“Having met Imogen a couple of days before her stay my mind was put at ease and I was very happy to leave the girls with her as she immediately had a great rapport with them. I was kept updated with photos showing happy pups and I have no doubt that they were very well looked after in my absence. I will definitely call on her again.”

“I could not have wished for anyone better than Jon and Jennifer. They were very good with Mario, taking him to lots of new places, and sending me photos, videos and messages. Jon is very knowledgeable and also have me some great tips for Mario (he's a rescue). I will absolutely be asking them to care for Mario again, he was so happy, and my home looked like they hadn't been here at all. Thank you both so much, and hope to see you both again.”

“Elizabeth was amazing - we were really nervous about leaving our dogs with a sitter but from the second we saw them interacting with Elizabeth we knew they'd be fine. They obviously had a really good time and chilled out. Will 100% be wanting to book Elizabeth again in the future.”

“Kelly was the perfect dog sitter for our 17-year-old terrier as she has experience in looking after older dogs. We were able to enjoy our afternoon out knowing that we were leaving Bramble in safe and caring hands. Thank you Kelly. Jane & Vic”

About: Dogs and cats have always been part of my life.Long walks On the Heath in all weathers ,lazy naps in the garden sleeping next to woodburner in the winter. All needs prioritised. Puppy toilet training, up to senior care. Privileged to look after part of your family I’m am retired and have my days filled with walks and relaxing at home and looking after pets. Tayloring care for each individual pet so they have the best time and happy to return with wagging tails I have a small fenced garden and live close to several parks, a lake , the Broads and the Heath . I enjoy long local walks and driving to the beach for walks. My home is quiet and relaxing sunny garden and warm wood burner in winter. I am excited about and enjoy looking after pets in my own home and also happy to look after your beloved pet in your own home if it is preferable.

About: My experience is varied: I have lived with dogs at different times when sharing accommodation (and helped with walks, pets and sometimes even training). When I set out as a nomad in 2019 I volunteered in a dog shelter (about 30-40 dogs, some on wheelchairs) and towards the end of 2020 I started doing pet sitting, the first one was planned to be 1 month and ended as 4!. It's been incredible: I have since sat for many different dogs, from a bark-y Border Collie afraid of loud noises to a super smart rescue mutt, from a Miniature Pinscher to a gentle giant and a Rhodesian Ridgeback "puppy". Some well trained, some unruly, some older, some younger and some that I was given the pleasure to do some training with, especially for pulling on the lead (she made lots of progress, we both did, as it was a learning curve for me too). I have done pet sitting for cats at times, the most memorable was the one pictured in the photos, he was free to roam and one day came back with quite the nasty injury but we got it to heal and close up within a short time, with lots of care and attention (and dashing at doors so he would not escape during the healing process!). The owner was surprised to see him cuddling with me as he doesn't like most humans, so I like to think he knew I wasn't keeping him a prisoner for no reason. I have also fed fishes, a snake and an iguana, and watered plants of course =) I freelance and work from home, which makes my schedule incredibly flexible. Weekdays, weekends, it's all mixed together and adaptable, so just tell me your pet needs and we'll work around them. For hobbies, I like to play board games, read a book, do a puzzle or watch something online. All pretty relaxed :) I also play the ukulele (though some sound sensitive dogs have meant pausing practice while sitting, eheh). With pets, and especially dogs, it's important to be consistent. They thrive on their routines. I would aim to learn what your daily activites look like (walks, feeding, play time, etc.) and match them. I can also help with a little bit of traning if needed or welcomed. I have several experiences with anxious dogs (either anxious towards people, towards other dogs or both) and know how to handle encounters with others during walks. All my sits so far have gone very smoothly and the dogs/cats and I have bonded every time. I can provide a link to some reviews on other platforms until I have built some here.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life - currently I have two collies and a pug. Due to this I have extensive knowledge and looking after dogs comes naturally to me such as adequate water top ups, toilet breaks, cuddle sessions, walks, etc. One of my collies is blind and diabetic so I have experience with special needs animals. I am also skilled in administering medication - she is on injectable insulin so I can administer medication through injections with no problem. My other collie has arthritis so I’m also capable to giving tablet form also even if they’re fussy! I also have experience with live in pet sitting having done two years of a couple of two week long live ins for a family friend with French bulldogs. This included feeding, adequate water top ups, walks, playing with, cuddling, cleaning up behind them, and much more! Additionally I’ve puppy sat and been a live in sitter for four weeks from newborn to older stages. This also included a puppy that needed hand feeding. During this I changed the pads, kept the puppies clean and safe, helped mum have free time and feed the pups, giving mum toilet breaks and food and water etc when needed. Additionally at the end of my stay as a perk for the family I made sure to clean their house to the highest standard - I always make sure to leave a place spotless after staying there so you can be sure you’ll come home to happy pets and a clean and tidy home! I currently do not have a job and am home for summer during university - I will be going back to uni on the first week of September where I will have uni twice a week but no more. Because of this I am completely available at the moment! I can do this 7 days a week. I will follow an exact routine should you like to give one. You may make any requests for your animal including how many times they need feeding, walking, cleaning or washing. I’l always ensure a clean and topped up water bowl with fresh cold water and make sure to mop up any spillages, as well as cleaning food bowls after every meal. If you don’t wish to give a routine that’s absolutely fine I will follow your basics and provide fun filled days for your animals based on their energy levels. Food will always be given correctly based on the food manufacturers suggestion for your pet and/or how you like them to be fed. I like to keep dogs leashed during walks as I believe this keeps them safe - however if I find somewhere safe for them to be let off or you can provide evidence of fantastic recall I am happy to take them off leash.

About: I have grown up with pets from a very young age, coming from an animal loving family I have always been around and loved animals. My first pet was a hamster and I also had cats and dogs growing up. Currently I have a cat called Bagheera I got him when he was a kitten and he is turning 8 this year. He is an extremely nervous cat and having him has taught me a lot about the unique personalities of our pets and their needs. I have looked after neighbours and friends pets and I am always excited to spend time with them. I offer a variety of walk durations and can adapt to your dog's individual needs. I'm a great fit for dogs who enjoy exploring Cromer and the surrounding beaches and parks, or who prefer a more relaxed pace. As a pet owner I understand how much they mean to you, and I am dedicated to provide the care and attention they need and make their wellbeing and safety a priority. I'm currently working full time Monday to Friday however I am only in the office 3 days a week and my hours are flexible. I am also available during the weekends and bank holidays. Whether looking after your pet at home or taking them out for a walk I will ensure that they are safe and be mindful of their individual needs. I will also ensure to maintain good communication of your pets behaviour and well-being. I am a very organised person and maintaining a clean and tidy environment comes naturally to me.

About: I have experience caring for both dogs and cats, ensuring they are well-fed, exercised, and comfortable. I’ve looked after a variety of breeds and temperaments, tailoring my approach to each pet’s needs. Whether it’s taking dogs on regular walks, playing with them, or maintaining a clean litter area for cats, I always prioritize their health, happiness, and safety. I’m also attentive to any signs of illness or distress and know when to seek veterinary help. I currently work full time in a school so I would therefore need this to work around my main job. At present I am off for the school holidays and have lots of flexibility however as of the 1st September I will return to work. Monday to Friday I work from 8:45 until 15:45 with two to three later finishes a week, normally no later then 16:00-16:30. On Fridays I finish at 15:30. Weekends I do not work so therefore have more flexibility. Depending on the animal I would like to meet with pet owners at there house to ensure their home and garden is safe and secure enough for me to feel comfortable to take care of their pet.

About: Had dogs all my life, looked after family and friends pets when they went on holiday. Trained on horse management. Now widower, fit and for new adventures. Retired so very flexible and willing to travel anywhere and any distance even at short notice. Wife passed away in 2012 which now gives me the opportunity to travel and meet other people Not applicable, living in a flat is not suitable for keeping animals and pets of any kind, am considering to move but will not care for animals at home

“Lily was absolutely fantastic with our pups. She came over in advance to meet them and get to know their routine, she walked them when it was cool enough and kept them in the shade when it was too hot (in the heatwave). She was communicative with us and sent us lots of updates. She housesat for us and left the house in a neat and tidy manner when she left. The dogs loved her, we would rebook, and would highly recommend.”

About: I love animals and animals love, me and my mum rescued a swallow once and still have many memories of it. She went from injured as a baby to being able too fly away. Pet care fits in to my weekly routine as I work many different shifts and I only work part-time. I live nearby a massive park and in a neighbourhood full of pets. I care for pets to the clients request and I have always had pets so I would care for my clients pets as if they were my own aswell.

About: I’ve taken care of both cats and dogs from an early age. From getting my first rescue cat at the age of 4, to helping care for my Labradors litter of puppies and former Golden Doodle - until sadly I moved from my grandparents home, to which I heavily miss having a furry friend around! I’m currently working full time office hours, on a Monday to Friday basis. I would be available for pet care in the evenings, but completely available over the Friday to Sunday period. I have a large high fenced grass garden, with gated entry from our own private drive way. I live in a quiet and isolated housing estate, with only 11 other homes close by. Living rurally allows an excellent environment to window stare for cats and a lovely scenery with large areas far from the quiet roads for walks. I live in a 3 bedroom semi detached home, so there is plenty of space for your furry companions to be comfortable and have their own space if needed.

About: I’ve owned a variety of fur babies from cats to dogs to hamsters so know what it takes to look after yours. I have plenty of experience walking and sitting friends and family’s pets and understand that each one is different. I’m currently working full time in Aylsham but am able to walk your pup before or after work (9-5) and drop into your house on my lunch break (dependent on distance). On the weekend I am available all day to care for your pet. Pet sitting hours are over night and evenings all days, and day times on the weekend. I have experience with pets with behavioural problems and understand that it may take a moment for us to get used to each other. I can provide a calm, clean environment within your home for us to play, have cuddles or simply hang out in the same room. Whatever your fur baby wants to do.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10. Neighbours, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets. I’m confident with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, including energetic puppies and nervous rescues. Being local, I know the best walking routes and green spaces nearby. I tailor care to each dog’s needs — whether that means quiet time, active play, or medication support. I’m currently working part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility for daytime pet sitting or walks. I’m available most weekdays after 2pm and can also do morning or lunchtime walks on certain days. I’m happy to work with your schedule to keep your pet’s routine consistent. I always treat pets like they’re my own — with care, patience, and attention to detail. Whether walking your dog or caring for them in your home, I follow instructions closely and keep you updated with how they're doing. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet and your home, and I always aim to provide both peace of mind and a happy experience for your pet.

About: I've been around dogs since I was born, older dogs and puppies, so I am comfortable with dogs of any age and most sizes! I love getting out in any weather for walks, and am comfortable taking more energetic dogs for longer walks if required. I also have some experience pet sitting dogs who require medication and am comfortable with doing so if needed. I currently work for the National Trust along the North Norfolk coast. I have previously worked as a marine biologist for various charities where I have experience in wild animal handling, so I am fairly confident in looking after most pets. I'm an early riser and enjoy walking in the morning and would welcome a walking companion! My fiancée (who would also be helping dogsit) is also a dog lover. Jess has grown up with dogs as pets, and also worked at her uncles dog kennels - so has plenty of experience with lots of different dogs! (Jess is also on Rover as a verified sitter). I am very careful about the environment I would introduce a dog to and make sure they are comfortable, calm and don't feel overwhelmed. I have a large garden, but have lots of walks just nearby too. I think having a dogs trust is vital so I always like to meet a dog before a stay if possible and allow them to approach me at their own pace without stressing them out.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs since I was 11, and had cats around my whole life. I am an animal lover and I love meeting new cats and dogs. I work for an animal charity. 🐾 I work from home Monday - Thursday and have a flexible diary. I can offer dog walks, pet sitting at your house and drop in visits to look after your pet and make sure they are comfortable, safe and happy whilst you’re away. Happy to offer house calls, walks and house sitting for both dogs and cats. I love all animals and look forward to helping you out with yours 😃

“Jess and Alex were lovely and looked after our three doggies while we went out for a meal. They kept our dogs company and sent a message and photos to let us know our dogs had all settled and were snoozing happily.”

Jacqueline B.
“Jackie was absolutely wonderful with my dog, Daisy! She took care of her for a weekend, and I felt completely at ease the entire time. Jackie sent me regular updates and photos, which was so reassuring. When I picked Daisy up, she was happy, relaxed, and clearly had a great time. I'd highly recommend Jackie to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter.”

Luca M.
“Luca sat for us for a week and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We met a few weeks prior for a dog walk so Luca could meet the dogs and the day before the sit spent the evening with us as we had an early morning flight. Luca was fab with our dog harry who is quite nervous of males & you could see he had previously spent time with anxious dogs and harry took to him straight away. Luca kept in contact regularly throughout the sit with messages and photos of how the dogs were getting on & asked any questions if unsure of anything. When we arrived home the house had been left immaculate. I would 100% recommend Luca and would be happy to have him sit for our pooches again, he was very reliable and trusted”

Sophie G.
“Sophie looked after our two dogs fantastically when she stayed at ours house sitting for two weeks. They were walked as much as we asked, fed exactly how we asked, had lovely clean fresh bowls of water and spent time together playing in the garden, I would say they had her full attention from what we saw. We also got frequent photo updates of what the dogs were up to with captions from Soph with updates which was lovely while we were away. She also kept us updated with when she had arrived, when she was going out, when she was taking the dogs etc which was really nice to know. The dogs love her and whenever she’s around now they hardly leave her side which is lovely to see, she’s just generally a lovely ball of light and you can see she’s in her element - the animals love her.”

Nora S.
“Nora's love and passion for animals makes her an excellent pet sitter. I could not think of a better person to trust with our cockapoo who absolutely loves her. Her love of outdoors and hiking fits perfectly with her love of animals. As a long time vegetarian, she has great passion for the care and wellbeing of animals. She has experience with a variety of pets and can rest assured that she will provide quality care.”

Kelly H.
“Kelly is reliable, trustworthy and will love your pet like they are her own. My dog loves spending time with! And I would highly recommend”

David B.
“Caring reliable decent man who loves animals and would make an excellent pet sitter. Honest and hardworking and I think a prime candidate for this special position.”

Lily S.

George O.
“I highly recommend George. He did an amazing job taking care of my cat, Angel, and my apartment while I was out of town. He made sure she was fed, had clean water, and cleaned her litter box daily. I would definitely book him again.”

“Alex is kind and caring with the energy that dogs need on walks and for attention in the home. Alex has always loved dogs and has a lot of love to give to dogs of all sizes and breeds. Alex looked after my dog during a brief period of medication, which he was happy to help with no issues.”

Anna P.
“Anna has cared for our dog, either for the day or the weekend, on lots of occasions and has always looked after her with the utmost care. She is friendly and approachable, good at communicating and obviously loves cats and dogs a lot.
