About: I’ve grown up around lots of dogs. My dads always had between two and six so as kid walking 3 white German shepards at a time was a good start. I’ve cared for 3 dogs the last two years walking them everyday, one being elderly and needing extra care. Whenever I’m out or round a friends house if there’s a dog I will be playing with it. I’ve been told and feel I have an affinity with dogs so making this a bigger part of my life would be a dream. Nearly 4 years ago I sold my place to move into a van this has allowed to follow my passion, dogs. I can’t tell you how lucky I feel when I’m out with a dog I get on well with. I feel I can communicate with dogs as many have told me I’m their best friend. Now summer is here I play cricket so Saturday day I will be unavailable. I’ve taken care of a wide range of dogs and understand their different needs. I’ve sat for an XL Bully to my dad’s six King Charles Spaniels. One of the dogs I walk I take for longer than I should but the dog needs it so she gets it. I speak to all dogs and feel that they understand the intent behind your words. I have lots of free time and I’m very punctual.

The cats were obviously very well cared for - clearly lots of playing and belly rubs for one of them, and one almost-stroking for the other, which was a near miracle as she normally hides under the bed. All the feeding area in the kitchen was left immaculate, and the dreaded litter tray was clean and tidy. It’s definitely put my mind at rest about taking a few more breaks away during the year. “Claire was an amazing surrogate mum for my beautiful Evie when I went away. Claire came on time, injected and fed Evie and stayed with her for an hour before removing her food. “We’re grateful to Cathryn for helping out with our cats while we were away. Communication was clear, and everything seemed fine when we returned. However, we did notice the visit lasted around 20 minutes rather than the full 30 minutes we had agreed and paid for, which we would have appreciated being respected. Additionally, we weren’t sure if our full feeding instructions were followed, as we couldn’t find any dry food left out, which made us wonder if the cats only received their wet food. We always aim to give honest feedback to help sitters improve, and we hope this helps for future visits.”

About: I am a pet owner myself and currently have 2 French bulldogs boys I understand the stress around our pets and making sure we have the best care for them when we are not there and also having less stress that someone is loving and caring for them whilst you are away which I can give every animal and make sure to make you aware also for peace of mind that your babies are being cared for in the best way.
The experience I have is owning a pet myself and from someone who always wanted a dog and was not able when living at home since moving out I have always owned a dog have owned up to 3 at a time and loved and cared for them as if they are my children from an owner that hadn't got children but my animals are my babies.

About: Im a stay at home house person who adores Animals. I have a huge soft spot for dogs & cats 🐈 🐕. I have been around dogs all my life alsorts of breeds from small to huge. As a child we had lots of animals from dogs and cats to rabbits to birds 🐦. I live in a huge house with a massive garden that looks like a park. Its nice an clean an tidy and very secure. I currently live with my husband and 18 year old son and i have two pets of my own. I have a male newfoundland he's 4 years old he is my absolute world 🌎 i love him to bits. Bear has a fantastic temperament he's loving friendly an he loves to play he's a laid back doggy a big friendly giant. We also have a cat who is 10 years old she lives quite happliy with Bear doesnt mind him and if we have other doggys stay she doesn't mind them she will keep out of the way of the other doggys. Please be rest assured we are an animal loving house an your pet will be loved an cared for an treated as our own pets are. We love our walks in the woods and live in a nice area. Im home all day everyday so your pet will have me with them 24/7. I will walk them in our local park or woods An they will be able to enjoy my huge secure garden. Im a stay at home wife who loves been around furry four legged friends. I like dogs better than people. Your dog willl not be left alone Your pets have free rome of my downstairs and the safe secure back garden. They have lots of toys to play with and plenty of cuddles. PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME TO LOOK AFTER YOUR DOGS WITHOUT A MEET AND GREET THE ANSERW WILL BE A DEFINITE NO. Im home all day while my husband has a full time job. Your dogs are home with me an are not left alone at any point we like to keep your doggys routines so please tell me an I'll do my best to keep the routine. I will always follow your advice if your animals are crate trained then thats the routine that willl be followed. They will never be allowed off the lead if ever we go walking this is a massive no for me.

About: I grew up on a farm and have cared for animals all my life, including pigs, dogs, chickens, exotic birds and rodents. I currently have 4 dogs of my own with my partner. I am well educated in dog care and I work for an online veterinary pet healthcare retailer. I work from home 5 days a week so am available most days and times. One of my dogs requires daily medication and I am confident in administering if required. I’m currently working full time but I work from home 5 days of the week, with plenty of breaks to pop over to houses or to work from your home. I have an enclosed large back garden wirh grass to run around on, and plenty of spare rooms in the house for safe spaces for your pet.

About: I have a female boxer dog called Meggy that is my world, she gets on with all dogs & loves to play & share, I have owned dogs all my life from a young age from Yorkshire Terriers to Rottweilers. I walk my moms dog when I go over to see her & all dogs & cats take to me immediately. I love to see a waggy tail & any dog or dogs that i have will be treated like my own. I currently work from home except on a Tuesday & Wednesday when I need to go into the office so I’m available for weekends, bank holidays & all other days in the week except for Tuesdays & Wednesdays. I have a secure fenced garden. If your dog sleeps on the bed then they can sleep on the bed, if they jump on the sofa then come & join me watching the TV on the sofa. If you prefer to crate your dog then not an issue at all, whatever will make your dog feel at home then I will do it.

I’m particularly great at working with nervous dogs and bringing them out of the shell. I have a fun, calming presence and knowledge to deal with anxious dogs - I have a level 3 Diploma in Canine Care, Behaviour and Welfare. Very flexible. Available from the hours 7am to 6pm with housesitting available - can occasionally do a later walk if needed so don’t hesitate to ask! I have a fenced garden with assess with a lovely national trust walk 5 minutes away. I offer walks, pet sitting and drop in visits.
