highly recommend.”

About: I have taken care of family and friends dogs for around 10 years. I love animals and currently have 2 kitties myself called Simba and Jasmine. I have looked after my friends dog since he was a puppy, walking him and taking him out for the day, as well as popping in to feed and sit with him when needed. I have also been walking local neighbours dogs for a few years when needed. I also volunteer at a local charity walking dogs and cleaning the cattery so have lots of experience with different types of dogs and cats. I currently work full time but I work from home with a flexible schedule so can be regularly available to walk or check in on your doggies or pop in and see your cat. I am happy to accommodate your pets needs so please do discuss this with me. The only day I work from the office is Thursdays but my office is dog friendly so I am more than happy to discuss the possibility of taking your dog into the office with me for the day if you needed. I am also happy to do an evening walk/check in to care for your pup or cat which can also include a feed if needed. I am available on Saturdays and Sundays for longer walks and/or sitting services for both dogs and cats. I am happy to discuss all details of care needed with you :) I am very cautious when it comes to other peoples pets. I have 2 indoor cats of my own and they are indoor due to medical reasons so I am very caring and careful when it comes to animals needs. I won’t let your dog off the lead unless you are comfortable.

About: I’ve looked after my own cat for 4 years now , I drop in on my friends pets when there away and love spending time with animals. I currently work full time but will be more than happy to do early mornings and evenings drop in and spend a bit of time with the kittens or cats. My cat is mainly an indoor cat but does go outside when she wants as long as her carers are in the garden we feed her twice a day and give her lots of attention .

About: I have always had a dog growing up. It all began with a red nose pitbull names Monique and now I have my rescue dog Roscoe. I have experience with dogs of all sizes. I have spent some time assisting my friend who is a professional dog walker in London. I have experience with reactive dogs. Roscoe was highly strung and very anxious when we first got him, we've learned a lot and did a lot of training with him. Now he happily plays with lots of other dogs in our area. Edit: Our sweet boy Roscoe has now passed. I'm a full-time yoga teacher and I am available most days 9-5 when you're working. I also some weekend availability with advanced notice. I'm here to help. I have a secure garden and a very friendly pooch that will help create a comfortable environment for your dog. I also live 2 mins walk to a forest and to a playing field.
