I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pauline.”

About: I’ve loved dogs my whole life and have personal experience caring for them. I had a Bichon-Poodle mix (a Poochon ☺️) for seven years, so I understand the energy levels and different needs of small breeds. While I may not have professional experience, I make up for it with genuine care, patience, and a love for animals. I know how important it is to make dogs feel safe, happy, and well exercised, whether it’s a playful or a calm walk. I’ll treat your dog like my own, making sure they’re comfortable and cared for every step of the way! I mainly work from home but I’m planning on taking a break from work to focus on creating a healthy work-life balance, this therefore gives me plenty of flexibility for dog walking! I have the time to offer reliable walks and quality care, whether it’s a regular routine or occasional walks when needed. I live in a flat and while I would love to have a chihuahua one day, it’s not possible at the moment so caring for other pets is the next best thing! My home is a calm and safe space and it’s lucky to have several large parks just a few minutes away, perfect for walks and playtime. There’s also a pet shop nearby so I can easily pick up anything needed. Whether in my home or yours I’ll make sure your pet feels comfortable, loved, and well cared for

“Sandra now takes care of both of our dogs including Luca who is only 14 weeks old. Sandra applies a fantastic level of care for our dogs with regular photos and videos to put my mind at ease whilst I am work. Would definitely recommend her to anyone.”

About: What sets me apart is my genuine love for animals and my diverse experience. At 33, I've always had cats and now have a playful cockapoo, so I understand the needs of both cats and dogs. I’m active, making sure your pets enjoy plenty of walks, but also appreciate cozy evenings on the sofa—perfect for pets who like both adventure and relaxation. Whether your pet is a playful pup, a senior dog, or a cat that loves attention, I always put their needs first and treat them like my own. Pet care fits perfectly into my schedule, as I work shifts but offer boarding on my rest days. I mostly provide care on weekends, but I’m also available for some weekdays depending on my shift pattern. On my days off, I’m fully dedicated to giving your pets all the attention, walks, and love they deserve—ensuring they get the best care while you're away. In my home, I offer a cozy, loving environment for one small or medium dog at a time. This allows me to focus entirely on their needs, giving them plenty of cuddles, attention, and love. Whether it's walks, playtime, or just relaxing on the sofa together, I make sure they feel right at home and get the care they deserve.

“Basil had a great time in Teodora’s care, we got regular updates and adorable photos. We ended up booking the following day as well! Basil was so tired when he came back after the lots of walks and playing fetch. 100% recommended her again!”

About: SJ's Sofa4Sighthounds is 5* licenced home boarding which began in March 2023 - providing a safe garden for zoomies, all the home comforts, company and safe walkies. Please note you will have to complete forms and send proof that your dog is up to date with vaccinations. A trial sleepover before your holiday is an absolute must. I accept sighthounds... Greyhounds, Lurchers, Salukis, Whippets, Italian Greyhounds... you get the idea, those skinny sensitive beauties. Home boarding is my full time job. I have a licence with Gosport Council, insurance and I am doggy first aid trained. I don't take noisy dogs or dogs with separation anxiety as I have neighbours both sides. If you know your dog wees indoors, just be honest and supply dog nappies/belly bands. As per my licence requirement from my council, all dogs must have a trial sleepover before their longer stay. I provide: Tractive GPS tracker on your dog whilst in my care. Good sized back garden with high fences. Tall dog gates on doorways. Extra large K9 Comfort sofa dog beds (ultra comfortable and supportive). And XL fluffy donut beds. Secure and safe on lead walkies only. A whole lot of affection, patience and love.

About: I've taken care of lots of dogs for family and friends. I would love to get a dog of my own one day, but with my current work I can't have a dog full time as I have to travel away quite a bit. I'm currently running my own business from home, so I am at home most days. My home office opens onto a large garden where Dogs can roam at there leisure and I can keep an eye on them. I have a large fenced in garden with lots of grass for your dog to enjoy. My home is also large enough to easily accommodate your dog

“Bertie had a fantastic time with Sofia. She sent updates during the day and I could tell he was being well looked after. I will definitely be using Sofia again!”

About: I have taken care of family and friends pets since I can remember. I’ve been around different breeds from huskies to Weimaraners and also smaller breeds. I love going on long walks and giving baths and have a genuine love for dogs in general I currently work on a shift pattern of every Monday and Tuesday. I work every Sunday but only till 2:00pm. I have other job commitments but if you message me with enough time I will be able to see if I can accommodate your request I live on the 3rd floor in a block of flats, there is no garden however where I live there are lots of places to walk and I am only 10 minutes away from the beach in Lee on The Solent.

About: I had a cat for 12 years and have a dog (cockapoo) who is 4 years old. I also have a cocker spaniel who is nearly 2 (he lives with my mum in a different property) I have such a massive love for all animals, especially dogs and am also a huge cat lover. I would love for nothing more than to help people out by doing something that I’ve always loved - caring for animals. Very skilled at caring for puppies/dogs, kittens/cats. Looking at my photos you can see my own dog Poppy the apricot Cockapoo, and a variety of other dogs that I am around quite frequently, as small as Dachshund or as big as a Doberman. I’m very flexible and will ensure all instructions or preferences from the owner are carried out. I think this is very important to ensure the pet is staying in the habits the owner would like. For example, not being allowed on beds if the owner is training the dog to not jump on beds. I am looking to provide services of dog walking, drop ins and overnight stays in the owners home. I can drive which makes me even more flexible, I can therefore drive pets to different walking destinations (only if the owner confirms this is okay - owner could provide a dog cage for the car if necessary). I will give my undivided attention to the pet and care for them as if they were my own. Overall I just love animals and would love to help people out! I work full time, but from home,!meaning I am able to come and look after your dog/cat during the week and be at home all day with them caring for them. I work from just a laptop so no set up required, just WiFi! In regards to dog walks I have an hour lunch and can do mornings or after work. I have had pets most of my life and know how important it is to make sure they are safe at all times. This mainly entails making sure they are in a safe environment e.g doors shut and keeping them in areas they are not able to just run out of.
