“Once again the service from Emma was great. She was perfectly happy to come spend a while getting reacquainted with the cats before we went away as it had been a long time since she last sat for us. She's friendly and professional, follows all instructions and respects all boundaries set. She provides great updates for each visit with plenty of photos so we can see they're all doing OK, and she's great with the cats, allowing them to lead and show what they're comfortable with rather than trying to force anything. 100% recommend.”

We have two older labradors with a couple of health needs and Christina was more than warm and accommodating to help reduce our anxieties. We started the journey using Rover and found Christina easily. She goes above and beyond in her role even popped round to meet our fur babies. When we've been away she's kept us updated with lovely photos and heart felt stories of the dogs experiences which wasn't necessary but absolutely lovely to receive. We would NOT hesitate in contacting Christina again and are likely to actually book again for a longer period when away again later this year. We would highly recommend Christina to anyone not only is she personable, good with the dogs she also charges really good rates for such a lovely service.”

About: We have both had cats and dogs our whole lives and since moving out of our family homes, we've noticed a distinct gap left by our furry companions. Due to work commitments we are not in a position to have our own full time pet, but look forward to the opportunity to look after yours for you! Between us we have had our fair share of experiences with hard to handle hounds, including tough walks, entertaining and administering medication. So feel relaxed knowing they are in safe hands! Currently I manage my own business from home so can be made available at any time for pick up, drop offs or walks! More than happy to sit throughout the week or on weekends. We live in a spacious ground floor flat in Jesmond with a back garden and Jesmond dene 5/10 mins walk away. I am on a flexible schedule ableing me to walk, sit or check in on pets when needed.

About: We have had dogs for the last 10 years and treat them like part of the family. Yours will be loved and safe with us. My wife Tarn has also previously had dogs before Teddy and will be part of the team taking care of any visitors. My son Kayden is usually on hand too so we are very much a team! I am a professional and work from home, but I am currently between jobs, and so have lots of time to spend with your dog. My wife and son will also support to make sure your dog is always taken care of. Our yard is completely fenced in and safe, we have two of our own dogs and two cats. We will absolutely treat your dog like they are part of our family too.

About: I grew up in a home full of pets and I have many happy memories of our boxer dogs, cats, tortoises, guineapigs. In my twenties when I had my first house I’ve owned cats and know only too well how precious their time is with us. Whilst I don’t have a dog of my own I regularly look after my two daughters schnauzer and crossbred pug shitzu. I love long walks with lots of sniffs. I retired early at 57 and work 12 hrs a week in a nursing home looking after residents with complex medical needs. I’m really flexible on hours and have a car which I’m happy to use to transport In my own home I have a secure fenced off garden with decking for catching any warm sunshine and planting for lots of sniffs. I own a tortoise but I always make sure he’s safely away in his heated house before the dogs go in the garden.

About: I retired in February 2025 after working in the NHS and private healthcare sector for over 35 years as a speech and language therapist) / service manager. My career enabled me to work around the world in a wide range of settings and with some amazing people. I am now wanting to start a new chapter in my life which will allow for flexibility of working and will tap into my passion for animals and nature. My years as a therapist and manager means that I have many transferable skills, knowledge and qualities which I believe fit well into the role as a pet sitter and boarder. My love for animals started when I was a child when we had guinea pigs, tortoises and fish. Over the years, I have looked after family dogs and cats and used to walk an elderly lady’s dog when I was a volunteer for the Cinnamon Trust. Last year, I looked after a wonderful 12-year-old Border Terrier for 2 months at my house while his owners were abroad. This was an amazing experience and confirmed to me of my love of animals and my desire to pursue a career in pet sitting. I am a car driver / owner and have an up-to-date DBS. I am trained in basic life support, moving and handling, infection control and food safety and handling. I have recently completed a diploma in ‘Pet Sitting and Dog Walking’ provided by Reed Courses and ‘Dog first aid and CPR’ course with distinction provided by UKRLP. Licensed with North Tyneside Council (The Animal Welfare Regulations 2018): Licence Number 25/0987/ANIMAL Since retiring in February 2025, I am now free to concentrate on establishing myself as a professional pet sitter / dog walker and have the flexibility to be able to do this. I live in a 3 bedroomed house which has an enclosed and secure backyard. The downstairs floors are wooden. I am aware of the importance of ensuring a safe and secure environment for a pet which provides the correct levels of physical and mental stimulation for the individual. Liaising with the owner about their pet's care needs, routines and behaviours are key to ensuring a happy and safe pet.

About: I have grew up with animals since I was young, and now I currently have 2 cats age 5 and 3 and two dogs age 4 and 2. Im a kind caring woman and would absolutely make sure your pets were taken excellent care of. Im happy to send pictures updates ect I also look after my friends pets when they go on holiday ☺️ I am available any time after 9am i am happy to work around your schedule to fit around your pets ect. I am free pretty much all the time. I am currently unable to offer boarding at the moment, but when I am able to your pets would be very safe as I have a fenced garden one section being just for the dogs.

About: I’ve grown up with animals and my family rescued dogs so I have years of experience with many personalities and quirks. Have had 5 years experience of dog walking. I have looked after pets all my life and have looked after others for the past 5 years. I offer dog walks and sitting services. I work full time however I have flexible hours and can work from home so that allows me to take dogs out in the morning, lunchtime or evenings. My walks tend to include long walks along the coast and a good run in the park depending on the needs of individual dogs. I only sit dogs in owners home and so would discuss with owner the specific needs of each dog as they are all so different.

There is always someone at home, the longest time we are all out for is an hour at most for school runs. We like to walk the dog out in the fields, around the estate and on the beach. I have a good sized 6 foot fenced garden. We live next to a large field that dogs can run around on. Our 4 bedroom house is open to all pets in all rooms and plenty of space for them to be in their own if they want. We have lots of beds and hiding places to help make everyone feel comfortable as well as a large range of toys.

About: I had a border collie/lakeland terrier growing up and have cared for and walked many different natured dogs. Priority is understanding their personality and temperament, likes dislikes and their favourite things :) We will enjoy nature trails, safe beach spots, parks and walks round the block. Registered with dog trainer so can train also if required :) Have cared for senior dogs and can have peaceful walks, rests in the shade with plenty water, tasty treats and lots of TLC. Currently caring for and training a 10 month Chihuahua Terrier who gets on well with all dogs. I am currently working part time so I have time to play and train your pup, give TLC and leisurely walks to your senior dog. I will get to know your dog and happy to take them to local parks and beaches :) Window open if warm, plenty water and food, music to their taste, comfort and toys. Cuddles and play.
