2. Katie E.

“Molly had another lovely afternoon with Katie, this time at Katie’s instead of home. Katie is very welcoming and the house is set up very well for dogs. Molly settled into the new space nicely as evidenced by the photos Katie sent of her snoozing away in the sunny spots.”

About: Please message me via Rover to ensure for a swift response! With over 8 years of personal experience caring for my beloved Labrador, Milo, who sadly passed away in 2023, I bring a deep, hands-on understanding of animal care that sets me apart from other sitters. My time with my dog taught me not only the essentials of daily care—feeding, grooming, exercise, and health monitoring—but also the importance of patience, empathy, and building strong, trusting bonds with animals. Having managed everything from puppy training to senior care, I am confident, attentive, and able to adapt to the unique needs of every pet. My experience ensures that animals in my care receive the same love, respect, and reliability as if they were my own. I live with my small, loving family—my boyfriend, our 9-year-old daughter, and 2-year-old son. I work from home four days a week, with both children at school or with a childminder during the day. This gives me a structured but flexible routine, perfect for offering dedicated and attentive pet care. With quiet, focused days and a peaceful home environment, I can easily fit walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship into my daily schedule. Your pet would quickly become part of our caring family rhythm, receiving plenty of attention, love, and consistency throughout the week. When caring for pets in my home, I always provide a safe, loving, and structured environment. At my home, pets have access to a secure back garden with a full wrap-around fence, perfect for safe outdoor play and exercise. Inside, they will enjoy plenty of attention, comfort, and a calm family atmosphere. I follow their usual routines closely to make them feel at ease, ensuring they receive the same level of care, affection, and consistency they are used to.

6. Fiona W.

“This was the first time our dogs had been away from home since we got them as pups over 3 years ago. We were a little apprehensive as Teddy is not fixed but Fiona reassured us and sent me a message to update me too. On pick up both dogs were very calm and had clearly enjoyed the exercise they had alongside Fiona's dogs. Would definitely use again and recommend for anyone nervous about leaving your fur babies. Fiona comes across as very knowledgeable and set any worries to rest.”

About: No matter what the breed, I am happy to help! I have worked with many different breeds, and have a husky and Labrador at home, so big dogs don’t worry me. I also have a miniature dachshund, who is still a puppy. I have worked with American bullies, labradors, huskies, malamutes, pomeranians, terriers, Dalmatian’s and much more. Me and my partner Annie do this service together, so depending on your request we will let you know who will be working with you for your services :) My schedule varies and changes, however I will always work around it to work with you and your pets needs! My partner does not work and therefore will have more availability but does not drive so local services to Llandudno only. My dogs are trained daily, with training based walks everyday. At home they are cuddle monsters and love a good snuggle on the sofa. My youngest puppy needs a lot of exercise and socialisation, so your dogs will always have a friend if this is something you would like. I will always update you with videos and pictures of your dogs, and will come and do a house visit or phone call first so you can get to know me and what you need first :)

About: I’ve had all kinds of pets from stick insects (seriously, yes) to rabbits, cats and dogs, pedigrees & rescues since a very young age and wanted my sons to learn the importance of kindness and care to animals. Our own dogs have included larger breeds like Dogue de Bordeaux & Sharpei. Currently I have one small friendly English Bulldog. We will care for your dog for an odd overnight or while you holiday with a home from home experience. I am at home with your dog who will have access to a spacious, safe enclosed garden and regular breaks for zoomies & short woody or beach walks. Each dog is individual and happy to discuss your needs for fun, health & safety. All enquiries welcome, just ask and we will try to accommodate. Special rate for English Bulldogs. I am at home every day so can be flexible around your pets needs - We may be able to look after your larger breed if garden exercise is adequate. Just ask. We have a spacious enclosed garden which is safely enclosed. Older dogs requiring peace or puppies needing more attention can be accommodated - there are no children at home full time so the pet will be the priority.

19. Sarah P.

“My pugs are older with various health issues and I never leave them. Sarah was fantastic and gave them such a lovely holiday they didn’t want to come home! Loads of updates and pictures to reassure us. I can’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be booking them in again.”

About: I have been brought up around animals throughout my own childhood. I also own my own two dogs who are a toy poodle and a toy cockapoo. They are brilliant around other dogs, very friendly- which is a bonus as it means your dog will never be left alone. As a supply teacher, I have a flexible schedule during the term time and more so in the holidays. We have a fenced back garden. We love to be outdoors walking our own dogs, therefore an extra one or two won’t be a problem. My children, who are older love animals. We horse ride on a regular bases and own two cats, both friendly and use to dogs. I offer boarding, dog walks and check in’s. Thank you My schedule is very flexible. I have an empty room in the back of the house for the dogs to have space to run around and enjoy their time during their stay. We have forest paths, a beach and open fields nearby. I have a large fenced garden, an empty back room and spare dog crates if needed. We are a loving family who understand how difficult it can to leave your dog with a stranger therefore we will provide the best care.
