About: As an avid animal lover and vegetarian, I grew up having many pets and this has continued into my adult life. I was a member of the RSPCA as a child and have a natural affinity for all animals but dogs in particular. I have my own dog and have often looked pet sat for others. I understand no two dogs are the same and I can be flexible to support the needs of you and your pet to ensure they have a happy, safe and comfortable stay. I am self-employed and work from my home in Fradley so I am flexible when it comes to pet care, if anything they come first! I don't work a typical 9-5 so I am able to take my dog (and any others) out during the day. I have lots of green spaces near me as well as a park and canal to give dogs a change of scene, and lots of new smells to sniff! I have my own 5 year old miniature dachshund (male and neutered) who loves other dogs as much as I do. I will treat your dog like my own. My dog is allowed free roam of the house and garden and I can offer the same for your dog unless you have preferences otherwise. I have a secured, fenced garden with both grass and paving. I tend to leave the door open all day (except for when I am not home) to allow dogs to pass freely.

“Ralph goes frequently to Jennifer’s house, and the updates are as constant as they were on day 1. She takes very good care of Ralph. Butch and Ralph together are crazy, but Jennifer handles them both very well and they soon settle. Thanks so much for having him, even at the last minute when my work is crazy! :)”

About: Since I was a child I’ve always loved dogs. All my life I’ve always found myself bonding with dogs more than humans sometimes and just wanting to look after them and keep them safe. 4 years ago, my family and I got a beautiful border terrier called Wilf who is just the absolute cutest. We got him as a puppy so I have experience with training and walking puppies. Wilf is my bestfriend and I love to cuddle and walk him, aswell as take him to cafes and get him a puppy chino! My dad also has a beautiful cockapoo called Leni who he also got as a puppy. I have a lovely bond with her and love to look after her and walk her. I have walked and looked after my friends and family’s dogs, and as a friendly and caring person, dogs seem to warm to me. I’ve also spent quite a lot of time researching about enrichment activities for dogs and the importance of caring for dogs holistically. Having a dog has been invaluable for me personally. The bond I create with dogs has helped me enormously with my own well being. I can’t imagine not having a pet in my life. I’m currently working full time Monday- Friday as a teaching assistant at a primary school. However, my weekends will be free and the majority of the summer (end of July- all of August). As the summer holidays for schools starts at the end of July, I will have a lot of my time back over the summer so will be able to look after and spend a lot of time with your precious pets. If your dog can be anxious / reactive around other dogs, then my dog Wilf doesn’t have to be here when/ if your dog stays over. My mums routine is very flexible and she can take Wilf with her to her partners. At my home I have lots of space for my dog Wilf to run around in the garden which is all fenced off and secure. I live with my mum and brother who also love dogs, so it’s a very warm and safe house. We have lots of cozy blankets and dog beds aswell as fun and stimulating toys such as licky matts, games of tug and lots of squeaky balls!

“I couldn’t have asked for a better host. Jan was hugely helpful, caring and immensely capable. Jan took my dog at very short notice and got me out of a tight spot. Toby instantly took to her and I was very happy to leave him. Jan went above and beyond to help me and look after my dog and I would thoroughly recommend her as a superstar host. Thank you very, very much Jan.”

I’m a natural animal lover, and with time off during the school holidays, I can give your dog the love, attention, and cuddles they deserve while you’re away. Whether it’s long walks, playtime, or just company during the day — your dog will be treated like part of the family. 🐶❤️ I’m available during the school holidays and weekends, which means I have lots of free time to care for your dog throughout the day. Your pet will have my full attention, and I can be flexible to suit their needs. I live in a quiet, pet free and child free home, making it ideal for dogs who prefer a calm space. I also have a fully fenced garden for safe outdoor play. Your dog will never be left unsupervised, and I’ll always keep you updated with messages and photos to give you peace of mind while you’re away.

About: Hi, I’m Kirsty – a lifelong dog lover and experienced pet parent offering a safe, loving home for your dog while you’re away! I’ve cared for dogs my whole life and have been a proud dog mum for the past 7 years. I understand how important it is to know your pup is happy, secure, and well-loved while you’re apart – and that’s exactly what I offer. I live in a dog-friendly home with a large, secure garden where dogs can safely play and explore. I also share my home with my playful and friendly 2-year-old female dog Daphne, who loves making new friends. Whether your pup enjoys a game of chase, lounging in the sun, or just some quiet companionship, we’re here to make them feel at home. As a teacher I will be off work during school holidays. During this time I’m home full-time—so your dog will have lots of company, attention, and care throughout the day. Our day typically includes morning walks, garden playtime, rest breaks, enrichment games, and lots of cuddles. I keep feeding times and routines consistent with what your dog is used to, and I’m happy to accommodate any special needs or preferences. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I offer a secure, dog-friendly environment with a fully enclosed garden for safe outdoor play. Dogs are never left unattended outside, and I supervise all play to ensure everyone gets along happily. Inside, dogs have free access to cozy, clean spaces and are treated like part of the family. I follow your dog’s usual routine—whether that’s crate use, feeding schedule, medication, or preferred sleeping arrangements—to help them feel settled and secure. With 7+ years of experience caring for dogs, and a friendly resident pup to keep them company, I provide a calm, structured, and loving home-from-home where your dog will be safe, relaxed, and well cared for.
