About: I have been looking after and walking dogs since the age of 12, my family members and friends often rely on me to take their dogs on toilet breaks and walks allowing them to get exercises when the owner is unable to do so. For the past three years I have been dog sitting in owners homes while they are on holiday to ensure as little disruption to the pet as possible. I’m currently working part time, just three nights a week, so I’ll have plenty of free time to play, walk and engage with your puppy I will care for your fur baby, by stepping into their routine with as little disruption as possible. This will be done by getting clear instructions, knowing emergency contacts, pets will feel comfortable in their own home surrounded by comforting items.

About: Growing up we always had at least 1 or 2 dogs around, and they were everyone's responsibility. I've also looked after farm animals, small animals and snakes! I currently live with a free roam bunny, Lily, while frequently looking after/visiting the family doggies, Maisie (Spring Spanial/Lab) and Dexter (Lab/Poodle/Retriever). Experienced in looking after hyper/reactive dogs, and senior friends. I work as a freelancer, so inbetween contracts I have a lot of free time for your Fur Baby! Can do weekdays and weekend visits/stays. I can do walks, playtime, feeding, snuggles or crate time. As I have a free roam bunny, I can only offer home visits or stays.

About: I have had cats from a young age and currently have 2 pedigree house cats. I have been per sitting for several years on Catinaflat and I have looked after dogs of others for many years. I work as a special needs teacher in Renfrewshire Monday to Thursday. I sometimes have tournaments on Saturdays August to April but these are normally local. I am not able to take any dogs or cats into my home as I already have 2 indoor cats. I would come to your home for food visits or walks or both. I can do overnight stays too where I would do a feed before and after bedtime (plus an evening and morning walk for dogs).

About: Hi I am Frances, anyone that spends five minutes in my company will tell you that I love all animals but especially Dogs, I feel as though they are just beautiful, caring, compassionate, clever and all round awesome beings that we don't deserve. Can't help but smile when in their company, Living their best life every day in the moment. No coincidence that their name is God backwards. I have had 2 dogs of my own in the past who I consider to be my family and am at a loss without my Son at the moment. I babysit for my friends Dogs if they have commitments elsewhere and consider it a privilege to do so. You don't have to own a dog to be my friend, but it helps :). Rest assured your fur babies are spoiled with me and we have fun playing, and chilling in between the adventure walks with lot's of Pink Panther sniffing / investigating to be done as well as special treat sausages from the Local Butchers with your permission of course. I have recently returned from Rwanda and Uganda where I had an amazing experience trekking in the National Forest Park to see the mighty Silverback Gorilla and his family. I have also travelled to Borneo where I volunteered at an Orangutan Sanctuary ( Jungle School - on Netflix ) and have also volunteered with the SSPCA in the past too. It would be an absolute pleasure to look after your furry family member and would be awesome to be their honorary Auntie and included in their pack. I currently work from home Monday and Friday from 8.30 to 3.30 and in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8.30 to 4.30. I am therefore able to look after your Fur babies for long weekends Fri to Mon easily fitting in with their own specific schedules. I am hoping to be able to make this a full time job in the future, as it would be a dream come true to be able to care for your pets and be paid to do so?! In an ideal world I would have won the lottery and I would pay you for the privilege of your babies company. I have a private fenced garden that allows security and safety for your pet to be able to go out for fresh air throughout the day in between the bigger walks - minimum of an hour of sniffing if allowed. Your pet will be allowed up on the couch and bed with fluffy blankets for comfort if allowed only, as I would not allow if not the norm for pet. All their requirements will be adhered and catered for, so as not to disrupt their usual routine.

He has been an absolute angel to have over, and was so good at sending updates, pictures and videos ❤️My wee pup usually takes a few days to calm down when I leave, and will usually just be grumpy, but he loved Dylan straight away which has never happened before! From here on I will only be contacting Dylan if I need someone to pup-sit, and couldn’t recommend him enough!!!🙏🏻🐶❤️”

About: Over the years I have had 6 cats, 2 dogs, hamsters, parrots and fish so I have always had a love for animals! I have plenty of experience in caring for them and know what they need. I have had pets who have had ongoing medical needs including regular medicine. I’m the go-to contact for friends and family when they need someone to pet-sit! My partner, Huzaifah, will be helping take care of your pet. He’s an animal lover and has looked after cats, dogs, ferrets, fish, and iguana and a tortoise. I work part time and my partner, who also adores animals, works full time from home so your pet will always have company! We don’t work weekends or bank holidays. We currently have 2 gerbils in a cage in our spacious upper cottage flat with an unfenced garden. The gerbils are elevated so there shouldn’t be any issues, they love the company of other animals!

About: I’m an experienced sitter of all kinds - babies, houses, cats and dogs! I’ve been on Housesitters UK for over two years now and cared for pets and homes across the country! I enjoy caring for tiny beings and try to respect others in the same way I’d like to be treated :) I’m currently working full time but only a ten minute commute from home so can be back in a jiffy! I work from home on occasion and am usually out one or two evenings but always come home first so ideal for meeting feeding times! I have a small garden and wooden floorboards indoors so there’s no stress about carpet stains etc! The house has no big pots or glass vases and is fairly open plan. When caring for a pet owners home I try to leave everything as I found it to the best of my ability and maintain a level of cleanliness and comfort for the pets to feel safe.

About: As a new graduate veterinarian I have a huge amount of experience working with and carrying for animals through my degree. Friends trust me to provide the best care for their pets on a routine basis, from cat sitting to dog walking I’m currently unemployed after graduating from a degree in veterinary medicine.
