About: I can look after or care for your dog when you are at work. I used to have a couple of Jack Russells and some years ago a couple of border collies. All from puppies. I work from home now and live by myself and would love some company. I have a garden. My son has a dog Luna, Pixie is my twin sister’s dog and Tomaquet & Moocher were my Jack Russells. I am flexible on days as I am home every day including evenings and weekends. Able to take out for walks. I have a fenced garden. Happy to have 2 dogs from the same family. Also doggy day care is available. I have a Chi-Poo (Chihuahua mixed with a toy poodle). I started to use Rover myself as a customer last year as occasionally I have to go to Nottingham for a day with work, but started to care for other people's dogs earlier this year. I am getting really booked up so if you could confirm your booking as soon as you are able to after the meet and greet so that I can guarantee the booking for your doggie woggie that would be great. I like to arrange a meet and greet first though anyway and do that at my house in Woodsmoor so that your pooch can get used to a new environment and feel more familiar. I have looked after a variety of dogs including rescue dogs who need socialising with other dogs, taller dogs who can open door handles, greedy dogs who need to be given only the right amount of food so I have to watch that they don’t pinch other dogs food, down to the real, cheeky, sweet ones who are mischievous but you can’t help loving them as they are furiously wagging their tail 😂😂😂 I have looked after puppies, dogs with attitudes and the ones who like do things on their terms but I know what I can handle with boundaries. If I or Minnie are not happy with a dog I will say so but to be honest this has only happened a couple of times. I need to know your furbaby will be comfortable too xx I work from home so can care for dogs in my house. I don’t put my dog in kennels as she is not an outside kennel dog. Minnie shares the bed with me and I am happy for your special pooch to do the same. However if your dog is crate trained I can also accommodate that. I live near Mirlees fields, but also like going to Cale Green Park, Bramhall Park, Bruntwood Park and Vernon Park. I have a fenced in garden and always take dogs out on a lead. I love looking after dogs in my own house. My dog likes running around the garden. I have loads of fields nearby so if your dog is ok off the lead they can have a run around. I use dog seats in my car when travelling to ensure that all the doggies are kept safe!

I have taken care of cats, dogs and small farmyard animals. I have also looked after several rescue animals throughout my life including dogs, cats and tortoises. I also have two professional qualifications and operate my own business remotely. I have the freedom to move around which enables me to care for your pet in their own familiar surroundings. My work is flexible so I can maintain your pets routine during my visits or home stay. I will be able to offer doggy day care and offer pet visits in your own home. I am able to walk dogs, feed and fuss cats and also base myself in your home during your working hours to provide company and care to animals whilst you are working or on holiday.

About: I have had a 25kg dog for 6 years. I feel experienced and confident handling heavier and stronger dogs - especially when it comes to bath time and they don’t want to cooperate! (Said dog would not be in the house at the time of your pet stay as they live at my mum’s house). I am a dog lover who is at her happiest with a dog by her side. I currently work from home so I am able to give lots of toilet trips. If your dog requires a lot of attention and affection I can give this. I am happy to sleep next to them if need be. I have a step-son aged 10 who is typically with us for 3 weekends in a month. He is an animal lover like myself. I have a fenced back garden. We are 5 minute walk from the canal or a 5 minute drive from Lyme Park. Dog will be kept on leads at all times during a walk if requested.

About: I started walking neighbours dogs when I was at school, which I loved. I've owned a golden retriever who was very nervous, followed by a black working labrador, who was ball obsessed. I am usually out walking most days. I have a small back yard which is fenced. I would fit a stair gate and a fireguard. It is quiet and near great walks.

I follow your instructions closely, maintain a calm, clean environment, and keep doors, windows, and routines secure for your pet’s safety. About: I have had various dogs of my own over the last 35 years, I also look after friends dogs on a regular basis either in their home or in mine! I no longer have a dog of my own so I will definitely love yours as though they are mine! I am now retired, I volunteer for a charity however these times are flexible and I plan my involvement with them according to my diary. I have a fenced garden, I also live in a lovely area with lots of places to walk. I have no pets of my own, your pet will be allowed on furniture if that’s what they are used to. I definitely don’t have any issues with dogs on sofas, beds etc.

About: I have been walking dogs for my close friends and family for many years, occasionally dropping in for some company and feeding while they are away. I also have a certification in dog first-aid, so your doggo is safe with me! I’ve just finished my A-levels, so now have plenty of time on my hands (Mon-Fri especially) to care for your dog. I work part-time on Sundays, but other than that I’m free as a bird! I’m happy to look after dogs in their own homes by providing quality company. This would include walks, feeding, playing and overnight stays if required.

About: I've been around animals all my life cats, dogs, horses, goats, unicorns and more. Your pet will be taken care off and they will not be board with me. I'm a director of my own company therefore I'm very flexible. I will be very happy to arrange my day accordingly to your pet’s needs. I have a fenced off garden approximately 10mx10m. Dogs can roam freely. I have an unlimited access to countryside walks. My home is pet friendly with no children.

About: I have a 5 year old labrodor that had from a puppy, joint custody of her. Always loved dogs and want what's best for them. I will be working a day job in the next coming weeks but have father at home full time also so we have a safe and comfortable place here that could help others. Always on walks with my dog so the company would be appreciated by all. Pets can be lile children but they can't talk so I always check om my pets, walks and toilets by the clock and just always keep on top of cleanliness check their always happy & healthy

About: I have always loved animals and I would love to be able help help with your pets. I will always have treats and toys on hand to keep your dog or cats happy. I also have lots of enrichment for dogs if they come to my house. I will always make sure I put your pets needs first. I have also volunteered at a kennels so I can learn more about dog and what then need. I will always keep you in the loop with everything about your dog or cat I will send pictures and let you know they are safe and happy. And if something would to go wrong I will try my best to help the situation but I will also let you know what is happening. I work part time mostly cleaning but have free time on weekends and after work. I'm just hoping I can do something to help out. I will listen to everything I'm told carefully and make sure I follow it so that no animal should have a the opportunity to run away or hurt themselves.

About: Cat owner for 19 happy years until I recently lost by beloved boy. Parents have dogs who I walk and look after, as do most of my friends☺️ Love a good dog walk with them but working stops me from getting my own dog. I currently work part time Mon, tues and Wends. Most of my Thursdays-Sundays are free, I go out hiking or dog walks with friends occasionally. I work some weekends and go down south to see my family some weekends too, so not free every weekend. I live alone in a house, never had kids, prefer the fury kind! I have no family nearby so never have people drop in, as my friends live Stockport way and think I am miles out! Nice quiet life with animals is me☺️ I have a fenced very safe green garden for dogs, no chance of them escaping out. I have yet to board any animals but I would not let cats outside. I have a safe double garage they could roam and explore as well as any area of the house, as my beloved boy was allowed to do🐱

About: I have taken care of cats and dogs since I was 10 years old, from their first weeks to senior years. Now that I have no pets myself, I have been enjoying hosting pets of friends and family in my home and taking them with me on long adventures in the beautiful Peak District! I am currently not working and have plenty of time to spend with pets. With lovely greenery and nature so close by, I will regularly take your dog out for exercise, stimulation and sniffing! I have a secure fenced back yard and a large green space opposite my house, perfect for quick toilet trips. I have experience in administering medication and looking after pets with reactivity and behavioural issues.

About: I've owned pets - cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, rabbits and Guinea pigs - since childhood and have owned every age from kittens and puppies up to seniors and am comfortable with every personality of cat (as we all know that they're not always in the socialising mood!) I'm currently working remotely 3 days a week and am available on weekends. My days from home are fairly flexible each week. I'm also available most weekends. I currently have my own dog who I walk daily, so could either take on walks with another dog, or could do drop-ins and walks independently. As I have a toddler, I'm not able to bring other pets into my home; however, I can do drop ins and walks for pets who are staying within their own home. This could either be with my lovely labradoodle or on their own - whichever your pet would prefer!
