About: I have looked after many pets in my time from friends to family pets and would like to do it more frequently as a lover of animals. I am out of education and just saving up for Uni in September! I work at a restaurant and a coffee shop but only 16hrs a week so have plenty of free time. As i look after mostly dogs, obviously dependent on the age and breed i will take on daily walks or runs even in parks or beaches near. As my shift schedules are short i spend a lot of time hanging out and playing with pets. I am also extremely active so can made due with whatever needs they may have.

About: I have always taken care of any pets when possible. I simply adore animals, especially dogs! Family will always call upon me to pet sit. This can be at home, popping into the walk/feed/fuss or staying over night. My friends comment how much I simply adore Dogs. Any size, type and amount. I will go out of my way to approach everyone with a dog to say hello! I am in the process of expanding my love of dogs to behaviour courses and anything to further my aim of looking after dogs as much and with confidence from yourself as I can I am fully insured and hold full DBS check via my 2 jobs. Feel free to drop me a message at short notice as if I can squeeze in times with any dog I will. I can do overnight stays with your dog. I do this in the dogs home as they are much happier and content in their own environment. I will always meet prior to meet to ensure yourself and the dog is happy(which im sure they will be) I work 3/4 days a week on a rota 3pm each day. Very happy to pop in anytime after that on those days. This leaves me 2/3 days a week spare to offer my services and I'm excited to do so! I will always walk dogs somewhere familiar to them. In terms of boarding I can do this in your home as Dogs are much more settled in their home environment.

About: My housemate Jo and I are both animal lovers, and we can cater to your pets needs. We’re available to play with, walk and feed your cats and dogs when you’re away. You’ll be able to trust they’re in capable hands. We both work full time but flexible hours and we can work from home. We both work in wellbeing with children so we sometimes will be out during school hours. We are both enhanced DBS checked and on the update service so you can trust that we’re safe looking after your furry loved ones and in your home of house sitting. We both also hold a full clean UK drivers license.

About: I would love some company to roam the fields, play or cozy up with. I have a lot of spare time and energy and no better way would be spending it with mans best friend. I currently work in an office 8am until 4pm, just 5 minutes from home and I normally pop home for lunch. I'm happy to be away on evenings and don't have many ties. I've looked after dogs of all types and I'm used to employing the right amount of attention and care but strictness when required. My house is perfect for dogs with a large open grass garden and miles of farmers fields behind it.

About: Hi my name is Polly and I am 20 years old studying social work at the UEA. I have always had a love for animals, especially dogs. I am a responsible and caring dog sitter who would love help take care of your dog. I don’t have my own dog, but my partner and I have a large family and we are always looking after their dogs! So I feel very experienced in looking after a variety of breeds. I live in a flat on floor two with myself and my boyfriend and have quick and easy access to a large area of grass for dogs to use the toilet. I love walking, and would love for a dog to keep me company on these walks! I think a dog is part of the family, so they will be given lots of cuddles and attention and get first pick of the sofa! I am happy to give regular updates and photos to give piece of mind that your dog is in good hands. I am currently off for summer until September so I have a pretty free diary the next couple of months. In September I will then be able to offer weekend sits/walks, and potentially week day but I need to find out my uni schedule closer to the time. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a calm, clean, and secure environment where dogs can feel relaxed and safe. I treat each pet like one of my own — with lots of attention, cuddles, and playtime based on their energy level and routine. I stick closely to their feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any medication instructions.

About: I've owned a dog since I was 10 years old and have loved dogs from day one. I'm a recent graduate of an MSc in Biodiversity and Conservation, so my passion for animals is deep in all aspects of my life. I have owned a dog, Pogo, up until January of 2018 when he unfortunately passed away, so having the opportunity to be around dogs again is something I'm delighted to be able to do. What I can offer: I make sure to keep up to date on information about behaviour and training so as to keep all the doggies I meet happy and safe! I can also help to teach basic obedience and reinforce positive behaviours. I've trained several rescue/foster dogs and have a good amount of experience. Sit, stay, lie down, leave it, recall, dropping and not jumping up are examples I can help to teach, as well as a few tricks such as shake, roll over, and basic agility training. I can also offer other pet care. I have experience caring for other pets such as cats, birds, and reptiles, so I can pet sit extra pets if required. With a part time job I will be able to do pet care mostly midweek. If your pet can be left for a work day then house sitting over work days may be an option! I'll strive to keep your pets comfortable and entertained, making sure their needs are met and that they're getting all the fuss and cuddles they need.

About: I have owned pets my whole life and am soon to qualify as a Registered Veterinary Nurse (currently a student)! I am a passionate animal lover of all shapes and sizes and breeds and species! I love getting to know pets characters and create new bonds and trust with them to build on their social skills and give them all the attention they could ever need! I currently work in a Veterinary Practice 08:30-18:45 Monday-Thursday with an occasional Saturday which will be noted ahead of time for booking ease! I also have 4 family cats of which one of them was a hand-rear and is now thriving at the age of 15! I am able to administer any necessary medications as well as knowing first aid/CPR for multiple different species. I understand strict feeding regimes and pet routines. I love continuing training with pets at the owners request to build a bond with them and give them mental and physical stimulation. I am more than happy to go to both enclosed and open spaces to exercise pets dependant on their needs.

“Wesley and me both absolutely loved Ruth. She has a calm, warm energy that pervaded the house and both of us as soon as she arrived. Wesley has been with me for over 16 years and is my pride and joy and I felt complete confidence leaving him with her. Ruth is also very trustworthy, practical, flexible and accommodating. I would recommend her to any and all pet owners.”

“Karl did an awesome job of looking after our young puppy, Spira. He was really friendly and playful and did a great job of managing Spira's puppy biting and separation anxiety, and even managed to induce some nap time! We would definitely use Karl again.”

About: From the age of 7 I have been an animal enthusiast and dreamt of working with pets for a living! I have grown up surrounded by animals meaning I understand how to make a pet feel as comfortable and cared for as possible. I have often done pet sitting for friends and neighbours and I can easily adapt to any needs you need met. I am hardworking and trustworthy and I have four pets myself ( two cats and two dogs ) so I understand how important taking care of a pet is… pets mean the world to their owners! If you need a companion to be as playful as your pet by playing games and going on walks or you need a calming influence for your pet i can do it. When handling pets, care and understanding is central to creating a positive environment to help your furry friend feel safe, secure and happy. As the owner of a rescue, I understand the fragility and care some dogs need when their owners are busy and therefore need an extra pair of hands. I am currently working part time to earn some money for university! Education (as wonderful as it is) is also so expensive! I can easily fit taking care of pets around my schedule and I understand how busy so many pet owners are! I am flexible with my schedule and I am able to commit to your pet in order to guarantee a stable relationship. I can adapt myself to cater to the needs of your pet … whether they are anxious and need extra patience or just crave a companion to be as playful as they are- I can do it! I can enforce whatever boundaries that you set in your home and understand the importance of respecting privacy. When pets sitting your pet I am able to create a trusting and safe environment to ensure the security and comfort of your furry friend!

About: I have always been a dog lover growing up and, in my teenage years, bought a beautiful cocker spaniel called Maisie. However, since buying my own house and working as a teacher, Maisie is living her older years with my parents. Because we can't have our own dog, my partner and I love to have the company of dogs whenever we can! We have a few dogs who we regularly look after, and love looking after new dogs who we come across on Rover. Being a teacher I have the joy of several weeks off during the year, so during these times I love getting out and taking dogs for long walks on the many walking routes by my house, and love the company during the day. We also care for dogs at weekends and can do during the week too. Our favourite spots spent with our cared for dogs are the beach, the nearby fields and our sofa for cuddles! Please just get in touch if you'd like your dog(s) to stay with us or if you have any questions!

“Issy was extremely friendly and communicative, putting our minds at ease while we went away. She followed all the instructions we left her and updated us daily. We would definitely trust her to look after our cat again!”

“Chloe did a 30 min drop in for Maggie at quite last minute! So I’m very grateful she managed to come over and help out without much notice. Maggie has just been spayed two days ago and Chloe was great helping put her onesie back on for her and keeping her company but calm whilst she was here, and sent lots of photos to reassure me too!”

“Kate is absolutely wonderful! We have a few days in the week where work and children’s after school clubs mean our days are non stop. Kate is always available to take our very energetic 2 year old Labrador for long walks to keep him happy! Couldn’t ask for more, and Teddy is always shattered in the evenings.”

Timothy H.
“Fantastic experience for both the dogs (3 of them) and us. Friendly and reliable. Dogs loved Tim and we would definitely use him again. Thoroughly recommended.”

Chloe G.
“I can highly recommend Chloe for dog sitting and walking. Chloe has been dog sitting and house sitting for us before. She loves our Maggie to pieces and takes great care of her when on walks and in the house. She is also a trusted house sitter who looks after not only our pets but also the house, keeping it clean and tidy and welcoming from our return from holiday. Chloe is a great and active dog walker. We greatly appreciate Chloe and would recommend her to anyone.”

Adam James M.
“I have known Adam for 5 years and I would describe him as as one of the most mature and reliable people I have ever known. He really loves animals and as an experience dog owner myself, I would absolutely trust and recommend Adam to mind and look after any of my dogs either for a walk or extended periods. He used to have a highly energetic labrador which required a lot of training and physical exercise. He is firm enough when required and will put in the time and effort with the dog to encourage good behaviour and ensure the dog is kept safe. Overall, I believe Adam is an ideal fit for anyone requiring their dog to be walked or minded ensuring absolute piece of mind for owners.”

Polly M.
“Polly has looked after my dog Rufus many times. He loves spending time with Polly as she is so caring towards him. I know that I can always trust her and know that my dog is going to be in a safe and loving environment.”
