“Amanda has been a great sitter for us, for me and for Bentley, on long work days I've been able to relax knowing he's in capable hands. Amanda takes care checking the temperature on hot days and touching the pavement to see if its too hot for paws etc. My dog is overweight so she tempts him with his toys and balls to make sure he gets a bit of movement in on visits. I like the detail Amanda gives when they go out on a longer walk, you can see how long exactly and where around the neighbourhood. He may lunge at other dogs and Amanda is so reassuring to me letting me know if she sees another dog coming she'll cross the road. Thank you so much again!”

About: My family and I have had 3 dogs over my lifetime. I frequently take the dog for long walks, brush, bathe, cuddle and feed her! I have just finished my university exams so have lots of free time to spend outdoors and with animals, which I love! I can’t think of a better combination. I live in a flat, it is spacious enough however, I wouldn’t be offering a service to look after the pets in my own place.

About: I have taken care of dogs, cats in the local area. Neighbours, family and friends have relied on me to walk, feed and keep pets company whilst they are on holiday! About: Experienced dog and cat owner who currently works at home 4 days out of 5. Mainly experience with small dogs and more recently cats, although at the moment my home is pet free. Working from home every day apart from Tuesday. I am on work calls at different times through the day, but plenty of time to take out for toilet breaks and walks in St Alban parks which are close by. Your dog will have the run of the apartment, but there is no garden space. I’ll only ever be looking after one small dog at a time, so your furry friend will get my focussed attention and care.

About: I grew up with dogs and have looked after them for 26 years. From training puppies, to looking after senior dogs, to looking after dogs that have gone through operations that need a lot of aftercare, I can give your dog all the love and attention it needs. I owned a Cocker Spaniel and a Welsh Springer spaniel so I am also used to very energetic dogs. I love animals and will go above and beyond to give dogs the love, attention and walks that it needs. I live in a two story house with a big garden, and I have a car so can easily drive to wherever. I enjoy walks in the countryside but also walks at the local parks so we cater to different needs. I would love to have my own dog now but I travel too much so I would love to look after your lovely animal and have a companion when we are home! I work from home on Monday, Thursday and Friday and I can also be flexible Tuesday and Wednesday too as I can alter my working days in the office. I can plan my working hours and meetings around what works! I am also available at weekends. I have a large fenced, secure garden and a local park a few minutes walk away. Pets are allowed to cuddle up to me on the sofa, fully roam the house, and sleep in the bedroom with me. I would always prioritise your preferences as an owner to maintain a seamless routine and any lifestyle requirements your pooch needs.

“This was the first time Ben was walked by someone he didn't know, and so we were apprehensive and I had only booked for a half an hour walk with Max as a trial run. As it was, it was obvious that Ben had clearly enjoyed his walk with Max, and I could see Ben still bonding with Max on their return, Ben giving Max a favourite chew toy, and his best ragged toy and following that up with a little zoomy of excitement!
