About: I’m experienced in handling large dogs (any size/breed welcome) and have a deep understanding of the needs and quirks of anxious and reactive dogs and the care and patience they require through my experience with my extremely nervous rescue German Shepherd who was in very bad mental and physical condition when I adopted him. Sadly, he passed at the end of 2024 after many happy years together. Personally, I found it extremely difficult to trust others to walk or care for him during our time together so I’d like to reassure those in a similar position that I can take care of their best friend when they need it and I’ll always be as careful, understanding and vigilant as I was with my own. My garden is secure with full, well-maintained fences and walls and a padlocked gate, I have blinds on all public facing windows which can be closed if dogs are triggered by people walking by. Everyone is welcome to supply any toys, beds or anything that makes your dog feel more comfortable and of course I will stick to their usual walking schedule and dietary requirements. I live directly next to a large park which is not typically very busy and offers numerous trails from the main paths to avoid others when caring for reactive dogs. I will never let anyone’s dog off the lead during a walk (unless I have booked a secure field) and always clip leads to a strong walking belt as extra security, walk in shaded areas on hot days and carry water at all times. I mainly work from home so when boarding and pet sitting your dog will be with me all day with regular opportunities to play, go in the garden and for walks in the morning, lunch time and evening. I’m available for walks morning, lunchtime and evenings during the week and all day Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. I only care for dogs from the same household on walks and in my home unless they are friends who have already spent time together. This is for the best possible wellbeing of each dog. I’d rather provide quality and complete confidence than take on as many dogs as possible as I believe in giving them the individual care and attention they deserve with as few stressful triggers as possible. I work from home so dogs will not be left unattended or outside for prolonged periods. I only endorse the use of positive reinforcement / reward-based training and treat all dogs with respect, understanding and care tailored to their specific needs. I’m happy to discuss your requirements, answer any questions and arrange a pre-stay meet and greet if required. I have also completed a certified DBS check through my employer.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was a kid. Neighbours, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and look after their pets. I grew up with Frenchies and I am familiar with the needs of brachycephalic breeds such as bulldogs, pugs, Boston terriers etc. I also volunteer in a dog's shelter and I have fostered many dogs, till they get adopted. I am a full time employee, working from home few days per week. I love walks in the park and I would enjoy to have a four legged companion with me. I have a fenced garden and my house is dog-friendly, I have fostered senior dogs in the past, as well as ones that dealt with health issues and needed to take medicine at certain times of the day. However, I am not fostering any dog at the moment.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was a teenager for friends and family, including large sight hounds, medium and small sized dogs and cats. I work full time but my job has flexible hours so I’m able to drop in and care for your pets whenever you need me to. I am neat and tidy and am happy to care for your animal in your home or take them outside for walks if and when needed.

About: Hi, I’m Raychl! Im 31 years old and have been caring for animals of all breeds, shapes and sizes for as long as I can remember. From tiny basset hounds to giant Newfoundlands, i have experience with a variety of breeds. I only work a few hours a day from my laptop at home so we will also have time for plenty of walks and playtime in my garden after the couch cuddles have had their time. When caring for dogs in their own home, I stick closely to their normal routines—feeding, walking, and playtime—so they feel secure and relaxed. I make sure doors and gates are always properly secured, and I never let dogs off-leash unless in a safe, enclosed area. When pets stay with me, they have a calm, nurturing environment where they’re treated like part of the family. I provide plenty of love, walks (including beach strolls when suitable), fresh water, and a cozy space to rest. I’m also trained to watch for any signs of stress or discomfort, and I’ll always keep you updated with photos and messages so you can feel at ease knowing your furry friend is happy and cared for.

About: I had fogs when I lived at home with my parents and when I moved out I lived in a small house so adopted 2 brother cats. We have now moved to a bigger home and our children and us have a cat and a dog who are great friends. I am a stay at home parent so other than fitting around the school run i am free to walk/visit/feed your four legged friend at any time. I have a large garden with a patio, deck and grassy areas. The fences are high and sturdy so your fur baby will be safe and have fun to run around with my best friend Frankie.

I can also offer night time walking, a safe place for dogs just to come and play/relax or dogs to stay any night with early drop off. I live alone, I have a fenced back yard and CCTV cameras. The pet is able to role As they please with no boundaries. However, boundaries can be put in place if this is what they are used to at home. I will respect any animals ground rules and adhere to them at all times. I am very trustworthy and a registered NHS advanced nurse practitioner who can be found in the NMC register

In 2024, I sadly lost my beloved 11-year-old German Shepherd and am now looking for dogs to share in some daily walks and enjoy some doggy companionship. I have plenty of experience with dogs, as they’ve always been a part of my family, and have had 2 rescue dogs of my own, so have lots of experience with anxious pooches. Don’t have any children, so I have plenty of time and attention to give. I love hiking and would be thrilled to have a dog join me on outdoor adventures!
