About: Hello, I am Rebecca and my husband's name is Dylan. I will be the primary care giver for your dog but Dylan will also be there for early mornings and evenings to share the duties. Back in April 2023, we lost our much beloved dog, Loki - an American Staffordshire Terrier cross. She had been Dylan's faithful companion for 12 years and had lived with me for five and we were obviously head over heels in love with her. Life was great - we live by a country park so there were walkies in the morning, walkies in the evening, the garden for during the day breaks and a steady stream of treats on hand. I worked from home exclusively from March 2020 - September 2021 so her and I became the very best of buddies. Since she passed away in 2023 we haven't felt able to have another dog move in with us, but we really do miss the company that a dog provides and would love to experience that again. Please know that your dog would very much become part of our family immediately. Loki's passing has meant that I have a lot of experience looking after senior dogs, particularly those with health issues - administering medication, encouraging them to eat when they're not feeling well, and making sure they are generally comfortable. We do live with a very bold rescue cat, Gumball. She arrived at our house in 2022 and was great pals with Loki, she even used to come on walkies with us! She is good around dogs, she was great with Loki and got on famously with our old neighbours' dogs but she is very much in charge. We will only be able to accept bookings for dogs who are comfortable / used to being around cats. I have a hybrid working pattern which is not set days in the office. Once you make a booking I will confirm what days are required and whether this can work with my schedule. It would be really helpful if you could let me know whether or not your dog can be left alone for any periods of time, just in case I need to go into the office for a half day. As mentioned before we live by a country park so my usual routine would be a walk in the morning and a walk after 5pm. If you have a dog that just wants to cuddle on the sofa? Then guess what? I'll be cuddling on the sofa. If you have a dog that wants to run around the park? Then guess what? I'll be running around the park. We have a secure, fenced garden - but even so they wouldn't have any unsupervised time outside, I will be keeping a close eye on them. We have a baby gate that we can use to secure your dog downstairs if needed. And we have Gumball who may be there to provide entertainment or as a snuggle buddy depending on what is required.

About: I’ve had dogs in my family since a very young age, looked after family and neighbours dogs of different breeds. Good for walking, feeding and looking after. I work from home Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and here at the weekends if no plans. I’m at work Thursday so would be left alone for a little while but we have a great neighbour who pops in to check on our dog Finn. ( My partner is also on hand to help and we tend to walk Finn and other dogs together) I have a fenced garden so your dog is safe to roam and have fun, they can have full rein of the house, if they need a crate, we have space and can do this. We do have a fox red Labrador ourselves so your dog would be in company of another dog. We also have a secure fenced off dog pen where we live for plenty of fun and running around safely and to enjoy.

“Couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. So much so that we rebooked for another holiday before we came home from this one. Lots of lovely updates and photos; I’ve never felt so reassured that our cat was being taken care of whilst we were away.”

“Kristine takes wonderful care of our senior cat, Milly. She is always reliable, keeps us updated and goes above and beyond to make sure Milly has all she needs. We'll definitely be booking Kristine again.”

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life! I currently share my home with a cheeky shihtzu, a tortoise, two leopard geckos, and two gerbils. In the past, I’ve also cared for cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, and even a bearded dragon. I gained hands-on experience working in kennels, where I looked after dogs of all ages, breeds and temperaments — feeding, exercising, giving medication, playtime, and baths. I’ve also shadowed a professional groomer, so I know the basics of safe bathing and handling. Whether it’s walks, cuddles, or specialist care, I’ll treat your pet like my own. 🐾 Working term-time in a school means I have a structured schedule that fits well around pet care. On weekdays I’m available from 4pm (3.30pm on Fridays) for walks, check-ins, or evening care, and I can also do early-morning visits before work. Weekends are much more flexible, and I’m happy to work around your pet’s needs to make sure they’re comfortable and cared for. During school holidays I have even greater availability, which allows me to offer daytime care as well as extra walks or check-ins. This balance means I can provide reliable, consistent support while tailoring my time to what works best for both you and your pet. When I visit your home, I make sure your pet feels happy and secure while sticking to their usual routines so everything stays familiar. I focus on building trust and keeping them comfortable, giving lots of love, attention, and care no matter where they are. I’m happy to care for pets in my home with notice, giving them a safe and loving environment while you’re away. Don’t worry if they’re not friendly with other dogs — I share my shihtzu with my mum, so pets can have a calm, separate space! My home also has a garden that’s perfect for zoomies, playtime, and fresh-air fun. I make sure every pet feels comfortable, happy, and well cared for, just like they would in their own home.

About: Since childhood I have always loved being around dogs, and furry animals, as I grew up having dogs. Spent lots of my time in the village, where we had cats, rabbits, cows and chickens. Even had my favourite pet chicken.. My husband and I have just bought a house, with a secure garden, so want to dedicate all my free time to the most amazing job on earth. I believe that all pets deserve the best treat and care. I am very outgoing, positive, reliable and probably (one of) the biggest pet lover, would be happy to assist and look after your dog, or a cat, when you are unable to. I would be happy to look after any them, no matter of age or breed. Here are some things to know about me: - I have an 8 month old Labrador, who is super social. So I do really understand how precious they are. - I only host one dog/cat at a time (unless they are from the same household) - I work from home full time, so your pet will have a companion throughout the day - During the stay, you will get plenty of photo and video updates - I will make sure your fury babies routine as similar to yours and will provide as much care and love as you would Anything else, please just ask. Best, Gvantsa I work from home full time, so your pet will have a companion throughout the day. Oswald, my Labrador, will also keep them company. He has so much energy, they will wear each other out :D But at the same time Oswald does calm down after a while, so if they prefer a calm environment, that should be A Okay. I do walk Oswald 3 times a day, morning quick walk in the park (that's 2 min from our doorstep) longer lunch & dinner walk. On the weekends, we do go to Hinchingbrooke park or to a nearby National trust places. I have a secure fenced garden, which is pretty good size so they can run around when they want to. As I work from home, they have a toilet break pretty much any time they need to.

I have experience in raising kittens and puppies and older rescues with varying temperaments. Additionally, I have work experience in part-time dog walking whilst I was at university and volunteered at a dog kennel where I cared, groomed and walked multiple dogs. I am a 22 year old recent graduate, currently based in huntingdon whilst I work as a freelance photographer/digital marketer. I am looking for part time, flexible income that still allows me to complete my remote work, whilst doing something I love! I am a diligent, clean and constantly caring pet owner that respects all animals whilst catering to their individual needs, including their: dietary requirements, walking schedule and toilet breaks.

About: I’ve had the joy of helping raise my family’s own puppy from scratch, so I understand the time, patience, and consistency dogs need to feel secure and thrive. I’ve also looked after dogs for weeks at a time in their own homes, keeping to their routines, providing company, and giving them all the love and structure they’re used to. Through previous work experience at a veterinary clinic and Wood Green Animal Shelter, I’ve cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments—including nervous or reactive ones—always with a calm, confident approach. My last job involved working hands-on with dogs every day, helping me become fluent in reading body language and responding thoughtfully. I’ve taken my own dog to agility and scent training, so I know how important both physical and mental stimulation can be. Whether it’s a playful pup, a senior soul, or a dog that needs extra reassurance, I tailor my care with understanding, patience, and a genuine love for dogs. Working from home gives me the flexibility and availability to provide attentive, consistent care throughout the day. Whether it’s regular playtime, meal breaks, or simply keeping your pet company, I’m always nearby and ready to respond to their needs. This close presence helps pets feel secure and loved, and it means I can quickly adjust to any changes in their mood or routine. Being home allows me to give your furry family member the time and attention they deserve—making sure they never feel lonely or anxious while you’re away. When pets stay with me, they become part of my daily life and family. I provide plenty of long walks to keep them healthy and happy, tailored to their energy levels and breed needs. Playtime happens both indoors and outdoors, with toys, games, and gentle interaction to keep their minds and bodies engaged. I pay close attention to their individual routines—meal times, naps, and favorite spots—so they feel safe and comfortable in a new environment. Whether it’s cuddles on the couch or energetic fetch in the garden, my goal is to make their stay joyful, calm, and full of love.

About: Growing up in a home full of pets, I’ve been caring for dogs since I was young. I’ve looked after our own family dogs for years and often helped neighbors and friends with theirs. I once stayed for a full week at a family friend’s house to care for their pup. Most recently, I’ve been helping train our new Chihuahua puppy. I’m patient, dependable, and love building bonds with each dog I meet. I currently work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility to care for pets. Looking after dogs fits easily into my daily routine. I’m available for boarding on weekends and can care for pets on weekdays. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs who love making new furry friends. Your pet will always have company and playtime. I can also crate your dog if needed and ensure they’re kept in a safe, loving environment while you’re away.

About: Animals have been in my life since a child. From your typical dogs and cats, to goldfish saved out of toilets, hamsters rescued from university halls, horses and over 30 guinea pigs and rabbits and my mum bringing home injured swans and geese- you could say I've always kept myself animal focused! I've experience with English bull terriers, staffing, German shepherds and lots of experience with sighthounds. Right now I have two greyhounds of my own- Toby and Poppy. I've had lots of cats and love the sound of a contented purr. As a teacher in my day job, patience, kindness and understanding are my natural approach with both students and animals! I understand that your animals are your family and you may be anxious to leave them or have specific needs. I will work with you to ensure your animals are provided with everything you feel they need to be happy.🥰 I am a secondary school English teacher so my week days are blocked out- but I am available weekends and evenings are negotiable! Let's discuss your needs. 😊 Depending on your animals needs, we can discuss and accommodate your requirements for your animals. I will always endeavour to give your pet the routine and environment they are used to.

About: Rachel- I'm in my mid thirties and have worked with animals for a charity for almost 15 years. I'm still working with animals today but in a part-time more admin focused role. I'm very much considering pet setting full-time but also looking at further training to support other career opportunities. I've owned cats and ferrets for many years and I've worked closely with cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, chickens, rodents, horses, sheep, goats and other animals with a focus on welfare, behaviour and companionship as well as re-homing objectives. I'm really looking forward to welcoming and caring for your animals and supporting the community! Wayne- I'm in my early thirties and have been pet sitting on and off for around 10 years alongside a day job. I've recently moved to Huntingdon with my partner and we are now able to offer pet setting services together! I love working with animals and I'm passionate about wildlife conservation! During the last decade, I've volunteered as an animal keeper at 4 UK Zoos where I cared for a number of small primates (such as lemurs, tamarins and marmosets), as well as many other exotic (and domestic) species including small carnivores and reptiles. At home I also have plenty of experience caring for cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters, snakes, guinea pigs, etc. I've unfortunately never been able to own a dog myself as I've worked too much in the past and I couldn't just leave them to roam around whilst out. We're still not ready for a dog full-time but hopefully that time is not too far away! So, as an alternative... we'd love to look after your dogs and other pets while you're away. I have previously been a registered volunteer with the Dogs Trust and other local shelters but I'd rather support the community directly. So if you need someone to give your pets some much needed attention, send us a message! We tend to our cats and ferrets each morning and evening, and also spend as much time with them as we can during the day as they love to play and they have a lot of love to give. We’ve got a safe, loving house with an enclosed garden. We spend lots of time with our animals & this will also be the case with any others that come to stay with us.
