About: Myself and my partner have both grown up around dogs. We look after family and friends dogs as well as our 1 year 8 month old Beagle called Rolo who we welcomed in to our family from 8 weeks old. He is treated like a prince👑 as will your furbaby while staying with us. Any training you’re currently doing or want us to start can be carried on whilst you’re on holiday. I am currently on Maternity Leave so I am able to give all the love and attention to make your furbaby feel comfortable, safe and at home. My partner Tom is home of an evening and takes Rolo (our dog) for his evening walk and gives him plenty of loving fuss as he will with yours! We have a fenced garden and have an energetic Beagle to keep your furbaby company while they’re here on their holidays. Crate trained dogs only please! Also If that’s something we can help you with we are more than happy to help. Your furbaby must be ok with other dogs and young children/babies. No furbaby’s in the bed but welcome on the sofa for a lovely cuddle and cheeky post walk nap (if they would like)!
“I have been looking for someone to care for our large dog over the festive period. After speaking to Abby, she suggested an overnight stay. I thought this was a brilliant idea as not only does it make Abby get to know your dog but also gives you the reassurance to know that your dog will be happy.. Abby has been brilliant and our dog loved his stay, the house is situated in a lovely location with a good size garden for any size dog to be able to run around in. She has been attentive and thoughtful throughout and I am definitely booking Abby to have Duke for the time while we are away over New Year, having the confidence and reassurance that he’ll be well looked after. I would highly recommend Abby to anyone and will certainly be telling my friends how lovely she is.”

As for boarding, my flat has a balcony and is on the 4th floor so isn't ideal for pets that are used to outdoor space at home or puppies who haven't been potty-trained yet. It would be perfect for indoor cats! I have ventilators on my windows so can keep them shut for your pet's safety and am currently adding a chicken wire barrier to the balcony to avoid accidents. I also have an electric fan for hot weather. I don't mind having pets on furniture or in my bed if that's what they are used to. Who doesn't love a midnight cuddle with their critter?😸 I am happy to take your pet outside for walks and toilet breaks as often as they need (the stairs are great exercise!)

About: I have grown up with pets from a very young age, coming from an animal loving family I have always been around and loved animals. My first pet was a hamster and I also had cats and dogs growing up. Currently I have a cat called Bagheera I got him when he was a kitten and he is turning 9 this year. He is an extremely nervous cat and having him has taught me a lot about the unique personalities of our pets and their needs. I have looked after neighbours and friends pets and I am always excited to spend time with them. I offer a variety of walk durations and can adapt to your dog's individual needs. I'm a great fit for dogs who enjoy exploring Cromer and the surrounding beaches and parks, or who prefer a more relaxed pace. As a pet owner I understand how much they mean to you, and I am dedicated to provide the care and attention they need and make their wellbeing and safety a priority. I work full time Monday to Friday, so I am mainly available at weekends and on bank holidays. My working hours are fairly flexible though, so I may also be able to help during the week if required — send me a message and we can discuss it. About: I've grown up around animals from lambs and chickens to dogs and cats. I've also done dog walking for friends and family. Cared for dogs in animal shelters and adoption fairs. I've learnt husbandry care through my current degree in animal science and am constantly in close contact helping dogs into their harnesses and finding treats they enjoy at work in a pet store. I currently work part time and attend uni on Mondays + Tuesdays. Therefore Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays I'm unavailable for the first half of the day but happy to care for your pets in the afternoons as well as mornings during the rest of the week. So please don't put of reaching out just to check as I personally know how stressful it can be finding someone during holidays to look after your pet. Any rules, health issues or precautions that I may need to know I'll ask for and follow securely as no owner wants to worry about their pet or the person looking after them. I have a genuine love and care for animals and treat every pet as my own. I have a Romanian rescue called Mila, she is 5 years old now and I’ve had her since she was a few months old. Mila came to me after a rough start in life, scared of humans and never walked on a lead before. Years of consistent training, patience and a lot of love has gone into the dog she is today - this has helped me to gain a good amount of experience to be able to deal with triggers, special requirements and understanding dog behaviour. I work full time however I am always open to discuss new drop ins/walks, I am out with my own dog 3 times a day on my two days off and we are happy for other dogs to join us. Drops in can be arranged on request. I am happy to drop in to your home for visits and walk dogs on or off lead depending on their recall/ owners wishes. I share my home with my friendly Irish Setter, Rory, who is gentle, playful, and great with other dogs. He loves company and helps create a relaxed, social environment for visiting dogs. I have extensive experience caring for dogs of all ages — from young puppies to senior dogs — and I’m confident supporting different needs, routines, and personalities. The garden is fully secure with 7ft fencing and a locked gate, so dogs can enjoy outdoor time safely. I live on a quiet, secluded street away from main roads, creating a peaceful environment that’s ideal for dogs of all temperaments. The garden is a great size for all breeds, with plenty of room to play, explore, and enjoy a good run around. Large patio doors open directly onto the garden, allowing dogs to move freely between inside and outside when appropriate. They can also be closed to create a calm, cosy space for rest and nap times. Inside, the home is open-plan with plenty of room to relax, along with soft furnishings and lots of toys to keep dogs happy and entertained. For added safety, all human food is kept well out of reach, so you can feel confident your dog is in a secure and carefully managed environment.
About: Fully Qualified in pet sitting and dog walking. Full DBS has been completed. I have had previous experience working in a Boarding Kennels. I have had several Dogs myself of many different breeds. I also used to train Greyhounds and Whippets within the Racing environment. I set up the business to continue my love of working with animals. But mainly to provide a service that allows Clients to ensure their pets are well looked after when other commitments call. I know how close to us our pets are so clear communication with my Clients on how their pet is doing would be key. I set up Bark 4 the Lead at the beginning of 2024. This is my full time Job so the pets that are boarded here have my full attention throughout the day and night. I offer dog walking which I complete in the morning for a couple of my Clients. I live in a very quiet area down a service track. The property is fenced in with no other pets in the household. I recommend clients to visit with their pets prior to booking so they feel comfortable and reassured.

About: Myself and husband Alan were raised with family dogs and once married we got our first family pet Billy who was a golden Labrador. He was loved by all due to his temperament and behaviour around everyone and we were devastated to lose him aged 13. After 18 months we missed the companionship we always had with Billy and chose Mabel the labradoodle who was 12 weeks when she came to live with us. She became our 3rd child and was cherished from the start. Sadly we lost her aged 12 years and 6 months 2 years ago. Both our grown children now have dogs which we regularly look after when they go away. We both love having them for ‘sleepovers’ and love walking with the ‘grand’ dogs as they both fit into our family unit. Due to commitments we now have with 4 grandchildren we are not in a position to have another dog full time but miss the company and regular walks. We would love to have the opportunity to help people out on a short term basis. I work part time and look after grandchildren for one day. Alan works full time. Looking after a dog on a short term basis on the days we can where we are completely free to will mean we can give regular exercise & love. We have an enclosed garden for safety & security. All dogs will have full access to our house at any time they are here with us.
