“Joseph was great and extremely communicative — he was very thoughtful with our older dog Cleo and took great care of her. He provided thorough updates and lots of photos which was great :)”

“Julia was terrific! She showed up for a last minute request. She was friendly, prompt and flexible. My dog was very comfortable with her at the outset. I was so impressed that since she needed to address something at home she offered to take my dog with her rather than give me less than the full hour walk.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since the age 5 when I was gifted my first pup. I love my dogs as if they were my children. I have 10yr old 80lb boxer mix and a 9mo poodle. I’m currently in school to be a certified life coach. My husband owns a cleaning business and I help him from time to time. I would like to fill in my days getting outside and caring for your fur babies. I can care for your dog at home as instructed. I also have a medium poodle that is fully vaccinated and in great health that I can bring along to play with your pup.

About: Hi! I would love to watch your pet and give them the best time of their life! We can take walks, run around at the dog park, and play with anything from my toy bucket☺️ Your pet gets my full VIP (Very Important Pet) treatment! With over 5 years of pet-sitting experience, I’ve yet to meet a dog I didn’t instantly fall in love with. Expect belly rubs, playtime, and all the attention your furry friend deserves! When house sitting, I do my best to follow your pet’s daily schedule closely, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed in their familiar home environment.

“Megan is super friendly and communicates well. I had a last minute emergency where I had to leave my dogs home alone longer than usual and she promptly confirmed that she was able to help walk them. My dogs can be nervous around new people but they warmed up quickly and really enjoyed their walk with Megan!”

Hilda R.
“Hilda is an absolute gem! She has been walking and caring for my dog, Tango, for quite some time now, and I can honestly say she’s heaven-sent. Her care and attention to detail are unmatched. I often have to travel for work, and knowing Hilda is there gives me such peace of mind. She makes sure Tango is well-fed, hydrated, and walked throughout the day. It’s incredibly hard to find someone you can fully trust with your fur baby—but with Hilda, I know Tango is in loving, capable hands. Her dedication and genuine love for animals shine through in everything she does. Truly a blessing!”

Joseph B.Star Sitter

“Joe was amazing- great communication through the day. . Our dogs lovers him. He took special care with our special needs dog Highly recommend.”

Flower R.
“Flower is an amazing person with a big heart, (especially when it comes to pets/animals) and an amazing pet lover, whenever I/we go away for a long period of time we take our cat to her. She alone has a cat and fostered a cat from someone who couldn't take care of it. When she was staying at a friend's who's indoor outdoor cat had baby's outside, she took them in, got the mother to take care of the baby's and took care of the baby's (checked their weight, help one that was constipated, help train them to use the litter boxe etc.) till they were old enough to go to their forever home”

Elizabeth S.Star Sitter

“Another amazing experience with Elizabeth. Gives me updates and works with Timmy to fix his pulling. Highly recommended and will be using from now on.”

Alexander R.

“5/5 , nothing to revise 👌🏾”

Ollie F.
“Ollie is trully dog's (and cat's) best friend! She has such a great love for all animals - and they are drawn to her (even those who take some time to warm up to people). I know that in HS both her Silver and Gold Girl Scout awards were centered around animals as her hope was to help both animals and their owners (horse rescue and preventing lost dogs). She has been a trusted pet sitter throughout our neighborhood. Always spending quality time with the pets and keeping their families updated with pics and status. I would highly recommend her as a dog walker/sitter.”

“Aletris is kind, compassionate and takes such great care. She watched my dog so many times and if anyone who knows me they would say this 14 year old fur ball is my life. We all love our pets as they are an extension to our family. I wouldn’t trust anyone more than her to give me the peace of mine I need to care for my dog in the most loving way while I am away. She has even baked her own homemade doggie treats for my Gizmo. I have never met someone so passionate about animals. You can trust your in good hands.”

“Lisa was terrific! She was on time and very attentive to Macy! Lisa met with me before walking Macy and I could tell they would get along! Thank you!”

Kendra S.
“Kendra is the best!!! She has walked my dog in Nyack for several years now. I have a huge friendly mutt, he’s about 80lbs. He is sweet but he pulls when he sees other dogs/animals. Kendra is strong and completely capable of handling him. She takes him for long walks and he absolutely adores her. She’s so sweet with him and I trust her completely. She’s a natural with pups and I recommend her wholeheartedly.”

“Nicole has been taking care of my 3 labs long before she joined Rover. She is not only reliable, she has an absolute love for animals. My dogs have completely different needs and personalities and she always finds time to give each one their individual attention that they require. They love to see her pull into the driveway. So do I for that matter. I never have to worry when Nicole is responsible for them. If I cannot be with them, she is absolutely the next BEST THING!!!! I highly recommend her. There is NO ONE else that I would use!!”

“Darly N. has been absolutely amazing with my dog, and I can’t recommend her enough. I could tell how much Darly genuinely love animals. My pet always feel safe and happy with Darly, and it’s such a relief knowing he's in great hands when I’m away.
