About: I have owned and cared for animals all my life, as well as working in a cattery and kennels alongside school for some extra experience. I have recently graduated from ARU Writtle University specialising in Animal Management. I currently work as a supervisor in a bar/cafe nearby, so am working different hours and times each week, however I will discuss my shifts and free times so owner is aware of times I will not be at the house. I am confident around bigger dogs, having had a Labrador all my life, as well as owning cats, and am happy to do whatever I can to make sure they are looked after how the owner would like.

About: It has been just over a year now since I started Comforting Creatures, and the business just keeps growing! I (Rosie) have grown up around all kinds of pets and animals. Currently I have a dog, cat, tortoise and a range of creepy crawly insects. I also have an incredible employee called Eve who does nothing but love and care for any pets. We both have a range of availability so please feel free to contact the page, and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We both have a range of availability as well as regular clients each. Please pop us a message on here, on Facebook or through WhatsApp for more information. Before we can take on your requests to care for your pet, we must book in a free meet and greet where we pop by to meet you and your pets. This gives us all a chance to get to know eachother, ask any questions you may have and fill out our form which contains all of our information and once completed, your information so that your pet gets the best care and we know as much about them as possible. We both carry around first aid kits, wipes and to ensure we have the correct equipment to keep your pet safe.

About: As a Fear Free Level 2 Certified veterinary professional, I prioritise creating a calm, positive experience for every pet in my care. I’ve looked after animals of all ages and temperaments, including energetic puppies and senior pets with special needs. I’m confident with administering medications, supporting pets with anxiety, and maintaining consistent routines that make animals feel safe and loved. Throughout my veterinary education, I’ve been actively involved in learning about animal behaviour—attending puppy classes in my spare time during clinical rotations to deepen my understanding and practical skills. My veterinary background, combined with my Fear Free certification and hands-on experience, sets me apart from other sitters. I bring a calm, gentle approach and tailor my care to each pet’s emotional and physical needs. I’m observant, detail-oriented, and genuinely love building trust with animals—whether it’s through play, cuddles, or quiet companionship. I’ll always keep you updated with photos and notes, so you can relax knowing your pet is happy, safe, and in caring hands. Pet care fits seamlessly into my weekly routine. I’m currently working from home, which gives me the flexibility to provide attentive, consistent care throughout the day. As a Fear Free Certified veterinary professional, I’m used to structuring my time around animal wellbeing and always make sure each pet gets the time, engagement, and comfort they need. I’m happy to adapt to your pet’s usual routine to keep things calm and familiar for them. Whether I’m caring for pets in their own home or mine, their safety and emotional wellbeing are always my top priorities. As a Fear Free Certified veterinary professional, I’m trained to recognise signs of stress and respond in a calm, reassuring way that helps pets feel secure. I take time to build trust through gentle handling, positive reinforcement, and sticking to familiar routines. In a pet owner's home, I’m respectful of the space and follow all instructions closely—whether that’s feeding, medication, walk routines, or specific behavioural cues. I maintain a clean, hazard-free environment and keep pets mentally and physically engaged while also ensuring they get time to rest and feel at ease. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands.

About: I've looked after and trained my family dogs on my own since age 9, and have owned dogs of all sizes from all sorts of backgrounds. Very comfortable with big dogs I work part time on Wednesday and Fridays but with enough work I would look to give this up to pursue pet care full time. I will converse with you upon contact to figure out requirements for your pet specifically and tailor each visit depending on your needs. Happy with crating dogs, cleaning litter trays, cleaning garden of waste, I will also hand feed dogs with trust and time and patience.

About: I have always loved dogs and wanted my own one for many years. I finally adopted a tiny little pup in 2018. I’d like to use Rover to help others with small dog care as I know you want to leave your dog with someone who cares as much about them as you do. I'm fairly easy going and patient. I often take care of my friends dogs when they go away so have experience taking care of 2-3 small dogs at a time, though my preference would be just to have one other during the day when I’m working from home and at weekends. Happy to walk any size dog as long as they are good walking on a lead. Will only care for small dogs in my own home as I have a small dog. I work from home 4 days a week and can be available short notice for local walks in Leigh On Sea. Ideally walks before 9am, around lunchtime and after 6pm weekdays. Weekends available on an adhoc basis I have a small secure fenced garden with a metal staircase that leads down to it, so your pup will be safe to roam freely in the garden.

About: I have been running my pet sitting and dog walking business for over six years. I have experience taking care of puppies, very senior dogs, and every age in between. I pride myself on being very attentive to pets needs. I love to engage them in activities and games that are appropriate to their age and abilities. And of course the best part of looking after pets is being there when they want a cuddle and some fuss. I have completed a pet first aid course, and I am more than happy to continue any training you have already started with your pet when they are in my care as I know how important routine and continuity is for pets, especially puppies. I care for your pet like they are family because that’s exactly what they are. I value the privilege of being entrusted with the care of another persons fur-baby, as I know how hard it is to find someone you can trust to give the same level of care as you would give to your pet. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have and I’d be happy to discuss this further with you. I have some dog walks that I will need to do on certain days and times but you pet will never be left for longer that three hours. I am a very experienced pet sitter and treat your home like it is my own. I’m very reliable with looking after your home and pets, including watering plants and taking in parcels etc. I treat your home with respect and care, keeping it clean and tidy. I value your privacy so I will only use rooms you give me permission to go in.

Within the owners home I would ensure I am familiar with the environment making sure it is kept safe and secure. I would also keep an eye out for any signs of illness or distress, and have the owners contact details and their vet services information to hand. Whilst out walking I would ensure that the pet is kept on a lead and be aware of the surrounding area including traffic, other pets, people and cyclists to name a few.
